My mom moved in here in December 2025. She’s very happy and well cared for. I really can’t express my appreciation enough because the staff has been truly amazing! As soon as you walk in, you’re always greeted warmly by the concierge whether it’s Ken, Tillie or the other staff who are so warm and friendly and always treat my mom so nicely. Robin is concierge and drives patients to appointments when needed and my mom has said she really appreciates Robin driving and getting her to and from her appointments seamlessly. The wellness staff is exceptional, professional and very caring on 2nd floor including LaTasha, Natasha and Maria. The aides are so helpful and kind and truly work so hard. Special thanks to Laura and Brian and so many others! I really appreciate so very much how well you take care of my mom!!

Watching Morningside's Blue Bell staff be so attentive to residents in such a cozy community was a reminder of what we all want for ourselves and our loved ones. It was also great to see how conducive the building's design is to making it a bit easier for those who are hard of hearing to hear each other in the many snug and home like areas they have to socialize.

Impeccable facility and very well managed. The staff is especially why I give them a 5-star rating. Personal attention to detail, housekeeping and leadership abound at Morningside. They set themselves above the rest in the area. After a horrific experience at Silver Springs in East Norriton, they have set our peace of mind at ease. Morningside of Blue Bell has earned my personal recommendation wiithout any reservation.

My father has been in the memory care unit at Morningside House of Blue Bell for four years, and I am deeply grateful for the compassion shown to him every single day. The staff treats him with such patience, dignity, and genuine kindness, and it means more to our family than words can say. The Morningside House team is amazing! As my brother and I searched in October 2025 for a well run assisted living facility for mom after a stroke and seizures we were treated with kindness, compassion, and professional competence by this team. I am impressed with the caliber of professionalism of all staff and leadership - Executive Director/Wellness-Nursing/Activities/Dining/ Facilities. A clean facility, tasty food, compassionate care, and neat activities! Although this is a difficult transition for my whole family my brother and I feel comfortable mom's being well cared for in a nice place.

My mother has been here for 2.5 years, first under Sunrise and now with Morningside. I have to say that dealing with the corporate level management during the transition was rough. They were unhelpful, they didn't answer questions and they strung people along. A couple of executive directors later, we've landed with Jennifer Simmers, who is nothing short of spectacular. She's put together an amazing staff of caring human beings who prioritize their residents above all else. A few worth mentioning are TJ (health and wellness), Maria (PC care director), front desk concierge Kathy, and caregivers Laura, Jaqueline, Cricket and others. My mother is happy here, she is well cared for, she feels seen and heard and she has all of her needs met promptly. While I'm still not thrilled with the corporate team, the facility and staff on the ground where my mother is are amazing. Thanks for taking take of my Mom and me!

If you know your parent needs pets to be happy but you wouldn't trust them to even water a cactus, this is the place to be! It's also clean, spacious, the food is yummy, and the staff is very warm, caring & patient.
