My husband and I toured the Conquistador facility with Lily and found the friendliest faces among the residents and staff alike. It was clean and organized. The apartments were compact but well laid out. Perfect for downsizing. What was most outstanding was our guide to all the details. Lily was open and kind. We didn’t feel pressured to give sensitive information. We trusted her to have our best interests at heart. That’s not to say she wasn’t a sales rep but it was done with class and sensitivity. Thank you Lily for making a delicate encounter so much easier for us. And while we regretfully find the expense beyond our means, we heartily recommend the wonderful people there.

I just wanted to share how fantastic the food and menu were for Valentine's Day. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the presentation made it feel even more special. The service was phenomenal! I truly loved how special Revel made the day for everyone, it was such a thoughtful and beautifully done celebration.

’ Last night’s Valentine’s dinner at the Social Club was far more than a meal—it was a rare and deeply meaningful life experience. ’ Because of chemotherapy, I have not truly tasted or enjoyed food for more than five years. I eat to stay healthy, but the joy of savoring a meal—something so central to family and human connection—has been absent from my life. Just the day before this dinner, I tearfully shared with a friend how deep that loss has been. And then last night happened. I attended with my daughter and young granddaughter. From the strawberry salad with balsamic vinaigrette (which I surprisingly finished!) to the crab and shrimp cake, everything was beautifully prepared. When the prime rib arrived, I realized I was actually enjoying it—something that rarely happens. I even wanted to say, “Yum!” ’ Then came the red velvet cream cake °—and with it, pure joy. For the first time in years, I truly enjoyed every bite. ’— Thank you to Chef Bob, the entire kitchen team, and the wonderful service staff—especially Bobbi, who made my granddaughter feel like a princess ‘‘. My mom and I toured the facility with Lisa. And Lisa was gracious enough to let my mom stay for a few days to see how she liked it. I loved it and my mom did as well but she feels like it's a little too far from where my aunt lives. Thanks for being so hospitable Lisa! ‘‘‘

The journey of watching a parent transition out of their long time home and into a new living situation can feel overwhelming. We toured many communities, but knew right away Revel was at the top of our list. The welcoming feeling right when you walk in the door, the new amenities, dining room, and smiling concierge staff at the front desk - Revel sets a high benchmark for independent senior living. My dad eats almost all his meals in the dining room and looks forward to every one. The regular menu and daily specials make it a treat to come visit, and no dishes! A robust social calendar full of activities to keep residents as engaged as they’d like to be. Or, the newly built facility excels at peace and quiet when you need to recharge and just stay in your room. The building and its amenities are truly great, but the real star of the show is the personnel. Wait staff at the restaurant, the concierge desk, the maintenance and housekeepers, and Paolo the executive director all make Revel the complete package. Personable, caring, and smiles on their faces while they do it. I can’t recommend Revel enough. If you or a parent are looking for a change of pace and ready for the next chapter of luxury resort style living, Revel Vegas is well worth the visit.

I had a client that wanted to live here and and only here. She wanted a one bedroom with a view of the strip. She worked on the strip for several years and enjoyed her job until she retired. Lisa DuPere gave her exactly what she wanted. Family and friends walked in and the concierges always greeted them with a smile, the staff, chef, and maintenance were always attentive to her needs. My client did pass away due to illness but she was happy looking out the window at our beautiful Las Vegas strip. Thank you Revel for listening to your residents and making them happy as they age in place.

Revel Las Vegas is a very welcoming and beautiful community. The ambiance is top notch. The concierge and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to my husband and me as new residents. When we moved from across country, Revel Vegas provided us a short term stay in a fully furnished unit, until our furniture arrived. The scheduled activities exceeded expectations for fun. Such as live entertainment every Friday. We also had the opportunity to participate in daily games and creative experiences. It was an overall great value with housekeeping, parking, maintenance, dining, and transportation within 10 miles for doctors and personal appointments included. I would definitely recommend Revel Vegas Senior Living as a home for Independent Seniors. You can be assured they will embrace you and accommodate your needs.

Recently, Revel Vegas residents and team members partnered with CARE Chest to put together 200 diabetic supplies kits for low-income Nevada residents. These dedicated residents did not hesitate at all to serve our community, finishing these kits so quickly and accurately. I applaud Revel Vegas for their beautiful community. Not only are their appartments and facilities amazing, but so are the residents. The volunteers at this event came together as one community for one purpose. Thanks to Revel Vegas and its community members, 200 people will have their vital diabetic testing supplies in the upcoming months.

I have made this my home just short of 3 years. Revel was the last place that l looked at when I decided to move to an Independent Senior Living Community. After losing my husband, I was a mental wreck. The residents in this community welcomed me with open arms without any questions. They let me mourn and mend at my own time. Since then I have been engrossed in all the activities and in the welcome of new residents. I try my best to convey to the prospective and new residents my feelings of being home, safe and comfortable.

Be ware of Revel while they tout great service, I disagree. My dear friend’s mother has been a resident for a while now and I feel compelled to share why I’m rating Revel only 2 stars. Since July 2024, the following issues occurred: • Pool was closed for 3 months due to required repairs that should have taken or were promised to take a month. Then after about a month or so, it was closed again for undisclosed reasons. • Rent is raised about 5-7% annually which would be fine if services like their food point system was increased. They consider their food service a perk and have not raised the point value even though the costs to eat have been raised. • Their contracted food service has had multiple issues over the last year. o They do not have enough servers to feed the entire community. o This causes late dinners or no dinner at all. o Residents seated at 5:00 PM are lucky to have their meals by 6:30 pm and then lukewarm at best. o They do not go by first order in first order out, so this causes a lot of stress to the residents. I’ve seen it first-hand multiple times. o Staff is consistently sharp and rude and most likely because they are short-staffed and can only do their best. • Residents have put in complaints and requested an escalation path to no avail and are told they are working on it. It’s been almost a year and only getting worse. • Their van which is to be used to transport residents has been broken down for almost three months. They offer residents Lyft, but this is confusing for some of the older residents. I’ve had to go get my friend’s mother who was stuck at one location because the Lyft app was too confusing. They also reduced the number of Lyft rides a resident can use each month. Before it was 10 and now only 6. • Lastly and most importantly they no longer have visitors sign in. I walk in and no one questions my presence. This is a safety and fire hazard. Would you want strangers walking the halls where your parents reside? It is important you know that there is no escalation path. Senior Management is most likely not aware of these issues but if you are entrusting them with your parents or loved ones, please ensure you have someone checking in daily as they may not be fed or get stuck somewhere alone.

I toured this property for a program they partner with and I was absolutely impressed. The staff are very nice. The property is beautiful with a 5 star resort feel. Tons of amenities from the Salt water swimming pool, to the on property hair salon to the million dollar view of the Strip. The residents in the restaurant and social club seemed very happy and there was a real sense of community. I want to live here.

Building security and vandalism in parking lot in addition to not notifying residents of vandalism in a timely manner are issues that for some reason are not a priority . Kitchen is too small to adequately prepare meals for 130 residents , but a roof over the dog park is a priority . Concierge's on the night shift do not stay at their desk in the lobby . My suggestion is if you are looking for a secure facility , go to a gated community .

Amazing! Great staff and residents. When I accompanied my Auntie to the dining room, my expectations were not high. What a great surprise to know that she is being fed well! The food is as tasty (not bland at all) with great menu variety and daily specials. The apartments are nice and spacious, with state of the art appliances. Lots of planned activities and the residents really look after each other. Highly recommended!

My mother and her friend recently moved to Revel from Acacia Springs and now know what its like to live in a clean and safe environment. The Revel staff and Administration are patient, helpful and truly care about the residents. The food is restaurant quality (no more standing in line like at Acacia) and the one bedroom units are spacious and light with a large balcony that overlooks the mountains. The housekeeping services are an added amenity and my mother's room is spotless. I have looked at a lot of other places and there is nothing in Las Vegas that even comes close to the amenities that Revel offers.
