My mom has been living at The Reserve at North Dallas for 3 months now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, the process was seamless—from touring the community with the amazing sales staff, Silla and Victoria, to the move-in process, which was made even smoother by the wonderful resident ambassadors. Michael was also fantastic, helping ensure everything went smoothly along the way. Sammy the concierge is a sweetheart and goes above and beyond as well. The community is warm and welcoming, with kind and friendly residents that have really helped my mom feel at home. The food is top-notch with many different options to choose from the restaurant to the cafe. and there are always a variety of fun activities to keep everyone engaged and entertained. I highly recommend The Reserve at North Dallas to any senior looking for a vibrant and caring place to call home.

This place has horrible service on all levels starting with the unavailable management team. The food they serve is equivalent to prison left over slop. I wouldn’t recommend it to my enemy.

I am 79 and I moved from a one bedroom apartment in Addison, TX to The Reserve at North Dallas a little over 5 months ago. I moved because I feel much safer here and I am able to make a lot of new friends here. The food is excellent and there are a lot of daily activities. I could not be happier since I moved here! The first photo is a sample dinner served in our spacious dining room and the second photo is the floor plan (which I love) for my apartment.

My mother lived here for several years, first in the independent living side and later in assisted living. At first she made lots of friends and enjoyed the activities, but as her health and memory declined she wasn't well supported. An employee systematically took cash from her purse; we caught it on our security camera, but the employee wasn't charged and my mother wasn't compensated for the loss of several hundred dollars. Her apartment was infested with bedbugs, and we had to deal with the fumigation on our own. When she moved to the assisted living side we learned she was slipping out of bed almost every night; the staff would find her on the floor every morning, but no one told us. Toward the end she clearly needed more support and we wanted to move her to a place with more supervision, but the manager insisted they had assessed her and she was fine. We moved her anyway, to a small place run by two nurses, and she got much more personal and supportive care for the final six months of her life, for about half the cost.

The Reserve at North Dallas is one of the best, reasonably-priced, senior living facilities in North Texas. After a thorough search and visiting several comparable facilities, our family found the Reserve to be a really good fit for our precious, elderly parents! No place is perfect, but so far we have been very pleased with the, services amenities and especially the very capable and tender hearted staff members. They have really helped us to make a smooth transition to senior living for our folks. Thank you to the entire staff, especially Silla Rasool and to Michael Hatcher who were instrumental in making our experience really great. From our initial visits to taking care of all of our move-in details, they both really made our transition easier to manage. Kudos!

The Reserve is such an all-around excellent facility! The building is set up so that there are a lot of rooms close to the main area so there's not as much walking. The staff is very attentive, and they keep up with the residents' needs. The food is excellent and there are a lot of opportunities for social interaction.

My mother is very happy here. She has lots of friends. She enjoys exercise class, poker and Bridge games. When she couldn't drive after her knee replacement the van took her to all her doctor and rehab appointments, which was enormously helpful. If something breaks in her apartment, it is repaired in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and attentive.

What a wonderful place to live. My friend's mother lives there. I went to visit and had a wonderful experience. Very clean and luxurious setting. The staff was very attentive and courteous to everyone's needs. I highly recommend this lovely place to any aging individual. Good job guys.

The dining room experience is not a pleasant one. There is not enough help in the evening. I think this makes them seem disorganized. A drink refill is never offered, don't know who the wait staff person is, sometimes must wait too long for service, etc.

Everyone is wonderful! I really love Micheal, Wyetta , and Sam (Front Desk) and even the maintenance staff all show a genuine caring interest. They did not just care for our mother , they loved her. We have friends who visited who have a relative in another facility. They were shocked at how nice, clean and comfortable The Reserve was. I would highly recommend it for anyone that is looking for a good place for there love ones to live . Also Gee has a very caring and warm heart he does whatever it takes to make sure that everyone has what not only they want but what they need mom use to always say " I love the popcorn he makes it with love"

My grandmother just moved in. and it is a amazing place.. everyone is so friendly and happy.. very home feeling. and nice staff. Some of the most compassionate caring staff I've ever met. Truly dedicated to providing dignity and quality care to their residents. And the food.....like dining at a fine restaurant. All in all it's someplace I would like to live! 💖

My mom didnt stay here very long. But I went to visit her on MLK day and she wasnt anywhere in the building. I immediately notified the employees but it was over an hour before I learned she had gone to the hospital via 911. After she passed I had to call, email director at least 5 times and never got a reply. I called today and spoke with resident liaison and he said hed just received a text from director to answer any of my questions. Very unprofessional. The facility itself was nice but the director needs some customer service training.

My wife and I have lived at The Reserve in AL since February of this year. The staff is kind and helpful. We are pleased to say that all the residents are friendly. My great aunt lived at the Reserve in independent living for a couple of years. I found the staff there to be very accommodating, friendly and concerned about the well-being of their residents. With the understanding that none of these communities can replace the sense of being in their own homes or with family, I was generally pleased with the level of care. The only reason we moved my aunt was the need to move to assisted living and the Reserve was full at the time. I want to give special recognition to Micheal, the director of resident services who was exceptionally gracious and considerate of special requests.

The Reserve at North Dallas has surpassed my expectations in so many ways. My family came to visit our dad, grandpa, wanting to ensure he was in a good environment and part of a close knit community. It can be challenging to live far away from a loved one without knowing what type of environment they are living in, relying on the phone for communication.This community is over the top when it comes to a staff who are genuinely interested in pleasing their residents. Both Michael and Wyetta, who were working at the front desk during our visit, were warm, friendly and helpful, patiently answering all my many questions about what they offer to their residents. When I approached Ryan, the associate director of dining services, to inquire about dining in with the family, he readily reserved the private dining room for us. Our dad, grandpa was so happy to have dinner with us all together with him. It was like eating out in a fine dining restaurant reserved especially for us. We were given menus and delicious food and the the table was set beautifully. It truly gave me the feel like our dad, grandpa is part of an expensive country club. Our server, Ever, waited on us as if we were of dignatory status. He was so attentive to all of our many requests, refilling our coffee, promptly clearing used plates and making helpful suggestions. The apartments are beautiful, gardens well kept and inviting, lounges warm and inviting, activities abounding everywhere; however for me, the most important thing was that our dad, grandpa was treated royally and this is what I observed. I am able to return home and talk on the phone to him, knowing that even though I cannot be close by geographically, he is in a great environment that will contribute to his desired lifestyle.

My mother has lived at The Reserve for six years and neither of us could be more happy. She often tells me about staff members who go out of their way to help her and says, They really care about me. The management is friendly and efficient, the concierge is outstanding, and the food is excellent! Seeing my mother feeling safe and at home brings us BOTH such a measure of peace.

I cant imagine a more beautiful, caring and warm environment for our seniors to live in and actually age well in place. I just think the staff there is really doing something special with the care and love they give the families there. How great is it to have a beautiful place to live in when ready to retire and still enjoy every day with our loved ones!
