My dad has been here since June 15. We toured facilities together and he said this was the best one. I agree. Love the home like feel of the place and they can go outside anytime they want. It's secure yet comfortable and not too big and overwhelming. They have sent me pics of him playing bingo and connect four. Its so good for him to be around people. The staff treat all the residents like family. All of them are so sweet and understanding even when he has been difficult. I can go visit at anytime and take him out whenever. I am so grateful to them all for taking such good care of him. I get to be his daughter again and that is priceless.

Mercy House is a home away from home, families are encouraged to visit at any time because this is their home. Sheila and her Staff are very compassionate and attentive always going the extra mile. Residents enjoy sitting outside on the patio talking or inside doing daily activities.

My sweet Mom, I found out she needed memory care after Covid. It was a couple of Days before Christmas. Mercy House was my 3rd an last call. I wanted the best care for my Mom an thats what I've gotten. The hardest decision I ever made an never regretted it. Excellent Care ❣️

I am a hospice nurse and am familiar with most facilities in Waco and the surrounding areas. I am continuously impressed by how well run Sodalis is. The staff are caring and patient with the residents, the facility is always kept extremely clean, and each resident is treated with dignity and respect by staff. We have placed several residents here because of the home-like environment and the top notch care. I highly recommend Sodalis!

I absolutely love working here. I came from a much larger community where the residents did not get personal one on one time. Here, we can do more personalized care for our residents and they stay in much better spirits than in a bigger setting. Our residents are happy and love to sing and play games. We also promote exercise to help them keep their strength up. Best company I have ever worked for.

When it comes to compassionate care, I can unequivocally say that Sodalis in Waco provides the highest quality of care to their residents in central Texas. We have referred some of our families to Sodalis when Mom or Dads dementia has declined significantly. What weve heard from those families is that the beautiful facility and the care given by the professional staff at Sodalis exceeded their expectations and given them peace of mind!
