I spent a fair amount of time at Northpointe Woods Independent Living while my father recovered from an injury. The building and grounds are beautiful and well maintained; the staff is professional, friendly, and quick to respond with any issue or inquiry; communication and security are great; and there are plenty of things to do for the residents both on and off site. I especially liked the sense of community, and it's comforting to know that my parents are part of it. Thank you Northpointe Woods for everything.

I cannot speak highly enough about the compassionate care and consideration that my family has received from the staff at North Pount Woods. It is a wonderful residence for seniors. My mother entered into an independent living apartment about 8 years ago. Her reluctance to move ended almost immediately when she told me this feels like home and where I belong. Her apartment was lovely , the staff is amazing, from administration down to every single employee. They are helpful, cheerful and kind; every one of them! My mom has met so many people and made wonderful friendships, where everybody looks out for and cares for each other. There are many social activities to participate in, if one chooses to do so, The kitchen staff is wonderful and create lovely, delicious meals in a really nice atmosphere. They listen to their clients and try their best to accommodate the many requests and suggestions. Just recently my mom took a bad fall and after a period of time in rehab at the Oaks, found herself in need of a move to Assisted Living. As hard as this transition was, physically and emotionally, the staff could not have been more helpful, compassionate and kind. The best part is, she is still near her many friends and is adjusting to her smaller quarters where she gets the best of care. It gives me and my family such relief to know that she is in a safe, happy,, comfortable, and beautiful place where all Of her needs are met. I am so very grateful to everyone at North Pointe Woods and would encourage anyone who is considering this type of environment to check it out. It are a first-class facility filled with love and concern for all of their residents and their families. I am so glad that my mother landed here!

NorthPointe Woods Senior Living facilities provide exceptional, progressive living conditions in the Battle Creek Area. You'll find the Independent Living facility has everything you could possibly wish for. In the Assisted Living / Memory area, you can continue to visit any friends you made in Independent Living without leaving the building while obtaining skilled nursing support. Need rehab, they've got it. The Oaks provides after surgery rehab and more. On top of all this I rate the Staff and the Residents as the most compelling reason to choose NorthPointe Woods to age gracefully. Everyone you meet will welcome you with open arms and we all love to laugh! Imagine having over a hundred friends to help keep you active and safe.

In February I returned to Battle Creek from Bradenton,Florida. I had a horrific experience with the moving company from Miami and the Management and Maintenance staff here at NorthPoint stepped in and handled the situation providing minimal stress for me. The Maintenance team is excellent and very protective of the residents. I like it here,however, I have two suggestions; 1. Some of us find it difficult to get on and off of the dining room chairs in the Dining Room. I would like to have hand rails/grab bars installed along a wall making it easier to for us to get up and down by ourselves. 2. I would like to see more activities offered. I would like more physical options offered, something to challenge our minds, not just cards and Bingo. I would like to see a resident meeting where we can talk freely and discuss options for activities.

NorthPointe Woods is the top senior living community in the Battle Creek area consisting of independent living, assisted living and memory care. It is clean bright and airy with a professional yet relaxed friendly atmosphere. Residents love it as do families. The Marketing Director is knowledgeable professional and friendly. She has been very patient and supportive as I search for a great place for mom.

My mother is a resident here. I live out of state, and I really do not have to worry too much about her safety. The staff is very helpful, and they are great for families to work with. If I have a concern, I know that I can call or e-mail several staff members. My family is very impressed with the meals and activities that are offered.

We have had a wonderful experience with Northpointe Woods. The staff is compassionate, competent, and caring. The facility is well-maintained and residents’ individual needs are assessed on an ongoing basis. The staff goes above and beyond to help residents and their family members and they truly treat their residents as family. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs to transition to an independent senior living facility that provides safety and security, as well as food services and activities.

A difficult long distance move from Texas to Battle Creek made much easier by the staff and preparations made by them. When we arrived after a four day journey from Texas the apartment was "move in" ready. A service elevator was at our disposal and the maintenance staff was ready to help. Since then my mother's stay has been made very pleasant by the welcoming staff and and many friendly folks in residence at NorthPointe Woods. She has had changes made to her rooms and had a TV mounted on her wall, all with simple requests. There are many activities every day that she can participate in if she desires, from exercise classes to bingo, Van runs to grocery stores to sit down dinners in the evenings. She has made many new friends and reconnected with some old ones.

My father has been at Northpointe Woods Assisted Living since February. Our experience has been absolutely wonderful! The caring staff has made his transition so easy for him and our family. His apartment as he calls it, is comfortable and the staff treat him like family. He can play bingo, do exercise classes and walk around the entire property. We are very grateful to have such a place in Battle Creek for our dad. The wildlife is amazing. Dad loves to see the cranes, turkey's and deer out his window. Do consider NorthPointe Woods for your loved ones.
