I had the pleasure to tour Special Touch Living last month (December 2018) and I was very impressed. I have been searching for an assisted living for my parents for the last 9 months and have traveled all over Charlotte. This was the first place that I was truly excited about after my visit. Kirt and Meiko are truly caring and passionate team. I never got the impression that they were just the administrators but that they love and care what they do for their residents and families. It's a clean and lovely home and they keep the atmosphere as a home not a facility which was important for me and not many places in Charlotte are able to create that feeling. Everyone I met that day was content, happy and kind from Kirt & Meiko, the staff and the residents. Just speaking with them and listening to what they provide gave me a peace of mind that I have been looking for. I loved the activities they provided and the fact it's a small group of residents and they receives individual and personalize care with love and respect. Thank you for a great and informative visit.

My mother has been living at Special Touch for about 4 months now. It is her first time living in a care setting and it has, of course, been an adjustment. But the Special Touch staff has been patient and kind, and I can see my Mother becoming more comfortable and at home there. I cannot express how grateful I am for that. Thank you, Special Touch!

When my mother needed more care than home and a safe environment we moved her to Special Touch Living. Kurt and Meko could not have been more caring and kind. I live in NYC and it was important that she was in a safe and nurturing environment. All of the staff were wonderful and the facility was spotless. Although we recently needed to move her to a skilled facility, the several years that she spent with Meko gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend!!

My mother has been at Special Touch for a year now. I’m thrilled with Meko and Kurt Eure, the owners/managers and the wonderful staff they have working there! The place always smells fresh and clean, the resident ladies well cared for and content. My mother said They make me feel special but they probably do that for everyone. The ladies eat together and enjoy balanced meals prepared by the caring staff. I’m so pleased to have found Special Touch for my mother. Extra bonus is it’s close to my home and I visit almost daily.

I work with The Charlotte Dog Club, and I took a few of my puppies over for a visit and I had a wonderful experience all around! The lady's loved playing with the pups and the staff workers were so caring and friendly! It was so much fun for both the residents and our lovable puppies.
