Over the last several years, I have been able to partner with this incredible facility in placing many hospice patients within the community. We have experienced phenomenal care from the loving staff go above and beyond make this a wonderful place for their residence. They are a great partner for our team allowing residence to age in place without having to leave what they have known as home in their final weeks and months of life. I have nothing but great things to say about this absolutely beautiful senior living! We partner with Vitality to place our hospice patients in this beautiful facility to allow people to age in place and we are able to keep them in their own home while caring for them at the end of their lives and it gives the families peace of mind as well in the most important times of their loved ones lives.The staff treats the residents like family and are very attentive to their needs! You will not regret living here!

Vitality is going above and beyond our expectations for our family member's care. They were helpful and patient through an awkward move-in. There wellness team is exceptional in making sure he gets the medical and social care needed. The chef sincerely cares about the nutritional needs of the residents and that the food tastes good. We feel very welcome to spend as much time there as we can, which shows that they are open to people scrutinizing their work. The cost is reasonable, especially considering how much our family member is benefitting from living there. We recommend considering them if you are looking for assisted living or memory care.

Vitality at Frederica on St. Simons has been, and continues to be, a wonderful experience for us. The caregivers are always available by phone or text to answer my questions or check on an issue. They think out of the box and head off potential problems by seeking solutions before a problem actually manifests itself. The staff cares and you can feel that.

I recently toured the community based of a friend’s recommendation, and have to say wow. The care for the residents is incredible. Spoke to one of the residents on our exit and she expressed how much she loved the community. This location is no traditional senior living, Perfect fit for my dad.
