This facility is super clean. Everyone is so helpful and nice. The food is fantastic! If you're looking to stay in a beautiful place and receive rehab this is the place to be! They also have an assisted living upstairs! Very quiet and beautiful! I recommend Healthcare Resort in Plano 1000%

I was at the Healthcare Resort of Plano for over a month. I had an amazing experience. I am now up and walking! I never would of gotten to this point without The Healthcare resort. Healthcare Resort of Plano, Plano Tx, this is a 4+ star facility. Well grounded Amin. Department, Good customer service. Inside of the building looking so flourish, clean and beautiful- House keeping. The Nurses and Aides, are on point. Lastly their Food and Kitchen staffs and their environment looks Great.

My grandmother has been a resident at this place for the last month and the place is truly amazing. The staff has been so good to her and so responsive to all our questions. Ms Karunakaran is the best. She is always so pleasant and so compassionate. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!!

I couldn't be happier with the care and courtesy of the staff at the Health Care Resort of Plano, where my wife is a patient. After a very long hospital stay, her mobility was reduced to not even being able to sit up. She is now able to walk a short distance with assistance. While still a long ways from being able to return home, i feel she is trending toward that. All of the staff have been wonderful, but i do want to provide a special shout out to Anne in the front office and both Sharon and Primo in therapy. Jeff F

The Rehab staff there is amazing. So friendly and lively. Every time I come to visit the residents always seem to have a smile on their faces and interacting with therapist.

Healthcare Resort of Plano was a great place for my mom. They treated her like family and she left much stronger than she arrived. The whole staff worked together to help my mom emotionally, physically, and medically. Highly recommend. As with any facility, being present to advocate for your loved one is always important.

Healthcare Resort has a new administrator that goes above and beyond for her residents. She is pushing her entire team to do their very best. She has even worked with Alanna, the DON to add an evening supervisor to help with continuity of care.

The nursing staff was great even though they was often short of staff not enough nurse they often struggled trying to keep up with all the patients they had, the food was good, the nurse technicians did the best they could while being understaffed the physical therapist was great, the social workers wasn't the best they could have been it was like all they cared about was getting paid, Wanda was the worst seldom not commutative on policy often trying to make the patients feel it was their fault for the billing issues between the insurance company and causing unnecessary stress towards the patients, she was very rude and arrogant, I'm wasn't very satisfied by her performance also I call her about my home care treatment and she never ex called me back so my bandage that need to be changed every two days wasn't setup before I left the healthcare resort.

This facility has been such a wonderful experience for my sister these past several weeks. The staff is outstanding. The social activities are wonderful thanks to Valerie (who sings and dances)! Ann, takes care of every detail regarding any issue that is brought to her attention. Physical therapy is primo. RJ, Sharon, and Lundon have been especially attentive. The nursing staff is very kind namely, Kia, Janice and Lin. All in all, I highly recommend this facility

My mother was treated very well here by the staff! They were Only thing is when they had a covid outbreak they had patients in shared rooms! My mother was negative for covid coming in this facility, but contracted covid from a worker coming in sick & coughing all over her! Administrators: Please have 5 days PAID sick leave for your staff! A cough can kill! My mother was in her 80's but very sharp! She was mentally intelligent and healthy, but her physical condition had greatly deteriorated.

The staff is great in every regard. Everyone is very caring. The facility is super clean and well taken care of. They have great activities and activities director which contributed to the upbeat atmosphere throughout the facility. The therapy team is the best around and people come back for outpatient therapy due to the amazing staff.

This is my 3rd time at The Healthcare Resort of Plano…I continue to choose this facility because they are they best to get me back to good health…All the staff are superp and goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I'm totally satisfied and in better health…Nurse Anne always ensured daily that all my needs are met, I really appreciate her caring…The rest of the whole staff, Nurses, Dr's, Therapist, are also all dedicated to their profession.

I've visited The Healthcare Resort of Plano multiple times now and it keeps getting better. It's not perfect but at least they'll admit their mistakes (while many businesses won't) and then they'll fix it. The employees are friendly to me. Easy for me to recommend this place currently.

The best therapy and nursing care in Plano. Let me elaborate - I complete outpatient therapy here for fibromyalgia pain. They alternate between cupping, dry needling and neck muscles release to help with trigger pain. As I engage with the therapist and the nursing staff, all I can see is empathetic and caring employees. As I walk back and forth in the facility, the action from activities is impressive. No call lights going off or that ' nursing home smell'. I'd recommend this facility to anyone wanting great nursing care and therapy delivered with loving, caring and empathetic staff members.
