Our family searched for months looking for the perfect assisted living for our grandfather. Our search ended the minute we walked into Thrive at Green Island. From the first smiling faces we were greeted by to the cleanliness of the building, and seeing the residents mingling with each other and the staff, let us know we found the perfect home for our grandfather.

THRIVE is an absolutely wonderful place. They stay active with the residents and engaged from the leadership, care team, medtechs, concierge, and even kitchen staff. There are always activities going on from Bingo, exercise, outings to Golden Donuts, shopping, etc. Thirsty Thursday's are the best! The residents have the best time jamming out to classics from Elvis, and the Eagles, Michael Jackson, old gospel hymns, to 'You are my sunshine.' Definitely would recommend Thrive at Green Island for a loved one if you just need somewhere safe and fun for them with round' the clock care/check-ins from people that care.

My Mom recently moved to Thrive and it’s been wonderful. She loves it and my sister & I love the care she’s getting. The staff is fantastic. They are so kind, helpful and always have a cheerful attitude. We love everyone there. If she has to call them to her room, they are there within a couple of minutes. It is so comforting to know our Mom is getting the care she deserves in a very nice community.

My mom is a new resident of Thrive (one month). I can truly say they care about everyone! They know everyone's name and always are helpful and treat the Seniors with kindness and respect. They have a lot activities for them to enjoy everyday. If you are looking for a place for your loved one this is the place!

This place is absolutely lovely for anyone to live. The staff are very attentive and kind to all. I love how many events and activities the residents are able to do throughout the day! I have seen them constantly doing art and playing games and everyone is always smiling very much. It’s lovely!

I love going to Thrive Retirement Home because the environment is always so warm and welcoming. Everyone there is kind, friendly, and truly makes you feel at home every time you visit. A special shout out to Mrs. Wendy for always being so sweet and making each visit even more enjoyable!

Shayla Collier and the team at Thrive are top notch. They make the process of moving a loved one the next stage of life as easy as this transition can be for both the family and client. The PT, OT and speech care is excellent and done in the facility. Meals are great and activities (painting, party games like cornhole are fun and keep things interesting. They have guest music monthly in sing along fashion. I encourage you to talk with Shayla, she is wonderful and someone you can trust to look out for your and your families best interest.

GORGEOUS facility but the staff there is amazing. They have all gone above and beyond with helping us through the process of everything. Kristi answered questions on the weekend and after hours. She gave us her personal cell number to keep in touch. And all of this communication happened with Kristi without us even committing to them. Kristi was there for us every single time we reached out. There just isn’t enough space to say all of the wonderful things she’s done for us and she is the main reason we chose Thrive. We are so grateful and happy to know our family members are so well cared for.

I came here for some rehabilitation after a traumatic health issue . This is truly a wonderful place. Every single person that works here seems to know your name. It was also delightful to have a well appointed apartment with the gym and therapy company just down the hall!!!

My father became a resident at Thrive in 2022 and has had a very positive experience living there. I had visited other facilities, but none felt "just right". When I walked into Thrive at Green Island, I was immediately at ease where with some of the others, I couldn't wait to leave. My father and I met with Kerry Jo, who is very compassionate with her work, and made the whole process very simple. She was always available to answer any questions I had. Additionally, the staff are very friendly, making a person feel at ease while there. One of the big positives of Thrive that is important to me is the various activities they do that are versatile. They appeal to both the ladies and the gents. Each time we would visit my father, he, being the gentleman, would always walk us out to the front entrance. He would speak to each person he saw and comment to me "everyone here treats me so good". Now that makes your heart smile! He now needs a wheelchair to get around and prefers to remain in his apartment rather than seeing us to the door, and that's just fine. And he still comments on how well they take care of him.

Thrive @ Green Island for the most part of the past 2 and 1/2 years has been a wonderful , professional and loving place for my husband. With the recent transition, many things have changed. Still a caring facility but have lost some personal touches that were present at the beginning. I still would recommend Thrive @Green Island for their professionalism but miss the personal compassion given by many of the staff (and many who have left). Anne Hoffman

While I was looking for an Assisted Living facility for my mother, I met with Kerry Jo Wigley at Thrive of Green Island. Kerry Jo had all the answers to my many, many questions. She also helped me navigate the transition in getting my mother here from Tennessee. She is top in her field and I would highly recommend Thrive at Green Island for anyone looking to "home" their loved one in a caring, nurturing and loving environment.

My mother and stepfather have lived here for over a year. Every time I walk in I feel like I’m getting a giant hug. The staff and the residents are so nice and give my parents the best care. My mother loves it here. I can’t even get her to go to lunch with me anymore LOL. She won’t leave. Today we played noodle balloon. So much fun

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Thrive at Green Island! The heartbeat of this community radiates when you walk in the door. I love the variety of activities and opportunities for socialization for older adults here. The energy is contagious and there is no doubt how much the team here LOVES their residents and their families. They consistently go the extra mile. I would highly recommend!

Thrive at Green Island is an absolutely stunning senior community in Columbus Ga. I have been there on many occasions visiting staff and residents and everyone is always very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The staff holds the cleanliness and the security of the property to the absolute highest standard. The activities held on site for residents are fun and stimulating both physically and mentally. I have yet to eat on site, but from what I hear the food is also absolutely delicious. I have worked with Giovanna on multiple occasions and her ability to listen and truly hear the needs desires of her perspective residents and senior Care counterparts is unbeatable!

I recently visited Thrive and I was in awe at how beautiful this facility is. It is definitely not your average old folks home. This place has everything you could possibly want. The staff is so welcoming, the food was phenomenal and there were lots of different activities to choose from on a daily basis. How could anyone not want this for their loved one?

This place is absolutely gorgeous! My Grandmother is staying at Thrive. She has been in other facilities. I honestly can't believe how beautiful the place is. Like something out of Southern Living Magazine. The staff there are Wonderful and go out of their way to really engage with the residents. Great care, great facility, great staff!

We are pleased with the staff and the care given to my husband. Everyone seems to care and to help us anyway they can emotionally and physically. My only complaint is I wish there was some male caregivers, I feel my husband might respond better to a male in certain situations. All the caregivers taking care of him are very patient, compassionate and very attentive to his feelings.
