I toured Centralia Point at a marketing event and was SO impressed. Not only have they remodeled the entire building, but the outside was redone too. Everything is beautiful and the residents all seemed so happy and engaged today too. Their marketer Pam is just awesome! I'm really looking forward to partnering with this great building and team! Anyone looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care placement should definitely check them out!

Rating: I recently visited Centralia Point Assisted Living and Memory Care and was impressed with the tour. Pam, the Community Relations Director was very accommodating and took the time to answer all my questions .The entire facility was spotless, with clean, well-maintained common areas and private rooms. I did not detect any foul odors. It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority, which is so important in a care environment. The staff was genuinely caring. They took the time to engage with residents individually, demonstrating patience and understanding. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it feel like a home rather than just a care unit. Overall, You should definitely consider Centralia Point for anyone seeking quality memory care for their loved ones. The combination of cleanliness, friendly professionalism, and compassionate care.

Centralia Point has been nothing short of amazing for my Grandma. I think that this was the best decision we made as a family and since living here her quality of life has notably improved. Here they play games such as bingo and Uno, go to places whether it's Walmart or a scenic drive, and have breakfast, lunch and dinner together (if the resident wants). My Grandma has been lucky enough to make some special friends here which even include the staff. The staff cares about their residents which makes the difference. Thank you Centralia Point for creating such a great atmosphere for those who need it. We appreciate you forever for what you have done for us!

We toured Centralia Point with Pam. The building was beautiful and clean and Pam took time to listen and answer our questions. It's a hard time for the family so someone who can listen and care is important. We're not ready to place mom just yet but this will be our first choice.

So far so good...everyone very very nice. I do have an issue with the back door open all night for the smokers. This should be locked when all doors are locked. To many unknowns coming and going in the area. Also, fence should be around entire facility to keep staff and residents safe. Garbage holders should also have a fence so no one can see the mess. Community Relations Director Pam Devekos was very welcoming and provided answers to my various questions. The Memory Care unit has been recently renovated and everything looked very nice. For those with parents/relatives with on-going healthcare issues, it's next door to a hospital and various medical practices are within a block or two.

This is a great place to work, very welcoming atmosphere. The staff treats each other with respect & kindness, making you feel like a part of "the family". Our residents are wonderful and and are a pleasure to visit with, I have enjoyed getting to know each one of them as well.

Beautiful facility. Everyone seems like they are knowledgeable and that they care. I'm still debating if I want to make this transition but when and if I decide to do so, this will be my go to place.

We were happy to find this gem. The employees are attentive, caring,and sincere. We moved our parents in and they helped to make them feel welcomed and comfortable. The facility is clean and well maintained.

My family chose this facility for our parents for a number of reasons and though there are a couple of situations that still need to be resolved, we're all quite pleased. Most notable are the staff. From the director to the caregivers, we love them all! It's also clean, quiet and well maintained. I highly recommend it to anyone trying to find a place for their beloved family members.

I worked with Scott (Marketing) and Tammy (Exec. Director) to have my grandmother who is low income placed In her first assisted living facility. They both listened to my grandmothers concerns and perceptions about assisted living and they made her feel at ease. She has now moved in and was shocked at the quality of food. She is making friends and is constantly praising the staff for helping her. I feel so much better knowing her meds won't be messed up and someone will be there 24/7 if she needs help. I am excited about the activities available and know that the former social butterfly will come out of her shell once again. Thank you!
