Would like to also leave a "shout out" to Danielle. Always available to lend the extra hand (and does great decorating!). Appreciate her very very much! The staff is the secret sauce. Loving, caring individuals that speak to the residents by name, smile at everyone, and treat visitors very, very well. I almost gave this community one star until I installed a camera in my mothers room and saw a caretaker gently feeding my mother- wiping her mouth when she drooled, holding her head up to give her something to drink, then coming back in her room to read to her. She held my moms hands and they were smiling with each other like old friends. She was the only cna to come into my moms room about four times a day and treat her like the angel she is, not just change her, empty the trash and leave. when she was sleeping - she fluffed my Moms pillow and shifted her body to a more comfortable position. If I didn't see that with my own eyes I wouldn't have thought there as a caring cna in the whole place. Her name is CJ and she is a blessing to my mom. The reading to my mom made me cry. I don't know what she was reading but she sat there for a good bit reading to her and the smile on my moms face was priceless. If they hire more like her - this place will continue to receive five stars. Thank you CJ.

Excellent experience at Sunrise Buckhead. My loved one spent a month at Sunrise following a hospitalization. The program - Road to Home - really was amazing. The admission process with Heather Daniel and assessment team was excellent; nursing care, personal care, food service, activities - all great and helped her to get stronger and healthier to return home. Thank you to all. Very professional.

Worse than one could ever imagine. The director and staff with few exceptions show no interest in providing services defined by care plan. While they are more than happy to increase their fees for services offered, they are unwilling to provide them--unwilling to staff sufficiently to deliver them. If you call them to account for failing to meet their agreements, they respond by creating farcical justifications for tossing the resident out of the facility--telling him (in this case my father) that that he, and his family are being disruptive, (when we pointed out staff was not responding to his emergency call button for half hour or more) which is a basis for ejection from the "community."

The care and genuine concern for my mother from the staff at Sunrise of Buckhead was exceptional. During Covid they did everything they could possibly do to keep everyone safe and still deal with emotional needs. The staff cares about the resident's family and keeps the family informed. Gloria is just a wonderful woman with great compassion and care. Damby was exceptional, as well. I always felt that she listened to concerns and was there to help make everything the best it could possibly be for my mom. Danielle and her staff were also just wonderful. So caring, so very hardworking and compassionate ladies. Thank you all for such great care you took of our mother. We will miss you all very much.

Our family rates Sunrise at Buck head Five Hundred Stars ! Facility is spotless and well designed for all types of health care needs.Best of all our the employees . God has assembled these his angels to do his work on earth . Naiara, Toni, Danielle , Stacey , Gloria , Linda,Tasha,Vivian and Damby all had a deep personal relationship with our mother.Words cannot do any justice to the level of loving top quality care they provided all the wayto our mother last breath on Sunday at 3: 17 am . Our family experienced other facilities somemuch more expenses and level of care at Sunrise at Buckhead was a million times better ! Thank you so much to every employee at Sunrise of Buck Head you treated our family like family. We could never repay you for what you all have done ! Much love to all !

Love Sunrise of Buckhead!! The facility itself is managed well, very clean and inviting, beautiful outside grounds, and always staffed appropriately. My mother moved in a few days before they went on lockdown due to the pandemic. They didnt skip a beat. They were organized and followed all of the CDC guidelines which prevented them having an outbreak in their facility. They were super compassionate with the families given the circumstances and made accommodations for window visitation, outdoor visitation. The caregivers treated my mother like family with the utmost respect and dignity. They really were angels on earth caring for her each day which brought me peace of mind especially through the COVID restrictions. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones. They will be taken care of by the best!!
