It is an opportunity to join a table to enjoy the people while having a great meal, or sit by yourself. The choice is yours. Whether you want to enjoy quiet time siting at one of the gazebos, or join a group, is your decision. Access between the five resident buildings & the Seabrook House is an easy stroll along elevated covered walkways. A great place to call home.

My parents lived here for 7 years. Residents and staff are very kind and supportive of each other. It's a wonderful place to retire to. There are many activities and opportunities to socialize. No one ever walks by without a friendly hello. The food is surprisingly good - a point of pride at the Seabrook. Residents get one meal a day - either lunch or dinner, with numerous good choices.

I have lived on Hilton Head Island for over 30 years and it was the easiest and best decision when my husband and I chose to retire at The Seabrook. We love the beach and being a few blocks away has been a dream. When my husband unexpectedly passed shortly after moving here, the community was unbelievably supportive and loving and I immediately knew I was in the right place. As the years have gone by, now I get chauffeured to the beach every week and get to keep enjoying the beautiful sunrises and Island life.

I've been a resident here at The Seabrook for four months. It was one of the best decisions I've made. The facilities, activities. dining options are all excellent. But what stands out to me is the people here, both staff and residents. Across the board, the staff is friendly, responsive and very service oriented. And the residents are warm, and welcoming especially to the newcomer. I've found it a great place to live.

Our parents moved to the Seabrook 8 years ago and it was an excellent decision. The staff and community is amazingly wonderful and they have had an incredible experience residing here. As adult children, I have thanked my parents for setting themselves up at The Seabrook, as they are taken care of all the while have their independence. The open hallway concept to get from one building to another, is a healthy way for residents to be outside but should it rain no raincoat is required. All facilities are clean and the dining hall offers a warm environment to gather for great food. All staff members do an excellent job. The nursing staff, dining management plus the activities coordinator are easily available always acting in a professional manner. If a family is looking to find an independent retirement community , The Seabrook is an exceptional and special place. You won’t be disappointed

As a resident for 13 years thankful for this choice. The covered walkways from the five residential buildings make easy access in all weather. None of the seven other CCRC communities we visited had such. This facilitates use to library, exercise room, and dining. Home health, social services, administration as well and brings us together. Having lived here for almost 10 years, I can honestly say the Staff are amazing. Extremely kind and caring. The Residents care about each other's health and well-being. The Grounds are beautiful. The Activities are plentiful, there is something for everyone. I love my life here.
