From the day we walked into Harbor Chase we were warmly welcomed, reassured, and since then feel the staff there have worked diligently with our family for the best possible outcomes. We have had many difficult, seemingly insurmountable challenges that Kim and Lavignia have gotten us through. The staff who care for our loved one has always been welcoming, upbeat and encouraging. They are flexible, truly understand their residents and try their best to make the most in every situation. There are so many fun activities and therapies offered for the betterment of those who live there that the choices seem endless. Our experience with Harbor Chase couldn't have been better on their end and we feel blessed to have found them. They truly care and have made this transition so much easier for our family. I will absolutely choose them for myself when it's my time.

In September, we made the difficult decision to put our mother into memory care. It turned out to be the best decision we've ever made regarding her dementia. We can't say enough good things about Harbor Chase. Lavinia and her team are kind, patient, diligent, hardworking and always so helpful. My mother is so happy there. She is safe, calm, so well fed, entertained and is always clean and well dressed. She loves all the staff there to the point of following them around all day. My dad visits every day and always feels welcomed. Thank you so much to (in no particular order) Lavinia, Joyce, Andrew, Phyllis, Lucy, Tanya, Renet, Diane, Emily, Cassandra, Wanith, Gwen, Maylina and Kelley. You are all angels!

We found the staff at HarborChase to be very friendly - from the concierge to the nurses, management staff and the chef. Our father really enjoyed dining in the nice dining room with tablecloths and flowers on the tables.

Lavinia and her team in memory care Vero Beach have taken great care of my mom. They are caring, attentive, friendly and professional. Whenever we visit she is active , the faculty is clean and the staff is very attentive to the needs of the residents.

I moved my mother to memory care 4 months ago, the adjustment for her in the beginning was difficult and they worked with her and constantly kept me informed. They have really helped in my opinion, every time I visit her, she is very happy and content.

We moved my Dad from another facility and he has adjusted wonderfully. The staff is so friendly and show genuine caring for the residents. The Director of Memory Care, Jennifer, goes above and beyond making sure Dad feels comfortable and fits in. She finds small tasks for my dad to do so that he feels helpful and included in daily life there. She sends my sisters and I videos and pictures to keep us updated. I am very grateful that we found this place.

I visited Harbor Chase for my parents. The staff was outstanding. The food was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were just the right size. The residents were very busy with all the activities. I think they can really call this home.

I loved the facility & staff! They were all very professional & caring. Although my mom was only there for a short time , I feel she was well cared for. The facility is light & bright & the staff was always actively engaging with the residents. Highly recommended.

My grandfather is treated very well here. He loves the staff and residents alike. They even serve pretty awesome food to their residents and their guests and I'm saying this as a foodie from the DC area.

It has been an adjustment process for my father with his move to this community. Overall I'am satisfied with his move to this community. They are providing him with good care. The staff is good, they have been kind, and friendly. The only issue he has had is that they are having problems installing a phone in his room. Also there is concern with the help cord, and responding time from the staff. There are activities offered for the residents when they are ready to participate. The meals are okay, but they do take a while to serve the residents. Overall I do feel he is safe, and in good hands at this community. It is a community I would recommend
