My mother is a resident at Holiday Capital Place. The facility is beautiful. The staff are caring and patient with my mother, who can be a handful. My mother recently needed to move to a different unit and they made the process so easy, considering I love several hundred miles away. I would highly recommend Capital Place for you or your loved one.

Moved my 91 year old mother in to capital place 5 months ago. Our family have been very appreciative of the staff’s wonderful attention to my mom’s needs and the love they have shown her. Caregivers Kat, April and Brenda have allowed us to keep mom in the facility. Wonderful apartment too.

Finding and placing your aging parents in a safe and friendly environment can be extremely difficult and frustrating. Due to circumstances I had to stay with my dad to help care with his recovery for several weeks and am extremely pleased and confident that Holiday Capital is the best option. Finding good staff and management in today's world is difficult and have to give kudos to those responsible for management. As a born skeptic, I kept an eye out for anything that would endanger or make my dad's stay uncomfortable and could find nothing. Holiday is a clean environment that offers events, activities, three meals a day with several options at each meal, staff that does some light cleaning and will change sheets weekly and maintenance that resolves issues quickly. There is also a team of reliable caregivers available to help with those that are in need. It was touching to see how the staff greets everyone by name and the elderly care for each other. I was able to fly back home with peace of mind. Want to add I don't understand some of the recent bad reviews. Probably visited during the remodeling?

My grandma D lives here. It's a wonderful place. The office ladies are nice and helpful. I've been to a few of the activity nights and they are a lot of fun. Food is great and the building remodel is beautiful.

I was completely enchanted with her confidence and passion for providing her residents high quality care. I have complete faith in her ability to deliver high quality care for the residents of Holiday Capital Place.

Great place. Alyssa and Kianna were very helpful with answering all my questions. The building was just remodeled and looks good inside. My dad really enjoys living here with all the activities they have at the community.

Definitely not fond of the staff and their unprofessionalism. If the owner is reading, Please train your staff how to handle an emergency. Please also check your backlog of maintenance requests as I know my family put in two!! Never fixed anything. In addition, The food is unfortunately not pleasant in taste, tough to chew with no flavor. (Tested for months w several different "chefs" ) The staff turn around is so fast, they can't keep employees and after a couple years of seeing first hand the employee atmosphere, I can see why. My family didnt get their house cleaned more than 3 weeks consecutively in an entire year. They use the pandemic as their reasoning for bad chefs and low staff. I don't recommend this as a first choice to place a family member you care about. Hold standards for your loved ones and go elsewhere. I don't make reviews to bash businesses. I give my honest opinion. I appreciated the activity and fun things offered to residents and programs the facility offered. That was what drew me in but that's just the outer layer of this place.Thank you for reading.

Holiday Capital Place is truly a place that ensures great services and feeling as your part of a huge family. The management team goes above and beyond maintaining and addressing any issues that may arise. They also take the time to personally get to know each resident and also participate in games and activities. This place is a great place to call HOME!

Arrived at this location in search of place for my parents to potentially move into. The sales manager was nothing but amazing. Supportive of our decision, informative, and not at all pushy. All my questions were answered, and I received plenty of information to take back with me to help with my parent's choice. If the rest of the property is similar to the sales manager and staff, then this may be a slam dunk of a choice. Thanks!

I recently started at Capital Place in January. I aboslutely love this community. The residents are amazing, the staff/management are so friendly. Capital Place makes you feel at Home. I have walked and visited many communities, but this one gives the "welcoming/ Home-y" feel. The residents are so welcoming! They are not just a community, they are a family!!

I have been employed at Capital Place for almost 5 years. This community is the best place I have ever seen for senior living! My grandmother was a resident here as well. We love our residents, treat them like family and treat each other like family as well. You will not find another community that feels like ours!
