Issaquah Memory Care is our third care facility for my wife who suffers from Parkinson’s dementia, and it is the best. The management listens, the staff really cares, and the residents are livelier than at other places. The layout of the building allows for close contact between staff and residents, and ease of moving about. Rooms open directly to dining and common spaces. Staff can easily maintain visual contact with residents. The inner courtyard garden and pathway provide a wonderful place to visit with loved ones. Also important to us, Issaquah Memory Care lets our small lovable dog stay with my wife, a true blessing for her care. The food is several steps up from the typical, they even offer a choice of entree (or main course) at each meal. The all-around vibe is really positive, lots of smiles and cheerfulness from all quarters. I also really appreciate the flexibility of management in facilitating visitations with my wife and responding to my concerns about her individual needs. Also, more spouses and loved ones visit here than at other places, which is nice for conversation and sharing during visitations.The location is quieter than one might initially suspect (the intersection is busy during rush hour but not backed up, and other times sparse), and is just 5 minutes from downtown, the Farmers Market, Lake Sammamish and the Costco/PCC Pickering Square retail center. Coming from Seattle, we’ve found Issaquah a wonderfully easy place to get around. Note that Issaquah Memory Care is a CPDC Community, a certified Parkinson’s Disease Care facility, which is not the case at most memory care places. Five stars all around for a truly wonderful community!

We have been very happy with the care and the people that work here. They go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. The food is really great and very consistent and tasty. So far everything is great very happy with all the people involved with this care center.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Ciel of Issaquah on several occasions, each of which has been nothing short of exceptional. Staff are extremely friendly, always welcoming and ready to lend a helping hand. The environment is beautifully maintained, creating a space that is both convenient and comfortable. I would highly recommend Ciel for the knowledge and compassion they bring to the community.

My wife has been a resident at Ciel for 33 months. My family chose Ciel mainly because it only provides care for people with dementia or Parkinson's. In a typical adult assisted living facility, memory care is not the main focus. At Ciel it is the focus. The facility is really nice, one floor (no elevators), an attractive courtyard and very suitable individual resident rooms. But what is really important is the care staff and they do care. Management is very committed to the care of the residents and is familiar with every resident's needs. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend that anyone considering memory care take a very close look at Ciel of Issaquah.

Over the summer, I had the opportunity to visit Ciel of Issaquah and meet another family member who had just made the very difficult decision to move his mother into this community. In that moment, I realized how many of us walk this same road with the same fears”and how comforting it is to know we’re not alone. What stood out most was the trust that the team here inspires. The staff was warm, welcoming, and truly invested in making sure families felt supported through each step of the process. It’s never easy making decisions like these, but the peace of mind that comes from knowing your loved one is in caring hands makes all the difference. I am grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown, and I highly recommend Ciel of Issaquah to families seeking not just care, but comfort and understanding.

It warmed my heart to stop by for a tour here this week and witness a new team of outstanding, cheery professionals, many of whom worked together in the past, setting a new tone for Ciel of Issaquah. It has been hard to see the changes in ownership over the last few years and hear less-than-stellar testimonies of the care and services with the transitions. The current team has what it takes to make a total turnaround. I am beyond hopeful. Ciel is the perfect place to call home. The campus is beautiful, clean and well-kept. The staff and environment are very positive and welcoming, and most importantly, the care is exceptional. The staff, especially Executive Director (Jordan), has extensive knowledge and care for each individual resident. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone in need of the best care. My family and I spent several hours on a Saturday and the time and attention Jordan gave us was exceptional. What a great place!

Ciel recently started operating this facility and I immediately saw an improvement in the overall cleanliness. The common areas floors were no longer sticky. My family members room was being kept up better. Within a few months, however, the rates hiked by a significant amount. While that's not too surprising given the current inflation in the region, it went up by much higher than I expected. Then I started noticing that my family members personal care started to decrease. Her hair was oily and it was clear she wasn't getting bathed (body odors too). It's harder to get a hold of this team too, when the previous ownership group always (yes always) responded promptly. It feels like I traded personal care/customer service for an improved facility cleanliness - all for a hefty price. 3.5 stars

As an important part of the Columbia landing I know I would recommend anyone to bring their loved ones here for Care always. The staff is real loving and focused on the care of all residents. The staff from administration to the caregivers that I have met and the med techs who stay positive and patient with all who surrounds them from phones to questions from caregivers and loving residents that always want hugs from them when they are in pain. think of them when you choose them when thin

Fieldstone Memory Care Issaquah has been an unexpected gift! I was unhappy with my father’s care at an adult family home because he lacked any and all stimulation, which is so critical to the care of those with Parkinson’s Disease, and I was fearful of his disposition during my impending maternity leave so I began my search for an alternative. From my very first interaction with Fieldstone and it’s Staff, my father and I have been treated like family. Jennifer, the face and outreach of the community, Dina and her wonderful team of medical staff, Carla the guru of activities, Chris the transportation expert, Bob the genius of all things engineering great and small, Sherri the smile at the front desk and of course Scott, have welcomed us, catered to our special needs and circumstances, addressed any and all concerns and have gone above and beyond in creating a healthy environment and continuity of care for my father. Having spent many hours at the facility with my father I can genuinely say they work hard to provide an individualized approach to care for each of their residents and continue to expand their offerings and activities to provide stimulation and enjoyment. The facility itself is always clean and kept and has been appointed with great thought to its residents needs. I have and continue to be grateful for all of their care and support of my father’s needs in my absence. I highly recommend Fieldstone in Issaquah for anyone looking for that next level of care.
