The staff were kind, compassionate, and attentive, always treating me with respect and making sure my needs were met. I have had the pleasure of being a visitor at Coronado health care center. I often go visit my common law married husband who is a resident currently after undergoing a surgery he had which plates and screws were used to re-attach the bones from the femur bone on down. Since visiting I've seen him go through pain that almost seems too much. Also,they ran out of his pain meds and he had to wait for an extensive amount of time before they gave him his only 5mgs of pain meds whom he says does little to nothing for his pain. Since then, they've increased the dosage by 5 mg which makes it 10 mgs and it still isn't enough for him. So after he tried to leave due to no luck on trying to speak with anyone in charge,they had moved him to the back of the facility into room in the 5hundreds. Days later they again ran out of his pain meds and he had to wait for almost 7hrs in pain while waiting for them to give him his meds. I was furious at the care that has been given to my loving husband and I really hate to see him have to go through what he is going through. The doctor who did the surgery said that she put a recommendation for the pain meds to be increased but we have yet to see that happen. There's also this worker who works at night by the name of Freddy who often times gives us problems out of everyone else there he's the only one who makes a fus about me staying with my husband who I know needs me and we need to either speak with someone about me staying there with him or we are going to switch facilities in a place that has better care and a place where I can stay with him and be by his side while he goes through his recovery and physical therapy so I'm really hoping that this gets fixed within the next couple of days or like I had stated we will be checking out of here and into another place that will allow me to stay by his side And also,these are some pictures of him with his service dog and him with his family. And before all this happened he was happy with life. Now it pains me to see him go through this tough scale he's having to weigh. No matter what though, I'm going to be right there for him the way he always has with me. Thank you guys for taking the time to read everything I had to say. My name is Tina aka, miss James.

My stay/admission to Coronado Healthcare is more than I could have expected it to be, being the first time in a facility for HealthCare...must say I would recommend Coronado Healthcare. The staff is excellent excellent ‘ and even more excellent. Very attentive to me and my healthcare needs from comfort to extra comfort for my medication needs. I feel safe and well well taken care of here at Coronado. My 5 has a added 1 to make it a 6 stay for me. Thank you from me, my family and friends to Coronado Healthcare. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH. I have been to Cornado a few times in the past and the newest renovations have made this building look bright and welcoming. But it is really about the people that work here. It's a really nice place, the service is excellent and fast, and my wife was very attentive to me the whole time, helping me a lot with everything. Everyone else is incredibly kind; it's a very special place that makes you feel like you're getting better, and honestly, I did recover very quickly with everyone's help. It's so cool that they encourage you to put in the effort so you can recover more easily with the support they provide. It's amazing, and they treat everyone well.

My only complaint is the excessive toasting of the bread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One exception only: A Grilled Cheese Sandwich served on a single occasion. Otherwise, the experience was very positive helping to heal my physical, mental and emotional dimensions of health. I was particularly pleased with the professionalism of Nurse Michelle, and Physical Therapist, Amanda. With an honorable mention to a Hispanic speaking, pregnant, physical therapy student whose name I cannot recall. Her performance was stellar. I also very much appreciated the freedom to roam the hallways with my wheelchair and the then the walker at all the hours of the night because I could not remain asleep due to a persistent percussive cough which kept me awake throughout the night. I commend staff member, Suzie, for the her entrepreneurial spirit or arranging the morning breakfast. Very well done! There was also a deep spiritual dimension to the Coronado Healthcare Center, this I elect to keep to myself. Thank you all for your wonderful and compassionate work.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Coronado care center One of my physical therapist Tee gave me great directions for therapy and also educated me on why we were doing specific movements and exercises ! My caregivers were kind and helpful especially Patty who made me laugh every day , she always lifted my spirits , and brought me joy every day! Great Lady! The food was very healthy and tasty My nurse ken was very sweet , funny and very efficient and kind ! All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. From the front desk to the office staff, I was very impressed and grateful!! I plan to go back to Coronado after foot surgery. I highly recommend Coronado to anyone needing physical therapy! I was very happy and blessed to receive the great care I had ! I thank everyone there !

I had some wonderful nurses her the was fast when I was in pain and. When I was in the middle of an PTSD attack. The CMS were always busy but never to buzy for a quick smile or a laugh.yjerr was alot of fun activity to keep you from being board..the physical treatment and the occupational therapy rocked and had a great way of making it fun to work on getting well All and everything works together to make you good to go home.Thanks to all coronado family of service. Depending on your sickness and the reason you are considering a rehabilitation center, the staff and the nurses are very friendly and very attentive when you need them. They are constantly cleaning your room, removing the garbage, and giving you what you need. I'm here because I have a very severe infection of Bacterial meningitis. I'm on IV antibiotics Thai must be administered every 8 hours. They've never missed a beat when it comes to giving me my medication and last night at 2am one of the nurses asked me if I wanted a snack and she brought me 4 peanut & jelly sandwiches and a vanilla protein shake. That made me very happy. If you're looking for friendly people and professional service considering Coronado is a great choice.

I'm currently a patient now, the care is pretty good most people are kind. I mean you hear horror stories about skilled nursing homes and this is not like that. My real issue is the food it's disgusting they gave me a menu the first day and told me if I don't like what they are serving I can choose something else, in the three days I've been here I've not got what I chose once! I asked for replacements three times what they brought was not good. The only thing I've eaten in three days was cornflakes this morning. The menu says they offer a beverage with each meal all I've received was water technically it is a beverage. I wasn't expecting 5 star dining but something edible! I'm here to heal and part of that is getting good nutrition that will not happen here.

The nurses and CNAs were so kind and patient with me, they always made sure I was comfortable and checked on me quite often.
