100% recommend SpringRidge. The staff are some of the most caring people I have ever met. My grandmother was in memory care due to an illness. As she got better the staff thought she would do better on assisted living side. She always tells me how happy she is with her home and how she's so lucky to be in a place where the nurses care so deeply for the residents. The nurses go above and beyond to make sure the residents are cared for and feel special. This place is smaller than the home my grandma was at previously and I love that it really feels like home here for her. She knows all of the staff and brags about them often. She says it's five star living here they take care of you and anything you need. She enjoys how nice the cleaning staff are and how they do a great job. The kitchen staff are very friendly and the food is good! PT works with her and does a fantastic job. She enjoys the activities and her manicures! It's the best feeling knowing that someone I love so much is being taken such good care of! (I will say the only thing that bothered me upon checking this place out was the location) I am not from this area and it made me uncomfortable seeing so many homeless and addicts in the area. After seeing how the staff are always on alert and the facility is locked after hours I feel much better. I'm very glad we didn't let that discourage us as it's really not a big deal now.

My Father in-law did not want to go to an assisted living place after visiting many family home. He was to independent. We took him to Spring Ridge Assisted Living and he liked it so we moved him in. He ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT! The rooms are big, they have their own bathroom and small kitchen (without an oven and cooktop) He LOVES the FOOD! He just lives for his breakfast, lunch and dinner there. He feels like he still has his independence because if he wants to go sit outdoors or walk around he can. They have many functions they do. It's like a big family there. The staff is amazing. ALL of them. That is so rare. They also have the Memory care attached so when the time comes and they need more help they can just move over to there without to much change. I had my own father at a different place when he was a live and it was nothing like this. I highly recommend Spring Ridge Assisted Living.

I moved my 94 year old dad from an assisted living facility to Spring Ridge memory care a few months ago. I couldn't be happier with the care he is getting - the staff have been friendly, supportive, and helpful. My dad's room is always clean and well-kept. He is cleaned up and dressed. He looks great and is calmer and more content. He needed a higher level of care due to his declining health and Spring Ridge has been a great fit. My life has been made easier by knowing he is getting the right care for his needs. My only regret is that I didn't understand sooner that a higher level of care would be a positive move for him.

From the minute I walked in I was greeting and welcomed and felt the genuine care. I spoke with the executive director Michelle Wyse and she was amazing! Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer my questions and supply me with an immense amount of knowledge. Taking this step in life and wanting only the best for your parents is a scary road to travel, but Michele made this process so much more easier and I left feeling completely at ease. Thank you for taking your time to help me and answer my questions and not make me feel like a number! Definitely recommend

I worked at Spring Ridge in Activities. This building is a wonderful representation of what Senior care should be. The ED (Michelle) is dedicated to a great quality of life for everyone who enters her building, Residents and Staff alike. Spring Ridge is a gem!!

I can't say enough good things about Spring Ridge Assisted Living And Memory Care. They are clean, friendly and have all the proper safety protocols in place. Visiting is still limited due to the Pandemic but I definitely can understand the reasons for it and feel they only have their residents and staffs best interest and health in mind.

I recommend Spring Ridge as your first stop when needing independent living or assisted living for your loved ones. Michelle Wyse who is the Executive Director is such a great resource. She has over 20 years experience and has been so helpful for our family in answering questions and giving us valuable information about memory care/dementia. She has many contacts in this area and will definitely be able to assist. She truly cares about her residents & is passionate about what she does. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

U guys are def A-1. I've never seen a facility that is ran like one big family. The love the staff shows through doing the little things (crafting, cooking, and outings) is amazing. I just know the residents love being there and I'm absolutely sure those little things means the most to them. Awesome, Amazing, amd Beautiful place. It deserves 6 stars!

The one thing I can confess is when I worked here 14 years ago I was treated like a slave from the previous director. As a housekeeper I was in charge of the whole facility having to clean each room for 30 minutes, alongside the dining halls, and public restrooms. Some of the major disastrous rooms that took up time was the ones the caregivers failed to manage. The director had one resident volunteer vacuuming the facility as a "cheaper" way rather than paying more housekeepers. It was like juggling bowling balls each day while putting up with a lot of complaints and harassment from the residents who just couldn't recognize the director did not want to hire more housekeepers. It was like I was kicked around like a soccer ball without any backup help. Very tough place to be laboring dirty work with no gratitude or appreciation, but always a written complaint every week from the director pushing me to "make these people more happier"! I would want to confess the most manipulative resident was the one who posted one of the testimonials on the website and happened to be "dedicated". When finally the director let me go I had to fight for my unemployment because she had made a falsified statement that I quit. I am posting this as a statement for facilities and family members to remember that quality care should not come at a cost of abusing workers needs and making profit a priority. Real quality care should be going your way to give each resident the proper health needs at all means while giving the workers the proper training and teamwork to make the environment safe and justified.

I have worked with this community for years to promote senior wellness within our greater community. It was always a place that truly cared about their residents, staff, and community, and had amazing staff that always went above and beyond. Many of my current senior clients have had friends and loved ones who have stayed there and they give glowing praise. Then when their current Director, Michelle, started leading it, it became even better! This is honestly the FIRST community I recommend to my clients when they are looking for a place to care for a loved one.

I adore the regular staff at Spring Ridge. They are friendly, helpful, and generally well-informed. It was so hard to decide to situate my mom out of my house and into memory care but this has been the right choice. They almost always understand my mom's individual needs and they are also very careful about COVID precautions, which is a big relief.

The staff is very well liked by the residents and family members. They work in harmony as a team, and are very knowledgeable and compassionate! The facility is well maintained and clean. The chef provides amazing meals, I know because I have had the pleasure of eating there several times! Spring Ridge gets an A+ from me!

The Executive Director is a gem! Michelle has many years of experience and CARES about the seniors she serves and the people who work for her. She is a great asset to this building and to the Pierce County long term care community at large. I would not hesitate to put my family in her care!
