Colonial Court is dedicated to providing complete living and care solutions for seniors. Located in Spokane Valley, Our community is accessible to all the local shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities available in Spokane Valley. Colonial Court is an amazing place! Everyone is happy and genuinely helpful. My Mom was rapidly declining in another facility, but Colonial has lit Mom's spark again! I highly recommend this safe, supportive home for your loved one. I can speak for my siblings and honestly say the owner and staff at Colonial has lifted our burden and our spirits. We are confident Mom will be cared for and treated with respect. Outings, fun activities, and delicious meals are great bonuses!

What a wonderful place. Clean and bright. Rooms were spacious. The new owners are constantly improving things, even remodeling! They have already installed a HUGE tv in the living area (which my grandma can see even better now! I hope she's not binging Netflix like I do lol!) They have daily activities including arts and crafts and Bingo, plus daily exercise. They also have a learning theme they do every month, and this month is all about France! They have several entertainers each month, the local library visits every few weeks to bring books to the residents, and they even have a priest visit for those residents who want to participate. There is a beautiful dining room with a menu of high quality meals prepared fresh by their chef. And the monthly family dinners, let me tell ya - the meals are SO AMAZING, and the facility has all of their staff there to help serve, clean, and assist as needed. They also have a community bird named Buddy who sings and whistles with us all day (and he even knows when it's sleepy time lol!). Also, no need to go out and have your hair done, there is a beauty salon in the community with a wonderful licensed cosmetologist. Their staff is honest, caring, and very professional. It's nice to see the high standards that they require of their staff and really shows in the care and happiness of my grandma. Thank you immensely!

This place is great! The staff cares about the residents. The regional director comes in and sees to the running of this facility that it is done by the books. The care shown for the welfare of the residents is unsurpassed due to the constant of oversight.

The New Executive Director ( who wears many hats ) is my wife and I must say, I truly enjoyed performing for your residents. I've been involved with many facilities but, this one I must say, my wife is extremely proud to be a part of this community. Thank you all for loving and giving my wife an opportunity to grow within this company. She truly has a heart for her residents. What a wonderful place for our Mom! We toured and met with 8 different facilities in Spokane Valley and Liberty Lake, WA. It may not be as fancy as some, but our primary concern was Moms care and well being. The staff here has been absolutely amazing! Everyone is genuinely happy, staff and residents. They have the most activities out of any place we looked at. They meet and speak with the residents, one-on-one, to ask what they would like. For example, one resident in the eating area mentioned larger bowls and others agreed. They immediately purchased larger bowls so the residents could get larger quantities. Our mother had a very difficult time transitioning, yet the staff was always patient, soothing, watchful and also great with us family members. The facility is very clean, including rooms and bathrooms, eating areas, etc. The staff is very interactive with the residents, so residents are not just left all the time sitting depressed in their rooms. The doctor on staff has also been extremely patient and caring and has greatly assisted Mom in her transition. This was such a difficult decision for us, yet we are so happy that we made the right choice in choosing Colonial Court. I suspect the bad reviews are disgruntled employees who werent doing their jobs correctly. The majority of the staff there has been there for years and love their jobs and the guidelines that Colonial Court has for caring for the residents. A special thank you to Brenda and Tracey! You ladies rock!!

My mom moved from Broadway court to Colonial Court. The staff is amazing. I love how the kneel down to talk to my mom instead of talking above her. The staff is very patient figuring out what she is trying to say after her stroke. It took some coordination to get all her medications transferred, so the first 10 days we were there frequently, but the staff was totally cooperative & transparent! Thank you

Ive been working for Colonial Court since February 2018 and since I gain nothing from making false statements, feel Im able to give an honest review of the facility. Colonial is a small 48 bed Assisted Living with 14 of those being in Memory Care. Of course, every facility from the most luxurious to those that are dealing with tight budgets experience challenges but at this place I really feel like the people working here, from the Administrator to the Chef, Activities Director and RN all want the absolute best for the residents and work hard to address any issues and overcome concerns as quickly as possible. The building is older but well maintained with new carpet, paint and updated furnishings and a really pretty yard to enjoy. I have had the pleasure of getting to know some amazing residents and their families in a warm environment that feels much more like a cozy home than an rehab, nursing facility. Even on a crazy day, I love Colonial Court!

I worked for an a company before Colonial Court that sent me to multiple assisted livings all over Spokane and Spokane Valley. Out of all the places I loved being sent to Colonial Court the most. I saw no abuse, no neglect and the staff genuinely seemed to care and love their residents. The residents were happy, clean and obviously well cared for. After a while it felt like home to me and I am happy to say that I work here full time now. This is a place that I feel good coming to everyday. I love the residents and their families, I love my co-workers and the administration. Brenda has a desire to make Colonial Court a beautiful, comfortable place to live and strives to find the right people to work here to make that happen. I know this is MY calling and I feel blessed to be a part of this wonderful place.

Excellent memory care facility. I have found the staff to be warm and friendly. All of the staff have been helpful and I believe that they truly care about the people in their care.
