Lisa Jackson has gone above and beyond at making sure my mom has a smooth transition into living at Stanford Estates. She has been so helpful getting her everything she needs, answering all of her questions thoroughly and graciously, and making her feel extremely confident in her decision to move in. So glad that we were able to work with Lisa during this process.

Impressive facility but the real impact is when you get beyond the brick & mortar and experience the people. Residents are very open, welcoming, almost familial. Management interactions have been positive for both new resident and family members alike, and particularly impressive are the daily interactions with staff members such as servers at dinner, who clearly know the standard that's expected and do a great job of meeting it. Most of all, they listen to questions and then move toward answers, very solution oriented.

My sister in law and I were out one day last week and stopped by Sanford Estates to check it out. We did not have an appointment but were welcomed in and given a tour by Lisa Jackson. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable, upbeat and kind - we really liked her and the facility. My sister in law had been looking for an independent living opportunity and we signed up for an apartment that day - she moves in next week and i know it will be a great fit for her. Lisa has continued to be of assistance as we arrange for the move and we could not be more grateful - she has been wonderful.

My husband and I toured many properties before we met Lisa Jackson at Sanford Estates. She gave us lots of information during the tour and introduced us to some of the staff and residents. Lisa was so helpful and made our choice easy. No matter how many questions we asked she remained warm and professional. We can now move my Mom in and feel comfortable that she’s in a good place.

My mother has lived at Sanford Estates for three years and has been very happy, but it came time to move her to a smaller unit. Lisa was amazing in helping me accomplish this, she went above and beyond to make sure that our move within the complex was smooth and easy and completely stress-free for me. I have gone through the process of moving my mother at other facilities, but it was never easy and it was never stress-free. Lisa was the conduit for making my move so great. She absolutely gave myself and my elderly mother the confidence that we needed to move forward. Absolutely love her, she’s the best!

Was searching for a clean, comfortable long-term living arrangement for a friend of mine, and was fortunate to find Sanford Estates in Roswell. The Sales Manager, Lisa, showed us several different immediately available floor plan options, along with all of the amenities. She offered her friendship, along with her commitment to help throughout the process of a difficult move. While many sales managers disappear after the deal is done, Lisa continues to ensure that the transition is going as promised. I was so impressed by everything Sanford has to offer, including a library, movie theatre, lounging areas, activities, shuttles, and an on-site exercise room. Definitely a fabulous solution for someone who is ready to simplify the challenges of living independently!

I couldn't have found a better place to stay. I was released from the hospital with 4th nerve palsy. The Dr's told me I had a better chance of hitting the lottery then getting 4th nerve palsy. With double vision being release from the hospital. I can't drive and wearing a patch over my eye I could not be left alone. Sanford Estates reach out to me and sent one of there employee's name Chad to pick me and help move me in to Sanford Estates. The transition from the hospital to Sanford Estates was the best decision I made to making my recovery a blessing. The staff made my recovery less stressful and the interaction with the staff during my stay made my day.

My mother has been a very satisfied resident at Sandford Estates now since the end of 2024. I love visiting her here. Jim and Laurie are such gracious managers. They make me feel very welcome when I visit. They have created a loving, warm, hospitable family atmosphere which causes me to feel confident that my mother is receiving excellent care. Inside, the facility is inviting and attractive. The grounds are refreshingly surrounded by pines and hardwoods. The lawns and garden are delightfully well-kept.

The best decision I’ve made. The people are wonderful, and very accommodating. I wake up and go to sleep with no worries of day to day living issues. Just about everything I need is provided. Its clean, the grounds are beautiful. I am very happy here.

I am a retired Army Veteran, Sanford estates has helped me along the way. They moved me from a Days Inn 20 miles away. I didn't feel safe there. I am very active in the community and I fight hard to get Veteran what they need. I was welcomed with open arms by the managers and sales leaders. The food here is amazing. Y'all are a blessing thank you.

My father moved into Sanford estates in June 2018. My father is very happy there and has made a lot of new friends. It’s a Very well run complex, the managers and all support staff are very attentive to the residents needs. A good variety of activities if residents choose to partake. The complex is brand new and is maintained by a very caring team. The in house ala carte aid staff is outstanding - they offer additional services for a very reasonable fee as needed. As far as I’m concerned, Sanford Eststes is top notch!

Nice place to live except for the food and dining room/kitchen problems. Food quality and quantity are below par. The kitchen repeatedly runs out of the published entree. A second choice is offered only to find out they have run out of it also. How in the world does a gracious living kitchen run out of hotdogs? Or a baked potato? I am concerned that the gracious living price tag does not include the variety or nutrition we expected.

Current resident review - August 2018. Beautiful, elegant facility built in December 2016. Frequent management team changes - five Manager and / or Assistant Manager team changes in one year. Very average food - great breakfasts, okay lunches and very weak suppers. Transportation to doctor appointments and shopping strong. Historically weak activities program for residents.

I can't speak highly enough of this place. I just recently visited my Nana and had the pleasure of staying at Sandford for about a week. In addition to the extremely courteous and caring staff, the amenities are perfect for both young and old. A full library, computer room, game rooms, activities, a real movie theater - the list goes on. This is the type of place I wish to retire to someday.
