Look no further if your loved one needs that perfect, safe, loving, close knit, informed, n supportive home! My 83 yr old Mom moved into Brookdale East Arbor June 1st. From the minute we walked in to tour the community, many things stood out. After spending just 5 mins w Andrea, the Sales Manager, we already could feel this was the place for Mom! Even the Sales Mgr truly knows n cares about each resident n treats them like they are her own family! The attentiveness of the Nursing Staff, compassion of the Med Techs, lovingness of the Activities Director, Financial Director and Executive Director is unmatched! The communication w family is excellent as well as the nutritious meals served! We are so protective of our Mom n Brookdale has met all of our expectations n more! The living environment is a perfect size n promotes socializing activities that brings the community even closer. Brookdale supports religious preferences n provides activities in such manner. That was very important to our family. The staff creates an environment as close to at home as possible n helps each resident to feel it. In closing, we know the struggles of not only finding the best place but also really being able to trust the Entire Staff, which most have worked there for over 2yrs, n Anita the House Keeper who has been there 15 yrs! The Community smells so good n fresh everyday, its wonderful! Highly recommend Brookdale East Arbor! Mom moved in September 2025. All the staff were so helpful making this a pleasant move. Samantha the ED, Christina Christine and Ally make every day a good day! I recently visited a friend and former neighbor of mine at Brookdale East Arbor. I was greeted with a friendly staff member. I found the facility very neat and clean. My friend has a nice room. Met another friendly staff person and as I was leaving, residents were gathering for bingo. I found this to be a very nice and caring facility.

I could not be happier with this beautiful facility & it's entire staff ! They are ALL always professional, friendly & helpful in all areas. They bring a HUGE sense of relief to myself & our family knowing that my Mother is well cared for 24/7!! They are amazing at keeping me updated & continuously checking to see if I have any specific needs or concerns! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this service for a loved one!

There has never been a time that I came unannounced to Brookdale East Arbor and it was not clean and fresh smelling everywhere. Staff seem happy and clients are happy and free to stay in their rooms or walk around, play in the large group room, watch TV in the community room, do puzzles or games together, workout in the gym, even visit each other in their rooms. There is even a beautiful patio and outdoor garden area for pet visits. My Aunt is so much better off in Brookdale than the circumstances she left behind. She is much healthier as well. I’m grateful!

My sister-in-law has been at Brookdale East Arbor for near two years. Their management of her medical and diabetes conditions has been superb. The staff at Brookdale East Arbor is caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, safe and secure. It is the perfect place for those with early cognitive issues. They even made the transition from home to the facility easier by letting her keep her dog. With its location and size it worked great for our/her needs.

I can't say enough good things about Brookdale East Arbor. From first day my wife entered Brookdale after spending two months in the hospital after life savings surgery she began to thrive. The staff was wonderful, caring & compassionate. On the directors desk was a sign saying "Be Kind" & everyone at Brookdale was very kind. Also a shout out to "D" for some very good & healthy meals that contributed to her healing & her return home.

Brookdale helped my relative in an emergency situation, a life threatening occurrence and took in my relative and worked with me until I could get all her ducks in a row so I could feel she was safe and protected and not to feel like she was a problem to be handled. She was welcomed into the Brookdale family immediately.

brookdale takes good care of my father. they have an exercise program which i consider very important. now for the bad things. they do not have reports that are available to family members so they can follow their loved ones health and progress. i have asked for them, they ask me what exactly i want, i say everything, i get nothing. my father has fallen a few times while there and yet there is no reports on this. what if he got seriously hurt - i have nothing to tell me what happened and why it happened. i do get phone calls about the falls but do i get them all. you would think their insurance company would require things like this. updated 10/10/22 brookdale isn't a bad place to place your family member that needs more assistance than you are able to provide. i would make 1 suggestion however - make sure you know what "extras" you need to pay for. they are hitting me for incontinence supplies but there was nothing in the initial paperwork that said i was responsible for that. incontinence is a real problem for elderly people so why wouldn't they mention it as an "extra".

Words cannot express how thankful I am for all of the staff at Brookdale East Arbor. I've visited/toured numerous places over several months. When the time came that I had to make a decision as my family member could no longer live alone, this was my first choice as being the best place for him to live. I don't live in AZ which can make it difficult to monitor his life. All of the staff and the inhome medical providers are so caring, kind, helpful, keeping me in the loop with all his care/concerns. My priority is that he is safe, well cared for, and all his needs are met. This is the place for him and again thank you to all the staff.

My 87yr old Aunt who has dementia and breast cancer is absolutely blooming at Brookdale. Every time I go to see her she looks happier than I've seen her in years. She has a very serious solumn personality so to see her walking down the isle towards me with a great big grin is super wonderful. She has her dog with her and her pictures of family all around and no worries at all. Thank you Brookdale and all the wonderful staff who help make this possible.

Brookdale East Arbor is a senior living community with staff and management that offer excellent customer service, compassionate care, and engaging programs for residents. The community is very clean and safe with several beautifully furnished areas for residents to relax and socialize. The dining service offers very high quality, healthy meals. My mom lived her last 3 years in East Arbor and I am thankful she was so well cared for and happy.

We are truly grateful to the staff of Brookdale East Arbor for performing their jobs day in and day out to the best of their ability and even more so during this unprecedented lock-down. We can only imagine all the extra work and tender care it takes to manage the residents without the help of relatives and at the same time keeping all relatives informed and in contact with their loved ones. We especially would like to thank them for their patience and graciousness during those times when residents are not at their best. Each time we brought someone to visit (back in the good old days pre-lockdown), they made us feel welcomed, informed and like family. They took time to share how our father was doing and special experiences they had with him. They committed to weekly video calls to keep us connected with him, called us when he needed more supplements or he had fallen, encouraged him to take care of himself, or just sat talking with him when we couldn’t. The kind and caring way they take care of residents and the myriad of little things they do for them is exceptional. Knowing all of them were there made it more bearable for us to have to stay away.

Mom lived at East Arbor for over 3 years and was so happy because the awesome staff gave her so much love and attention. Her final years and days were spent in excellent care and comfort. She loved her beautiful room and enjoyed the delicious meals. She painted pictures, played bingo and especially enjoyed Friday Happy Hour with live entertainment and good friends. Our family is very thankful we chose East Arbor because they went above and beyond for us and we know Mom was happy.

This community has such a warm, homey feel! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The residents are happy and welcoming! I feel like it would be a great place to be, whether it be to live or to work!

My mother has been in this facility for a little over a year. For the most part it appears that they take good care of her. Many times I have had to remind them of something they were supposed to be doing and had not done. I have had to point out places that have not be vacuumed in a very long time. Mom has dementia and is happy they have places like this for people like her.
