Even though Mom didn't want to leave her home for an assisted living facility, she has come to enjoy her life at Medlock Gardens. She loves the staff and everything they do for her. The activities were a great improvement for Mom. She had very little contact with the outside world, but has made many new friends while enjoying the activities.

Everyone we encountered here was top notch. From the director, to the med nurses, to the orderlies, maintenance and cook. I always felt that my aunt was in good hands and well cared for. She enjoyed her stay here and always commented how everyone loved on her and made her feel extra special. Every time we needed something like a dose of Tylenol, emptying trash, hanging pictures, more incontenance supplies, catering to a difficult diet restriction; someone was right there promptly and gladly bending over backwards to go that extra mile.

My mom just moved in. The care team so so kind and welcoming. My mom lost several items post move and the staff was amazingly resourceful to help find the missing items.

They call Medlock Gardens the bed-and-breakfast of senior living. I can certainly see why. Its very quaint and reminiscent going to visit my grandmother back in the day. My aunt has been here for three years and really likes it. Glad she found a place to call home where she feels safe and is well cared for!

My father passed away 2 months ago at Medlock. I still feel the same as I did when he lived there. Everyone treated him with exceptional care and kindness. The nurse was outstanding taking him to his Doctor Appts by the hours:). The entire place is so clean. His friends that visited him all say this is where they will go. Thanks for All.
