Great, friendly staff and a lot of friendly residents who are always trying to make sure newcomers are feeling welcome! In-house Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy services provided if needed. As the Clinic Director of Therapy, I love it here! Come check it out!

We were recommended Aviva Maybelle Carter by "A Place for Mom." Although we had to go with another facility due to my sister's physical condition, I was very impressed with the tour of the facility that was provided by Alicia. She was able to answer all of my questions, and made a point of following up on my sister's rehabilitation progress. If you're searching for an assisted living option, you should strongly consider Maybelle Carter.

This place has been a blessing for our family. I will admit we felt like we had so many choices in the community it to as overwhelming but we couldn't be any more pleased with moving forward with Aviva Maybelle Carter! Give this place a shot you won't be sorry! The staff is so great across the board. Chef made meals have really been a nice addition also.

My grandma has been here for the past 6 months and the staff has been the most influential in her success after being in the hospital. I'm so thankful she decided on Aviva Maybelle Carter for her next phase in life. She's made so many great friends and enjoys the activities. I would like to say the administration team has been so helpful with helping her adapt and understanding the importance of social engagement now that she's a widow. Thank you all!

Many changes are taking place, things that were neglected and "pushed" under the rug by the previous owners. I'll be the first to admit that I have complained at the time some of the renovations were being done because I was inconvenienced but in the long run I have come to realize that the renovations or "changes" were done because they were necessary. The staff changes that have been made are AWESOME and they are working hard to accommodate the residents whenever possible and Maybelle Carter is thriving and coming back to life once more! Keep up the good work Aviva Maybelle Carter!

Toured last week and this is definitely on the short list for my mom. I just walked in to see if someone had time to show me around and answer some questions for me. While I was waiting I had the best time just watching the residents and staff interacting with each other. The love and respect the staff showed in the 10 minutes I sat waiting made me feel like my mom would be happy here. The receptionist was helpful, and the banter she had with the residents and visitors coming in was remarkable. She treated everyone as if they were long time friends. Thank you to Pat for making me feel welcome and to Lisa S. for answering all of my questions and giving me some good advice on other questions I need to ask when visiting other communities. If you're looking for a home for a loved one, please go see this community. It's beautifully redecorated and the people are amazing.

I have an uncle who lives here. and he is extremely happy here. It makes my heart smile to see how well he is taken care of. Dining staff works really hard to feed us and goes above and beyond. Hospitality here is top notch Activities are some of the best. We love bingo. Valerie and Sarah go above and beyond. They keep us occupied. Shari is a good housekeeper to me.

I was surprised when I walked in for a tour a few weeks back. The community looks night and day from when I was last there. As I shop around the market for my love one, Maybelle Carter will definitely be on my list! Staff was very friendly. I like the new Blue and White color scheme.

We just took a tour yesterday of the facilities and the renovations they are doing and the updates are really nice. The staff was friendly and the place has a homey feel. The best part was how active and engaged the residents were with the staff and each other. many people were up and about and outside and in the activities room. We left with a really good feeling

From the day we first toured Maybelle Carter with Julie, I knew that this facility was special.Mom is fiercely independent and we thought that she would never accept residing in an assisted living facility. Your team assessed her personality and needs and she quickly adapted to her new life at MC.Mom loves her apartment and its view. Although she is somewhat antisocial she has developed a warm relationship with her caregivers. It is really a great comfort to us knowing how much love you show her.
