My Dad has been at the Auberge for 4yrs now! We have always loved the experiences he has been able to have living at home there. The level of care has all ways been about keeping him health, happy, engaged and physical! I’m so happy he’s been apart of this community and can’t wait to see what is happening in the coming new year! Thank you to the amazing new staff. I couldn’t do it without you!

My mother has had increasing need for physical assistance and memory care for some time. My family and I made the difficult decision to place her in a facility and looked extensively over the past few months to find the "best fit" for her. After checking multiple facilities in the area, we found the Auberge at Cypresswood to best meet our needs. The facility is clean and well kept. The staff members are friendly and upbeat and seem to genuinely care about the residents. The programming is well organized and offers multiple opportunities for activities and socialization. Precious and Valerie and the administrative team have gone out of their way to assist in as smooth a transition as possible and have been very receptive and responsive to my MANY questions along the way. My mother moved in earlier this week, and so far, so good. I pray things continue to go well with this challenging season of life. We realize there is "no place like home" and there is also no "perfect" place, but the Auberge and its staff are doing their best to make it feel like home for my mom and to make it as near-perfect as it can be for her.

That is a horrible place.They no longer hire nurses. Regular/un certified employees are passing meds to my uncle.They have had covid in the building and do not share that info with the other family members so we can protect our loved one. The staff is awesome the few that they have. There second shift is always short so my uncle can never get the quality care he really needs.

For those of you who dont know, ALL Auberge communities are old Silverado communities. This means that your family will have the best Memory Care, hands down anywhere. Auberge Cypresswood has long been known in the community for having some of the best caregivers, nurses, sales personnel, Administrator, education classes, support groups and of course food. Melissa, their inside, outside sales person is phenomenal and so personal when it comes to helping you with the process of transitioning your loved one to the community. She does everything possible to make sure you and your family are comfortable and educated on the process of what life is like at The Auberge. They also have a wonderful and heart felt Administrator, Gigi. Gigi really takes the time to get to know each and every family member, their loved one and their story. When you are at Auberge Cypresswood you really do feel like family. You will not find a more compassionate and caring community than right here.

My wife is a resident of The Auberge at Cypresswood. The caregivers are thoroughly professional and genuinely care about the residents. Several different placement services recommended Cypresswood highly. There is a very homey feel to the place. If residents want to participate, they have a variety of activities to choose from, including offsite outings. The activities are directed by a skilled staff. Meals are served in small dining rooms with 10-15 residents and two caregiver-servers. Pets, either residents or visitors, are welcomed. I highly recommend that The Auberge at Cypresswood be considered in your search for a home for your loved one.

The staff at The Auberge made us feel so welcome and helped us make a difficult transition smoothly. They welcomed our questions, talked through our fears and loved on our family. Our residents new home at The Auberge is as close to actually living with us as we would want. We know he is safe and well cared for every day. She receives personalized care and attention from a professional, caring staff. As a family member, this community sincerely cares and encourages me. I have experienced a loving community that works together to provide care, love and inspiration to the residents.

When you were Silverado my wife was there until Sept 4 2018 when she passed away. Although she had dementia brought on by Parkinsons she was well looked after with kindness and love. This facility gave my wife Dorothy Wise an extra 2 years of comfortable living. After 60+ years of marriage I miss her desperately but know she was given the care I could not have given her 24, 7. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
