Somerset is such a great family environment. The administration is great, you always have someone available to answer your questions. It's clean, great staff, and lots of activities for their residents. I recommend it 100%.

After suffering a stroke, our father moved to Somerset House in January. Our family could not be more pleased with our experience there. First and foremost, the staff is remarkable. They are fun, respectful, professional, creative and loving. Dad enjoys the food immensely, his room and the living areas are clean, and the staff works hard to keep the residents active. They have fun trivia mornings, exercise class, bowling, painting, and the ever popular, bingo. The residents win "Somerset money" to purchase fun items at the auction held every few months. Family members are invited to join the residents for meals, they offer brunches for everyone, and a monthly cocktail reception to address concerns. Recently under new management, Somerset House, and the exceptional staff, have greatly impressed our family. We are so fortunate to have such an amazing facility and staff in our community. Somerest House at Oak Harbor is the most top notch facility I've ever worked! I can honestly say this is the best place to take your love ones for that little extra care that is needed. Thee employee's are very hands on , attentive and well mannered. Since I've been working at Somerset House I've learned so many things from Jennifer Courtney who is the executive director. who keeps the staff updated on new techniques on how to keep a safe environment and tend to our residents. I highly recommend Somerset House you're not going to find any place better.

With a Administrator like Jennifer Courtney and her awesome team by her side Anteria and Caitlyn your family members would be in good hands. This facility is a clean friendly environment for your loved ones. They have great cooks an amazing staff of nurses and CNAs. Who will love your loved ones like their very own.
