Wanted to know why not one returns your call call when you are returning a call especially from executive director. Executive director called me monday been trying to call her since then and all I get is her voicemail or have been told that she will be told that I called and she will call me back. Called at 11am this morning now 4:30pm and nothing. I understand being busy but you could shoot a text or at least call when you had a free moment thanks

Celebration Villa of Lakemont Farms has a wonderful team that truly love what they do day in and day out. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by staff that care for not only the residents but outside visitors. The building is beautiful and feels so welcoming. Justin in Sales is the perfect person to show you around as he knows all the need to knows about Celebration Villa. He works diligently to assist with making this huge step less stressful and more seamless. Savanah the Director of the building will jump in and assist with anything nothing is beneath her and that's what you want in an Executive Director. Chrissy the Director of Nursing is knowledgeable, approachable and friendly which can be hard to find in the nursing industry. The residents enjoy the activities and genuinely seem happy. 5-stars all the way around.

After an amazing tour of the facility and seeing the new remodel we decided to send my aunt Barbara there. Megan was great and helped us throughout this whole process. The staff are all amazing and my aunt loves it and the whole environment. This was a tough decision for our family and Megan was extremely supportive along with other members of the staff. 5 stars all the way.

Celebration Villa of Lakemont Farms is a great community in the South Hills. The entire leadership team is amazing. Everyone is treated like family. Cindy is the Sales Director and is wonderful and helpful to all the families that inquire.

Celebration Villa at Lakemont Farms is a lovely community and my 90 year old Grandmother enjoys it as well. Staff is very friendly and attentive to her needs. Would recommend to everyone!

The staff at Elmcroft couldnt be more helpful. I had to set up my brothers transfer from a skilled nursing facility to Elmcroft while being 2000 miles away in Arizona. The staff especially Shari Holtz made a special effort to get him moved and to make him welcome him to new surroundings. She was especially helpful after he arrived, answering his questions. She found a loaner TV and personally setup his phone. Im sure this of exhibition of care was normal procedure for the staff in all departments. I highly recommend this facility.
