They are taking wonderful care of my Grandma. Seems to be a bit of turnover with the lower staff but everyone is helpful and kind. The manager and her assistant, Rob, are very attentive and helpful.

Wonderful place to work from my coworkers to the bosses. I was told from the beginning a few weeks ago that this place becomes like family. I felt that immediately. Thank you candlestone for everything you are doing to help me become who I need to be. I love working there already and it's only been 4 days. The amount of time the staff and managers take to get to know the residents is wonderful and says it all.

This place is amazing! I drove all the way across the state to bring my grandmother here! Their director is so kind and compassionate! Their staff is absolutely amazing and I could not recommend another place that is better than this. They seriously have it all. It really feels like family here.

I have been working at Candlestone for almost 2 years and there have been multiple changes that have been great for our community. There has been a lot of ups and downs due to the pandemic but it has gotten increasingly better over the last couple of months. The management and teamwork here is great!

I've been working at CandleStone assisted living for about 10 months and we have been through lots of changes. We've had new management in place for 10 months now and things have gotten significantly better! There is lots of support from management and the teamwork is amazing.

Our mom was always treated with loving respect. As her health declined her needs continued to be met. There are fun activities and planned social events provided in a warm family atmosphere.

Right from the top(staff) Jame Bannick and every staff angel have been above and beyond in caring for our parents.Our father had a very debillitating condition which limited his abilities to walk and use his hands and the staff cared for his every need! Compassionate care for him and our mother has been a priority for over a year. Our father declined and the staff was exceptional in helping his last days be comfortable for him and our family.The Life Enrichment activities and events are so appreciated as our parents lived their life around music being dad was an accordian player playing in many bands and they enjoyed all the musicians and singers who came . Mom loves the crafts which helps so much now that dad has passed. She has made friends with many of the ladies there.The events encourage family support of their loved ones living at Candlestone and make it a fun and "homey" atmosphere to visit often. Concerns are addressed in a timely manner by the Candlestone team.

The staff at Candlestone always tries to make the residents feel special and loved. I cannot think of a place I would rather see my mom live at. The place itself is bright, cheery and clean.

Candlestone Assisted Living is a home for seniors who decide they no longer want to or no longer can live by themselves. It is an amazing place it has apartments for singles or couples. The apartments come in different sizes. It provides 3 amazing meals a day. A cleaning lady to clean your apartment weekly. 24 hour nursing staff. A great Recreation Director who provides recreation activites at least 2x a day... A Pastor who comes weekly. A beauty shop available for residence. Its only about one year old so everything is bright and beautifully decorated and clean. The staff is available daily. Everyone is happy and full of smiles...monthly it has one big activity....and staff also provides monthly activites that include extended family.....as you can see i can not say enough good about this place.The only negative thing I can say is that Candlestine does not have a "bus" to take their residents to Dr. Appt. Shopping etc most residence do not drive so a bus would help tremendously.

Our family is grateful for the personal attention given to our father and the way in which the director and staff partner with us to address our father's changing needs. The staff strive to promptly address any questions or concerns and we rest a lot easier knowing that our father is safe and receiving the quality care that we expect and that our father deserves.

I am very pleased with Candlestone Assisted Living for my parents. It's clean, staff is very helpful and professional, nice activities and more. It would be helpful if they had a van to take residents places. The food is adequate, but it needs to be more appropriate for seniors. Easier to chew, options available at every meal, example cottage cheese, jello, apple sauce, yogurt, pudding, fruit cocktail.
