Ivy Ridge gave my mother-in-law, Yvonne Simmons the best care possible. They went above and beyond to offer to keep Kissy her dog, after Yvonne passed away Feb. 19, 2020. This facility proved over and over their professionalism, compassion and care for their residents. When Kissy passed away almost two years later, they honored Yvonne once again and took care of her arrangements. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who needs assisted living by truly caring people. God bless their work in 2022!

The staff at Sunrise did an incredible job of accommodating an emergency need for respite care. They dropped everything to make sure we had a place to bring my father-in-law. The last minute room and furniture was top notch and it seemed like they had been prepared in days, not hours. All that staff that we encountered were wonderful.

Sunrise Ivey Ridge in Alpharetta GA is providing my father excellent care as he needed to move from his independent living complex to assisted living.They have provided all the support and guidance from the various team members that we could need.The move went very well and they explained and followed all the precautions required during this covid period to keep all residents and staff safe. They are working with my fathers doctors to ensure prescription continuity.I look forward to being able to visit the complex and seeing my father on a regular basis once covid restrictions are lifted.Until then, I feel confident that my father will have great care at Ivey Ridge during these challenging times we are all facing.

My father moved to Sunrise Ivey Ridge and we could not be happier with everything. He requires quite a bit of assistance but every time I go he is dressed well, clean, and his room is spotless. They even make his bed every day. The people that work there are extremely friendly and responsive to our needs. My Dad was previously in a nursing home that was like an insane asylum. This place is the Ritz comparatively. The food is good and they have daily activities for the residents. I cant say enough positive things about Sunrise.

Sunrise at Ivey Ridge has been a wonderful place for my parents. They both lived there until my father died in November. We were very pleased with the care that he received and the level of caring and concern that was demonstrated toward him and my mother. The staff has been empathetic and caring toward my mother since the loss of her husband of 71 years. We are pleased with the level of professionalism and how they have involved our family in the process of caring for my parents.

My grandparents were married 70 years when my grandfathers health declined. Naturally they decided to try out assisted living together, as they did not want to be separated and my grandfathers care was becoming too difficult to manage at home. The staff has been attentive & responsive. You can tell that they genuinely care. Sadly, my grandfather passed away not too long ago. During that difficult time the whole team surrounded my grandparents with love and attention. My grandmother said that the relationship she had with her caregiver brightened her days during that difficult time. My grandmother opted to stay even after my grandfather passed, which is very telling about how she feels about her home at Ivey Ridge. My family is confident that they made the right decision when they chose Ivey Ridge

Everytime we visit Sunrise, the staff is very kind and attentive. The residents seem healthy and happy and seem to have good relationships with the staff. Its warm and inviting with beautiful decorations. Security is good with locked outside doors. Everything about our visits is pleasant and we always look forward to returning.
