I had a very good experience with Homewatch. I was leery of an agency because I had a bad experience with one, but Homewatch changed my mind. I needed overnight care for my dad in my home and Homewatch provided reliable and consistent caregivers. There were a couple of times that there was miscommunication and the caregiver did not show up. There also were a few times that they texted me that a caregiver could not make it for her shift. They did their best to get a replacement, and they were successful almost all the time, including when we had the ice storm. I would highly recommend them if you need quality care for your loved one.

As far as I am concerned this is THE best home care service in North Texas. The caregivers are attentive, compassionate and extremely helpful. The administrative staff is extremely responsive and supportive. The communication is top-notch. And they have great rates. I appreciate them so much for their assistance with my mom. Home Watch is awesome. This week Dallas they had a bad ice storm which pretty much paralyzed the area. Kevin and Crystal went out out of their way to take care of my Dad during this time. First Kevin called the dialysis place to let them know he was bring my father. Then picked up his caregiver, brought her to Dads house, got him ready for his dialysis appointment, got him there, picked him up and made him a meal and took the caregiver¹ home. Wow I don't live in Texas but I am so glad he is in good hands with Homewatch. Kevin and Crystal are wonderful people to work with!

Kevin’s team were so very helpful watching after mom while we made arrangement to move her to a memory care facility. These situations never happen at a good time but our need for services was over a 3 day weekend. Even with the holiday they quickly made arrangements and a staff member was with us within a few hours. Great folks. Very trustworthy. Highly recommended.

We used Homewatch Caregivers after my dad came home from surgery and needed 24-7 care. They were amazing! We originally thought we would need 8 hour per day care but after surgery we found out my father would not be released without 24-7 care. Kevin and his staff worked immediately to make the arrangements to ensure we could get him home immediately with the needed care. I must say that we were extremely happy with every caregiver that was sent. My mother has severe Alzheimers and they were so kind, caring and helpful that we kept them on to help out each day for part of the day even when we no longer needed 24-7 care for my dad. Very reliable, great communication, helpful, polite, kind, we were just so very happy with their service! Most caregivers went above and beyond to help out during their shifts. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of care for a loved one. We eventually had to place my parents in Assisted Living because they really needed 24-7 constant support but had the circumstances been different, we would of continued to use this company. Totally recommend!!!!

CONCLUSION:HOMEWATCH CAREGIVERS OF KELLER GRAPEVINE PROVIDED HIGH-QUALITY HEALTH AIDES FOR MY AUNT IN HER HOME DURING HER DECLINING MONTHS AND THROUGH FOUR MONTHS OF IN-HOME HOSPICE.Over the years, I have cared for three family members during their final daysI have used several types of in-home, assisted living, hospital, rehabilitation, and nursing-home care in these situations.n my experience, Homewatch ranks right at the top in being able to provide and manage excellent home health-aide personnelHomewatch was responsive when I had emergency health problems of my own and needed additional help to cover the direct care I had been providing.When my aunts situation progressed to a in-home hospice situation, their response was outstanding even with the additional workload and pressure of the situationI confidently recommend Homewatch to provide and manage in-home health aides for a wide range of care requirements. The separate in-home hospice provider repeatedly made positive comments on the excellent care my aunt was receiving even as the situation worsened.
