Brookdale is a wonderful facility that treats my parents with dignity and respect. The facility is clean and comfortable. My parents feel safe and cared for by the attentive staff. As their son, I feel comfortable that my parents needs are being met.

I have had wonderful health improvements by enjoying the aquatic exercise classes at the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Live entertainment every Friday is wonderful. It’s a real pleasure getting to know my neighbors and everyone is very caring. A close knit community.

It was a nice move at first for my mother to continue to improve after her stroke. Once she was there they kept adding charges to my fathers billing and it was very costly. It has become very nursing home like in the past few months. Hard to schedule transportation, pushed back on concerns brought up, & over all safety concerns not addressed. The apartments are not updated and lack several handicap features that made brushing teeth, showering and getting a drink of water from a wheelchair difficult. Honestly look around at options, for the money the care was not as expected.

I am submitting this for my mother: My husband was needing more care before he passed and the employees at Brookdale were so helpful and accommodating. When we had to use that pull cord when he fell, the response time was quick. My husband recently passed and I have chosen to remain at Brookdale Trillium Crossing because it feels more like home to me. The employees are so friendly, helpful, and very caring. I highly recommend Brookdale Trillium to others.

I have lived here for over a year now. Staff is caring attentive and professional. The food is THE BOMB! BUT NO WORRIES YOU WONT PACK ON POUNDS. LOTS OF FITNESS CLASSES AND A BEAUTIFUL NDOOR SWIMMING POOL AND AND JACUZZI TO RELAX YOUR MUSCLES. I WISH I COULD STAY BUT OUT OF STATE financial obligationsandolderRELATIVES BECKON ME AWAY. Tell them Ricky Ricardo recommended Brookdale to you.im serious! Hes apopular puppy and you might score a discount! Good luck and GOd bless!

But to make the changes and adjustments that most humans must in transition from home, neighborhood, and style of living, often including the loss of a spouse, patience, humility, and optimism are required. Trillium is a place that eases that transition as well as possible, and bit by bit becomes the home you hoped for, and you make affectionate connections with new friends. The place is special and can charm you.

My mom has lived in Brookdale Trillium Crossing for almost 2 years and she loves it there. Her apartment is comfortable and feels like home to her. The residents are all so friendly, and the staff has really gone out of their way to take care of everyone. It’s been very challenging during the pandemic, but everyone has a smile on their face and does their best to keep the residents safe and comfortable. When my mom stopped driving and didn’t want to cook any more, it made so much sense for her to move here and we’re both glad she did!

Hi, This is Rick with Christine's Garden Flower Shop. We had a delivery for a resident at Brookdale, so I called to make sure they could have flowers and to confirm they was there. I spoke with Angela and she explained that they no longer lived there. I asked if there was a way she could reach out to a family member to let him know we had flowers for them. She went above and beyond, contacting them first to make sure it was ok if she could give out any information. This is obviously standard procedure, but She made it quick and easy and we were able to get the flowers to them the same day. Thanks Angela for your help and kindness. Rick
