I went to Pine Ridge August 3, 2024 to visit my aunt Arlene Rogalsky that I have not seen for over 20 years. Even though she didn't remember me, it was a good visit, even though it lasted about a half hour or less. It was about a 3 Hour Dr. for me to go see her, but it was well worth a visit and the staff was so friendly and attentive to the patients there. I was impressed of the appearance of Pine Ridge inside and out. I hope to make another visit soon, even though she don't remember me, it would still be nice to see her and my cousin Ronnie, her son

My family's experience with Pine Ridge and my mother's care has been beyond our highest expectations. Back when we were researching memory care facilities, several other places we toured recognized Pine Ridge as the top local peer that they benchmark their own services against. The rooms aren't super fancy, but they are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is attentive, responsive, flexible, and caring. I never imagined we'd find the peace of mind with my mom's care that we've found at Pine Ridge. They were there for us in a very difficult time, and continue to manage my mom's care at the highest level of professionalism and empathy.

I want to thank the excellent staff for the care they gave to my husband. He was always up and out of bed as much as possible ready for the day. After one year he passed away. The staff always supported me when visiting my Husband even though he knew me as the Snicker lady in the end. I highly recommend this Memory Care.

I would like to thank the amazing staff at Pine Ridge for everything they have done. They were professional and friendly in every way. They have taken excellent care of my mom over the last 6 years. They were always caring and companionate and they went out of their way to not only take care of mom but to always make visitors feel comfortable while in their facility. I will always be thankful to them. When someone who has been living in there facility has been there as long as mom was, I'm sure its not easy for them when that person passes. The care staff can get emotionally attached to their patients, after all they are human, and it can't be easy on them either. So I would like to say great job to the entire staff at Pine Ridge for a job well done, and my condolences to the staffers that feel the loss of my mother. Thank you all of you.

I loved my job there. They treated me with love and respect. The only reason I had to leave was because my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I moved back home to care for her. Loved Pine Ridge management and staff.
