Do not recommend. My loved one was a resident of Memory Care here for four years. There were frequent administrative changes, and along with each change came lapses in care as staff changed as well. For the years 2022 and 2023 especially, the facility was understaffed most of the time, which led to unsafe conditions for the residents. My mother died due to an accident a year ago, and we still have not received an accident report, although official paperwork was filed. Shortly after the accident, the administration and most of the staff were fired or quit, making it even harder to obtain information. I filed a complaint with the state. Corporate is impossible to reach to speak about problems. Last, the facility owes my mother's estate nearly five thousand dollars for overpayment. There are aware of this and have acknowledged it, but she has received nothing, as corporate has not responded. My last resort was to leave my honest (poor) reviews on social media.

The Landings of Canton Hills community is a phenomenal place to be. They have a new management team that are professional, caring and helpful with residents, family members, and staff. The staff also provide the utmost support and treat residents with dignity. The community has a well maintained patio for outdoor events and perfect place for your loved ones, in addition to their restaurant style dining with great food, exceptional onsite PT, enriching on and off site activities create an engaging interaction lifestyle. I cannot recommend a place more highly, please stop by, take a tour and meet the staff. You will be glad, you did.

I walked in the door and everyone was very friendly and the environment made me feel like I was at home. I would recommend this facility to all my family and friends. Please stop by and visit or schedule a tour. You would love the atmosphere!! It's home away from home!!!

DO NOT RECOMEND! Horrible and not worth the money family has spent since day 1! First few days worker tossed soup down on tray spilling it all over, then staff brought food that the family member couldn't eat. Constantly not drying clothes properly and bringing them back wet, laxative given when not needed causing accidents, and not giving medicine properly. This is all resulting in patients being pulled and hospitalized. Complaint with state have been filed.

I have visited every assisted living facility in Canton and the surrounding Canton area before choosing the right fit for my mother. This one has the friendliest staff and offers the most bang for your buck. I would highly suggest placing a loved one here, as I did for mine, who has dementia and is living in their memory care unit.

I have been with The Landings of Canton Hills for 3 years. Before I was an employee, I was a friend looking for Respite Care, for my senior friend. We toured several communities. The Landings of Canton Hills, recruited my daughter whom of which worked in Memory Care for two years as a med tech. I started in Smyrna at our sister community in the business office. I have had the pleasure of working all over our building here in Canton. I let everyone I tour, know that we have the BEST residents and the Best FAMILIES! I am now serving as our Community Relations Director in Canton, GA. I am grateful for the opportunity to showcase our community and share the love with our new prospective residents. I would like to give a shout out to the very kind and caring staff at Provident Village . They have taken such good care of my mother , Jeanette Bagwell, since she moved into this wonderful community ! My mother has been one of many who tested positive after she chose to remain there at Thanksgiving . Because of their excellent care , she was diagnosed early and her symptoms remained at a minimum due to their actions . I am so appreciative to their Executive Director , Samuel Head and his Assistant , Natasha as well as their in house nurse , Audrey. I would also like to thank Monica and so many others at Provident Village of Canton for going above and beyond to make sure that my mother has been and will continue to be cared for as if she were in her own home . They are absolutely the VERY BEST !!

I was the hair dresser there and I love each and everyone there. They were all so sweet residents and staff. I enjoyed working with them it was truly a rewarding, blessing, experience!! I will never forget anyone there!! Thanks for giving me a opportunity to be a part of yalls family!! Yall all will be in my thoughts and prayers and I will never forget those smiling faces every Tuesdays and Thursdays and the welcoming good mornings I got when I walked Thur the front door!!!
