I had a nice visit with my Dad! He is on the Memory Unit. His room, as well as the dining/group area was very clean. The staff was attentive and friendly. You have the perfect staff member up front at the reception area for the facility. She is always friendly, yet professional!! I look forward to seeing her each time I visit my Dad.

Once again Charter delivers a wonderful caring attitude! The Veterans appreciation was heart warming and the effort Charter puts into the activities and happiness of the residents is amazing. We appreciate Jackie and her positive can do attitude supporting her staff; as well as Tangie, her creativity and dedication along with Allison, Tanika, Jessica, Bree, Jennifer and Faith who are all on the front lines caring for the residents with such excellence! I went into Charter Senior Living of Buford as a rep for hospice and everyone was so pleasant. Dede the Receptionist was very helpful and polite and I just loved Tangie, the Life Enrichment Director's spunky personality. The Sales Director Deborah was attentive, not rushed and simply made the time for me to discuss services with her. The team was open and upfront and that is the type of senior living community I want to be a part of! -Great job staff, it's only up from there!

My mom is 98 and has been here since October. When I walk in the door I always get a smile and welcome from Ms Dede at the front desk. She is always friendly and willing to help with anything you have. Nigel and Ernest do a great job with all the meals

I would like to express my opinion about one of the employee that I seen at Apple Bee's restaurant. This young lady that was driving the bus went above and beyond to make sure that her residents was well taken care of I love seeing this type of assistance especially with the elders

Charter senior Living is one of the most well organized company that I have visited. The staff members are very nice and Polite. I noticed that some of the employees go out of there way to help the residents Mrs Clara Boazman was one who was very involved and caring for the resident. It is clean, and in a beautiful countrylike setting. It's quiet and calm. There is lovley backyard area, with a gazebo, rocking chairs, and tables. There ia a garden where the residents can plant their own flowers and vegtables. There are several bird feeders throughout the property. There are alot of daily activities for the residents, that they really enjoy! As well as "events" for the holidays. They are served 3 meals a day, restaurant style. There is physical therapy on site.The apartments are very nice and modern, with a kitchenette and microwave.

This place is fantastic. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and you can tell they take the time. Waiting room chairs are a little stiff but the respect and honesty the staff shows makes up for it. Good sized rooms. Professional, kind and honest staff. Always hesitant to put a loved one in a senior home, but I left knowing my loved one would be in great hands. A huge shout out to Tony too, who put us first and answered any and all of my questions! Very impressed.

I visited this beautiful community and was so impressed by the staff! They are so kind and answered all my questions. They are very passionate about care, this means so much to me! The mansion on the hill provides so many things for the residents to do! The food was wonderful and I enjoyed meeting everyone! Thank you for the Tour!

I put my father here for respite for the 2nd time within a month. He has dementia and the staff is absolutely wonderful. The chef is from New Orleans so the food is good… went there during lunch time so of course I asked for a plate to sample its like their own Piccadilly Restaurant.My father also has trouble with drinking water as most memory care patients do. So when I came back to pick him up to my surprise Neverly, a supervisor said she went to Walmart and purchased a mug with a straw for him.This far exceeded my expectations, like this may seem like a small gesture but this was a big deal to me! The staff is so personable and Aleeya even FaceTimed me while I was out of town, just to assure me he was doing fine. As he has difficulty with leaving our home for days at a time.Ok… Im trying to not brag but they also baked an apple pie for me to take home. My father was well kept and even mentioned that he had a wonderful time. I couldnt be more pleased with their staff.I cannot remember everyones name but Kate and Beccas staff are phenomenal! Even Brenna, the receptionist at the front door was so helpful with getting him in and out of the car and was very pleasant. Last but not least I cannot forget about Jennifer and Nola making him feel welcomed on his first visit.

I moved my mom to Brookdale Buford on Old Hamilton Road in November. For over 9 months I have been very satisfied with the care shes been receiving. Its a beautiful place and a warm, friendly and peaceful environment. All the food Ive eaten there has been very good, too. All the staff members bend over backward to accommodate my moms needs and keep me happy. This is a wonderful community!

I worked at this Community for over 2 years. It is truly a special place, from its recent remodel adding the Bistro and the updates to the outdoor living spaces - to the old staff . Jennifer, who works directly with residents has been there for 12 + years, Nigel does a great job in preparing meals-snack with special attention to nutrition, Rex keeps residents safe and apartments-community updated and Marie takes care of all the employees to be sure our training meets-exceeds State and Brookdale standards. Miss Yall!

I was so apprehensive to have my mom in an assisted living and not with me. We looked at several but I loved Brookdale Buford. I took mother to see 3 and she decided on this one then I told her it was my choice too. The staff is very attentive, kind and patient. It feels like a family there. Mom is very happy and says she lives at the Ritz. Lisa, Sarah, Kimberly, Jennifer, Nigel, Crystal, Karen and all the others are simply wonderful!!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, my mother's apartment is always clean and they keep her involved in activities as much as she wants. I would recommend Brookdale Buford to anyone.

My MOM has been a resident here in the memory care unit for over 3 years. The experience my family has had with them has been great. They are not only there for the residents they are also there for us as a family. They take great care of my Mom and so patient with her. It makes me as a daughter feel so happy when I go in and they are sitting there holding her hand, talking with her, and even dancing with her. When mom looks at them (the staff) her eyes light up with LOVE in them and the Love they show her is such a great feeling for us. We as a family feel very blessed to have the Brookdale staff and when i say that I mean "all the Brookdale Staff" in our life. It has been a great blessing for our family . KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!!

Exceptional facility with Exceptional staff.The staff and administration are Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and most of all responsive! Their memory care unit is phenomenal!My dad is safe, attended to and they treat dad with up most respect. He is dressed daily, room is clean and they always have him in engaging activities.While I know dad will only be at Brookdale a short season, they have become our family.5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️!

I have been with this company for over 3 years now. I love my job and the residents I work with. The management team is great in thus building. The ED Lisa Lewis is one of the best bosses i have ever worked for. Shes very easy to work for and extremely easy to talk to. Like any other company, there are rules to be followed. You can not do whatever you want and expect no consequences. Brookdale is not a bad company to work for by any means. You will not find another building with as great of a management team as Brookdale Buford. We have a hard working staff that love our residents and take care of them as if it was their own family. Lisa Lewis and Renda Horne push us to perform and do the best we can every single day. So again, I have enjoyed my time at Brookdale, and will continue to work for this amazing team here at Brookdale Buford.
