Our mom is doing so well at Spring Arbor of Salisbury! The assisted living community runs like a well-oiled machine. The Director (Alicia) is amazing and has high expectations from her staff -- and it shows! Everyone has been so kind and attentive to our mom, helping her to settle in, make friends, and even start participating in some of the offered activities. After moving our mom from another community in the area because she was being neglected (even during illness), became very unhappy, the staff did not respond to our questions/concerns or even return our phone calls, lack of adequate staffing, etc., finding Spring Arbor has been a godsend. We know that our mom is finally safe, always cared for, and happy. Any requests or questions are quickly addressed, staffing is on point, and everyone treats our mom with kindness and dignity. Every staff member we have encountered has been wonderful -- from the first inquiry with Danielle in Marketing to the hands-on staff members that care for our mom each day and everyone in between. We would highly recommend Spring Arbor of Salisbury assisted living community. We are so thankful for them.

Absolutely fantastic assisted living! My aunt has been there over three years coming from another facility. We couldn't be more pleased. The staff is great, food good and the facility is always clean. It is not a big assisted living so care is more taylered to the individual's needs. Everyone is friendly including the other residents. It is located in a nice safe area and there are always other family members there visiting their loved ones. The only slight negative is the loss of two very hard working, intelligent and most of all caring LPN's; however, employee turnover is an issue in any business especially in the healthcare industry. I would highly recommend Spring Arbor.

Mom LOVES Spring Arbor!!! Next month, she will celebrate 4 years as a resident and repeatedly tells us that moving to Spring Arbor has been one of the best decisions she's ever made! The staff make her feel great and are attentive and she thoroughly enjoys all the activities, especially Bingo and flower arranging! She raves about the food and is appreciative that they bring meals to her room as needed. The building is clean and well maintained. So thankful for Spring Arbor. The facility and staff are great. Mom had a difficult time adjusting at first, but the staff was very patient (with mom and with us kids who were worried) and it quickly turned around where mom settled in. Thank you Spring Arbor for all you do!

Love Spring Arbor! The staff is outstanding and clearly cares for their residents. They are invested in all the residents’ health and wellbeing, and they are always responsive to my questions. (We moved my parent from another facility that did not score high marks in these areas.). They also provide lots of different kinds of activities for residents who enjoy socializing. Very happy we chose Spring Arbor Salisbury!

Under renovation. Some of the residents were not happy with the changes. The facility had a like home feeling. Ultra modern changes are taking away the charm of the assisted living unit. The residents have expressed their appreciation for the kind and professional care they received from most of the staff.

The staff at Spring Arbor of Salisbury is incredible. My family was desparate to find care for our 90 year old mom with dimentia. We were overjoyed to be accepted at such a beautiful, clean, heartwarming place. They welcomed us with smiling faces and open arms, and introduced us to their staff. We were in awe at the love and attention shown to our mom. Our mom sadly passed away 3 weeks after her short stay at Spring Arbor. We will always be grateful to the staff and remember the special care you gave our mom during the final days of her life. All our love....Family of Ethel Jones
