I recently visited Sky Vista Senior Living Facility in Mesa, Arizona, and I was truly impressed with the level of care and compassion displayed by the staff. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for residents. I had the pleasure of interacting with Savannah, a staff member whose kindness and professionalism stood out. She was attentive, patient, and genuinely caring, making my visit a positive experience. Savannah took the time to answer all my questions and demonstrated a sincere dedication to the residents' well-being. It's clear that the staff at Sky Vista, especially Savannah, are committed to providing excellent care and creating a warm community atmosphere. I highly recommend this facility for anyone seeking quality senior living in the Mesa area. Overall, my visit left me confident in their compassionate approach to elder care.

As a hospice nurse, I rely heavily on the care and knowledge staff has of their residents in order to assist patients and their families through one of the most difficult stages of their lives. The staff at Sky Vista truly go above and beyond to get to know each resident, they are attentive to their needs, and really do care that their residents are getting the highest level of care. The managers Bella and Favi know who is in their care. The people who live at Sky Vista aren't just a room number to the management, they are people who each have their own unique needs. I haven't been to a facility where management knows not just a resident's name, but their families names, what their careers were, and so on. The staff have also been fantastic, some people who really stood out to me include Tiffany, Megan, Jennifer, Angela, Sky and Raquel. But even if I can't remember all the staff names, everyone truly cares, from the kitchen staff being the best source for a person's appetite to the activity coordinator to explain how a person's mobility and mental health has improved since being involved in the community. It has been such an honor to work along side the staff at this facility. Rest assured if your loved one needs more help than you can provide them at home, living at Sky Vista will ensure they are getting the highest level of care in the Phoenix area. I couldn't recommend Sky Vista enough!

My mother is in Sky Vista. My mother is very reliant on the caregivers. She is wheelchair bound. Recently she went to the hospital and the hospital staff was amazed at how good my mom's skin was. Normally if a patient is wheelchair bound, you have some skin breakdown. My mother's skin was in great condition. It is because of caregivers like Kysha, Skye, Crystal, and Adriana. Thank you guys for taking such great care of my mom!!!

Updated on 8/21/2024 - I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sky Vista. From the moment my mom moved in, 8 months ago, we felt a sense of relief knowing she was in good hands. The staff here are incredibly caring and compassionate, always going the extra mile to ensure residents feel at home. The aides are knowledgeable and attentive, providing excellent care tailored to each resident's needs. As an example, I received a call from them recently stating that mom seemed "a little off" and they were concerned for her. Her vitals were normal but she just seemed off. I took her into her doctor that day and she had developed a small issue that could be quickly resolved. Had we waited it would have been much more serious. I am so grateful that they know her so well and for the great communication! One of the highlights for my mom has been the variety of fun and engaging activities offered daily at Sky Vista. There's always something exciting going on, whether it's a craft session, a game night, or a special event. These activities have brought so much joy to her days and have helped her form meaningful connections with other residents. The management team is top-notch, always approachable and responsive to any questions or concerns. They truly care about the well-being of the residents and work hard to maintain a positive, welcoming environment. Most importantly, my mom feels at home here. She is surrounded by people who love and care for her, and that peace of mind is priceless. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for her to thrive.

My mom was in this facility until earlier this year. I can tell you they over charge. There are nearby facilities much cheaper. The front staff was good. Activities was very good. Caregivers did the best they could with what support they had. It ends there. The nurse was not good. She was caught in many lies and was not supportive of the staff. She was borderline abusive to the staff. Her boss mike lost his mind when I brought up my concerns about her being a liar and not supporting the staff. I think the activities is what made this place good but honestly look around. There is much better. Sorry if anyone moved in before I had a chance to write this it had been a busy year. My mom is now in a great facility and three residents from sky vista are there as well. If you move in sky vista get everything in writing when it comes to the nurse

Two years ago my sister was moved into the Senior Facility at Sky Vista in Mesa. Of all the places that I visited, I found Sky Vista to be warm and welcoming. My sister had the beginning of dementia and was no longer able to live alone. She moved into a lovely studio in Assisted Living and seemed to adjust quite well until she felt the loss of her independence and needed to be moved into Memory Care in the same building. The staff had the challenge of calming her and helping her adjust to her new home. Due to her limited sight, being a fall risk and losing her coordination, my sister is getting the attention she needs daily from a very caring and attentive staff. I am at peace that my sister is safe and being cared for in the best possible way. Kudos to the staff!

My 92 yr old Grandma has lived here at Sky Vista since Sping and our family has been very impressed. As a granddaughter who lives in Utah we came to stay with her for a week as she was fighting an infection. The staff has been amazing, the building always smells lovely, very clean, and the food is divine. Every single piece of food has been phenomenal! Good choices to eat, seasoning spot on, I would definitely live here even just for the food A deep blessing to know when we head back home that she is in such great care

I am a 14 month resident at Sky Vista. We have an excellent administrative and caregiver staff that is empathetic to the needs of the residents. We have a varied schedule of activities stimulate the mind and body which includes off site field trips. Transportation to/from doctor appointments is available. Restaurant style dining with menu choices for all tastes. The food quality is very good. Sky Vista has had new flooring installed and totally repainted in the last month. I recommend Sky Vista for a loved one or yourself

Beautiful facility, caring staff, and lovely residents! My mom has been at Sky Vista Connections for over a year and is thriving there. When she initially moved in, she was on hospice, and now she is off hospice and improving! My mom knows all the caregivers by name and they're attentive to her needs. There are numerous creative activities that focus on socialization, mental health, fine and gross motor activities. Sky Vista offers church service on Sundays, celebrates all the holidays by hosting families with a nice dinner, has happy hours and brings in entertainment such as a petting zoo at Easter time, fun musicians and all kinds of enjoyable entertainment to keep the residents engaged. There's also a hair and nail salon that is wonderful. The meals are fresh, quality ingredients and include a variety of healthy entrees. My mom especially likes the big courtyard in Assisted Living. We spend time outside enjoying nature, going for walks around the courtyard, and seeing all the birds feasting on the feeders. Thank you to all the staff who make Sky Vista a nice home for my mom!

After two years in a previous memory care unit, we made the decision to move dad to the MC unit at Sky Vista. We understand it can be hard on ALZ patients to move them, however this move turned out to be a great decision! The staff was very attentive, and Dad settled in right away. We/he couldn't be happier with the great care he receives as well as all the activities offered at Sky Vista! We are truly impressed with the staff, especially Kelly who does a great job running the MC unit, and Heidi who facilitates the fun activities. As soon as you walk in the door at Sky Vista it has an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home, and Angela at the front desk is so helpful and always greets us with a smile:)!

We used the "respite" room at Sky Vista for my mother-in-law because we were going to be gone, and we were afraid something would happen while we were gone. Upon our return, she told us that she loved it and wanted to stay. She had been so lonely, missed meds, and became disinterested in mealtimes. Now, she's happy, and most importantly, safe. It's wonderful we found such a warm caring environment that happens to be so close to our home. And she's thrilled to have a caring staff, good meals, and activities to keep her engaged.

We moved our parents in to Sky Vista almost two months ago. We had toured several locations and a few under the MBK brand and this location is by the far the best we found. Right from day one, we knew this was the place to be, close to home and all ground level along with a dedicated and caring staff. They have been awesome meeting our needs. Mom recently needed to move to memory care and Dad downsized his apartment, the staff made the transition smooth for us. Everyone is great, the building and grounds are well kept and clean. They keep us up to date all the time. Big shout out to Reese, Favi, Bella and staff for making this the perfect place for Mom and Dad.

Moved my mom into Sky Vista after having problems with two previous memory care centers here in the valley, in which she actually lived. Those problems dealt with very expensive fees for a declining, and even a questionable, amount of care, as well as poor staffing. Two additional care centers we toured didn't even have the security or staffing to monitor their clients after they reach a need for memory care. Met with Kelly at Sky Vista and couldn't have been more impressed. The fee schedule was excellent, as was the staff and level of care. Kelly made mom more comfortable and happy than she had been for years in other assisted living homes. Their security was excellent and even the discerning members of my family were pleased. Highly recommend them. The facilities and staff are unmatched in our experience. Excellent staff and administrative personnel are not always guaranteed but Sky Vista seems to have found a solution to that problem.

recently have been looking for a community for my grandfather. Ive been to quite a few places recently and Mariposa point of mesa was by far the best. Everyone in the community is so friendly, the staff were so kind and informative and I really feel like my grandpa will enjoy being Here. I recently worked helping a family move their dad into Mariposa Point of Mesa. We only had the weekend to find him an apartment in Assisted Living, and we are all so impressed with a ‘window wall that can be opened to connect a beautiful indoor sitting area to a patio with furniture on the outside- perfect For social distancing visits. The community is so new and beautiful- and all on one level- not overwhelmingly big like many communities. Ariana, the Marketing Manager, was response by calls and text through the evening on Saturday and also on Sunday. The Wellness staff helped navigate Covid tests and other assessments within the one working day (Monday) that we had to get dad moved on Tuesday. The whole family is very happy at how everything went and dad seems very happy with the friendliness of the staff and the environment. I represent many seniors and their families, helping them move to senior living communities throughout the valley- and Mariposa Point far exceeded my expectations - I am so impressed at how the staff worked as a team to make the move less stressful.

My mom has been living at this facility in the memory care section for 1-1, 2 years. When I was looking for a facility, I wanted one that would provide the best possible environment for her. This facility (I prefer to call it a residence) was without a doubt the best one for her needs. They have areas where everyone can gather to eat, watch TV or participate in any one of the other activities. Outside entertainment is brought in on a regular basis (other than during COVID times). The staff is loving and the caregivers learned her likes and dislikes very early on in her stay. She continually tells us how happy she is. Isnt that what we all want! If your loved one cant be with you, they should be here!
