MOM IS CURRENTLY A RESIDENT IN THE BROOKE (MEMORY CARE) HAS BEEN THERE SINCE MAY. SHE IS GETTING EXCELLENT CARE. HAS HER OWN ROOM. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL, EVERYONE KNOWS HER NAME, EVEN THE SERVERS. THE AIDS ARE GREAT, DOESN'T MATTER WHAT AID IS ASSIGNED TO HER ANY OF THEM WILL HELP HER. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT REDIRECTING HER WHEN SHE IS HAVING A BAD DAY. LOTS OF ACTIVITIES TO KEEP THEM ENGAGED. THEY MAKE SURE SHE IS EATING, THE FOOD IS GREAT BUT IF IT SOMETHING THAT SHE DOESN'T LIKE OR IS ALLERGIC TO THEY WILL GET HER SOMETHING ELSE WITH OUT A PROBLEM. STAFF IS ALWAYS PROVIDING UPDATES WITHOUT BEING ASKED. REALLY GLAD WE FOUND THEM, I DON'T FEEL LIKE I HAVE TO GO EVERYDAY TO MAKE SURE SHE IS BEING CARED FOR AND EATING.

My grandfather spent a couple of months at The Inn, and during that time the caregivers and nursing staff provided exceptional care. In his final days, Kayla and Lauren cared for him with such gentleness and compassion, and my family is truly grateful for their support. Overall, The Inn is a place I will always confidently recommend to others.

To: Families looking into Assisted living for A loved one In Northwest Columbus or the Central Ohio area. I highly recommend The Inn at Library Way in Hilliard, Ohio. It's never an easy decision, but Hayden and his staff treat you and your loved one as Family! Kayla was one of my loved ones Caretakers, and her care and concern truly made her family! The whole staff is nothing short of amazing, from the Nursing staff, caretakers, kitchen staff, HOSPICE (CARE 360), maintenance and front desk personnel. They not only make the daily details A priority, but Holidays around the Inn are always special for the residents and visiting family also. The facility and grounds are impeccable, which makes it such a warm and comfortable place to be. The amenities at the Inn are Fabulous as well that include, delicious and nutritious food, fun daily activities, field trips and even a wonderful beauty salon. Whether your loved one is on the traditional side or memory care side (THE BROOK), they will receive the utmost care and respect at the Inn as well as ANYWHERE I could imagine!!

Hayden provided exceptional customer service since our first meeting. He kept us informed of availability and made the move-in process go without a hitch. The staff has been so helpful with hanging artwork, welcoming words and overall hospitality. The medical staff has been punctual and thorough so far with mild ailments. We appreciate all the check-ins. This is our second family member at The Inn and we are so happy with our choice.

My mother has been at The Inn since May of 2025, and I cannot say enough great things about the facility and the staff. I feel much better knowing that she is in the care of such a wonderful staff. The ambience there is comfortable and very pretty. From Hayden giving us the initial tour and being honest and up-front, all the way down to the entrie staff that makes it such a wonderful place, I am so happy we chose The Inn because they care for my mom in a genuine, sincere manner. Making the decision to place mom somewhere was not easy at all. But, Hayden helped immensely in making the choice. Dementia is a horrible disorder. Watching your loved one slowly lose themselves is even more horrible and stressful. I pushed it off as long as I could before her doctors said either I get her placed or they would place her. It's tough. Very tough. I felt like I was abandoning her. That maybe I had not done enough. Hayden and Kelly talked with me and assured me it was for the best. It wasn't about me so much as it was about what was best for mom. They helped me realize it is best for all involved. They are trained in this stuff, whereas I am not. I was not doing mom any favors by trying to take care of her myself. The stress was just unreal. But, this was the best decision for my mom. She is happy and adjusted. She is well taken care of, and it is a huge weight off of my shoulders and my mind. If you are facing the same heartbreaking choice whether to place a loved one into a facility, please do yourself a humongous favor. Call Hayden. Schedule a meeting with him. He takes an honest and personal interest in helping. It isn't about money with him. He honestly cares. You will feel much better, in time, and your loved one will be in a welcome, inclusive enviornment where they will be happy and thrive. Thank you to everyone at The Inn At Library Way. Sincerely. After looking at 8 Memory Care facilities in the Dublin/Powell/Westerville area, it was clear that The Inn was the one that met the needs of my cousin. I was her POA and responsible for getting her the best care. The Aides and Nurses and Med Techs are very resident-focused. They are permanent staff - not temps. They know each resident and treat each like a family member. I have found them to be very responsive to my requests and made my cousin feel at home. I visited at all hours and was able to evaluate the care on all shifts. She moved into The Inn on 8-9-22 and was there till her death on 4-6-24. I could not have picked a better place for her to live out her life. My thanks and appreciation to the entire staff!

Moving mom to a safe space was a necessity and the Inn has been amazing. I worked quickly with Hayden Maul and he has continued to help with whatever is needed. Hayden and all of the staff have been attentive and caring. Mom has only been there a few weeks and it feels like she is part of the family.

My husband has been in the memory care unit at The Inn at Library Way for almost a year. I describe everyone there as my second family. The administration is hands on and very caring. The nurse aids provide the day to day care and support for your loved one. They text me and send pictures that are so caring and reassuring. Just today I overheard a nurse aide offer to pay for a haircut for a resident as an early Christmas present. Both my parents were in long term care at another location and I cringed at the thought of my husband having a similar experience. I have been so relieved at the high quality loving care my husband receives. The staff are cheerful and food is excellent! I highly recommend the Inn.

I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about The Inn at Library Way. The staff in The Brooke are completely and utterly amazing. Makayla and Earnest, Shiann and Chelsea, sweet Hope and Garret, Miangel and Kayla, Skylynn and Kelly, Amber and Patricia, Shante and Terry, Tabi and Hayden, and so many others- there are no words grand enough to describe your incredible care of and profound compassion for my father in addition to the immense comfort you provided me. These beautiful people right here make The Inn the greatest possible place I could ever have wanted for my dad. The facility is immaculate; the environment is so comfortable; and everyone there makes you feel warm and welcome when you walk in the door. My love and gratitude for The Inn and all its people is overflowing.

My mom has been a resident here for six months. We have been very happy with the care she is receiving. All the staff know her and all the other residents well, and they know all the families, too. The aides are attentive and compassionate. The physical and occupational therapy that mom receives is also top-notch. Activities are varied, and there’s something for everyone. The facility is beautiful, warm and inviting. Mom’s room is spacious, the hallways are wide, and the common areas are large. Because the building was made to accommodate a smaller number of residents relative to other senior living centers, it has a family feel. Highly recommended!

We moved my mother from a sister facility to The Inn at Library Way in April and we couldn't be happier. I have yet to meet a staff member I don't like. Everyone of them is pleasant, caring, compassionate and always helpful. The facility itself is very warm and welcoming. Take a tour, you won't be disappointed.

Don’t miss this amazing facility! There are so many assisted living facilities in Columbus, but the Inn is a gem. My dad became one of the first residents at the Inn at Library Way. I found: -Attention to small details regarding my dad (all the things important to him) -Spacious rooms with kitchenettes -The staff is incredibly compassionate and well trained -Great food per my dad -Beautiful surroundings including a bird aviary Also, the Director of Nursing, Joni Smith, is outstanding. She creates a specialized care plan for each resident and made sure she was aware of all the details regarding my dad’s care. She always checks with me to make sure I have confidence in the care my dad is receiving. In addition, the owners of the facility are a private company not a corporation. I moved my dad to the Inn from another Hilliard corporate owned assisted living facility, and I can tell the difference in care. The Inn is on one level which I believe will make it faster for the nurses and aids to respond to the residents. Please take a tour to see all the Inn has to offer!

I recently toured The Inn at Library Way on behalf of my mother. Not only was the campus beautiful and spacious, it was made even better by the personable and welcoming staff. Of all of the assisted living communities I’ve visited, this is the one that gives me the most reassurance that I am doing what’s best for her. I have no doubt that she will thrive in this fantastic environment.
