Care depends upon the staff working there. I visit during meal times which are often late & cold. Residents pushing away plates & complaining. No one helps those needing food cut up. Serve the food, only. Things were getting better about 2 months ago. Now, not so much.

My loved one LOVED this place when they were able to go. Then covid hit and my loved one just went into a depression.They made so many friends and to be cut off from that interaction,kills the spirit. I think some negative reviews said this place was dull looking, but when I went in there for the first time, (not sure what it looks like now,it has been since 2020,my loved one couldn`t go), but the cafeteria looked like an Italian or French sidewalk cafe, I was so impressed, and now that the restrictions have been lifted, I HOPE to be able to get my loved one back in there. One bad thing: don`t send anything in that`s nice, for it will disappear. Some people presume you go there, you can afford to have things taken from your loved ones. IT`s NOT TRUE FOR US!! If it weren`t for a very generous organization, my loved one couldn`t go, and that means I can`t afford that place by ourselves or anything disappearing. Please be kind and don`t take from others, you don`t know who your taking things from or what their situation is.

Arbor rose staff went over and beyond to help with any questions we had and made our family feel secured about placing our grandma at arbor rose, the care they give is as if the care for their own family. They treat all resident with respect and dignity, very satisfied with arbor rose and their care staff. Francisco makes sure all his residents are taken care of and clean he’s always smiling and very welcoming.

My mother has been at Arbor Rose for almost 2 years now. She has enjoyed living there and has benefited from the friendships she has with other residents and especially her caregivers. Special shout outs to Julie, Susie, Linda, Ruth and Terry. The caregivers are also our friends and we trust them as they give loving, professional care to our mother. Sincere gratitude to you all! Covid made it rough last year. I know that Dylan and all of his staff worked their absolute best, and many times went above and beyond, to give great care and maximize families’ ability to communicate with and love their loved ones. Thanks for all you did and continue to do.

My grandfather in-law lives at arbor rose! He is so well taken care of, we can’t say enough good things about it! Not only do they take excellent care of him, they work well with the family to ensure everything is just as we wish it to be.

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience with the staff and experience I have had with Arbor Rose!! I have placed my mother here and she LOVES it!!! She has dementia, and needs help with multiple physical and medical things as well as prompting and direction because of the dementia. But I also love that she is encouraged to be independent with the things she can still do! She is finding purpose and friendships. She is a retired nurse and loves to dote on and "help" her fellow residents, in a way that makes her still feel valuable. So while she needs as much help now that I cannot give... she is in an environment to receive that, but can give it, even if it is simply helping pull out a chair at meal time for her fellow cottage mate. Thank you to Kim, Julie, Sally, Dylan and Amanda for all you have done for mom and me!!

We love Arbor Rose! The care my father receives is great! We love the smaller community as it feels more like homes instead a massive building.

My dad has been at arbor for over a year now. We are so grateful to the staff for his care. With Covid things have been so crazy in our world but the staff is always available. Dylan the manger is great to answer right away and Sally the nurse is always helpful. Arbor has had a lot of care staff for a long time. We appreciate their care for my dad. We love the smaller cottages as he isnt in one large building as just another number. We FaceTime dad right now during COVID and we will also wave high to his care staff as we miss seeing them as well! I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a smaller more home environment for their loved one.

My mom has been attending the adult day care there for a month now and loves it! She adores the workers and all of her new friends. The activities are very fun and motivating. Tonight our family was blessed to be able to attend a spaghetti dinner fundraiser! Delicious and fun time! Grandmas Great grandkids even had fun.

Its a wonderful place to send your loved ones. The staff are are so professional, warm and friendly; they treat you like family. Twice a week, its a terrific social outting for my mother as well as a nice relaxing respite for me, her caregiver. We are blessed to have them in our lives. I highly recommend Arbor Rose Adult Daycare Center.

My husband lived at Arbor Rose for his last eight months and I was so pleased with the love and care he received and the activities the residents were all able to partake in. Best of all I was able to spend each day with him. All of his caretakers were so kind and loving to him and after he passed away they were all so kind and helpful to me and my family. I highly recommend Arbor Rose to be my facility of choice for senior care. Alice B.
