I volunteer at CERTUS. The staff is very attentive. When I arrive to play the piano, the residents are already gathered and seated and the piano is turned on and ready. The staff does a lot of cheerleading, clapping, singing, and getting the residents involved with the music. The place looks clean and well managed. I do wish they had a real piano instead of the awful sounding electric piano I have to play -- that would be an improvement. I have personally recommended CERTUS to friends.

My dad moved in the end of February 2024 & he is so pleased! From day one he has been happy. The staff are incredible, he has every imaginable activity to participate in if he is interested, yet nobody presses him to do anything he doesn't want to do. One huge benefit here is that there are courtyards in both neighborhoods & he is able to sit out there anytime he wants to... This was a big deal for us! I believe he sits out there once or twice a day every single day! He loves the food. It's delicious & having choices is great. When I did research on memory care facilities, I narrowed it down to visiting five after having lengthy phone calls with 11 places, Certus was definitely!#1 pick from the beginning! There is so much science that goes behind a lot of the things that they do and they all seem to really care for their residents. There is so much honor & dignity, giving to the people that lived there. I visit my father several times a week and there are people that come visit their loved ones every single day... It's kind of like a little family. Do your research and definitely go visit... There are so many wonderful activities brought in to the community like live music, entertainment. Etc. I highly recommend this place!!!

I'm so impressed with this facility. The care they show to the patients and my grandmother in law is impeccable. The facility always smells great and is clean and well taken care of. My grandmother in law is always smiling and always has nothing but great things to say about the staff and all the friends she has made. I'm so thankful and greatful to find such an amazing and wonderful place. This is a true blessing to the family and a prayer sent.

Veronica went above and beyond! Went out of her way to help find some missing items of glens one of which has been missing for months. And she located it. She also kindly said she would help me bathe him, we did not however because he fell asleep and she expressed her concern about him not getting much of that, so she said if possible she would bathe him when he woke up. I truly felt she cared, that was very reassuring to me!!!!

I'm lost 4 Words my Sister's leg was wrapped SOOOOOOOO tight it was seeping with Sores why did no one see the swelling and her foot was Purple no Wonder she didn't want 2 move and hurt SOOOOOOOO BAD ALLLLL OVER IM TRULY SURPRISED SHE DIDN'T GET A RIDE 2 THE HOSPITAL NOT elevating her legs is truly Heart breaking 4 me ???? What can I say. I think the employees are given Too many patients and Maybe not Payed enough ??? I just don't know what the answer is but this is not okay!!!

Clean, well furnished and quiet facility. Not particularly impressed by the caregiving staff. Maybe they are understaffed and spread too thin. Maybe it would help if they spent less time scrolling through their cell phones.

Beautiful place I watch it as it was beening built very lovely staff everyone is nice especially the 3 to 11 staff and the day staff the kitchen people are really nice and the residents and activities and the women who sits in the front very welcomely and they feed you too great food great people highly recommend them.
