Village Green Rockwall ROCKS! Being employed by a local hospice organization as a CNA, I have eyes inside a few facilities and Village Green is TOP-NOTCH! The staff is very efficient, friendly, and engaging with their residents. Village Green is a clean & beautiful home filled with positive energy - the perfect place for a loved one. They even have a precious garden area on their back patio where the residents sit and visit with each other while listening to music and enjoying the breeze. If my elderly mother lived closer to the Rockwall area, Village Green would be her new address!

One of the most personable and attentive facility's I've had the privilege of working with as a community partner. From the moment you enter the facility, you are treated like family. The residents are always busy with activities with staff engaged with them. Hands down one of my favorite facilities to work with.

We brought our Dad to Village Green a year ago. Most places we had visited did not provide the private room. That was a huge factor for us. Our visitation was so welcoming and the rooms are very roomy and provide the perfect amount of space. From the time we walked in, the home felt like home. We had visited many places and none of them gave us the "at home" feel that you want when placing your loved one in a care facility. As soon as we got Dad settled in, the staff wrapped their arms around him and did their best to make him feel safe and secure. It is so fun to drop in and see the way he interacts with the staff. His dementia limits his ability to communicate, but they don't give up and have figured out the way to talk to him. It is obvious they have his best interest at heart. They are quick to pick up the phone and notify us of anything that we need to know regarding his care or his well-being. Thank you to Cindy and all the Staff for providing the tender loving care for our Dad.

We left our grandmother in their care and were not disappointed! They went above and beyond for her needs. It's a beautiful and clean facility with caring staff and management. They are like family to us. We would totally recommend them over and over again.

Let me start by saying we are a family literally!!! We sing we dance and we love our residence unconditionally!!! I've worked at village Green for 7 months and it's been amazing even when I'm off I still come in to show love to our residence, when you get to know your residence the stories they tell can be so heartwarming it can bring tears to your eyes because they are full of love in life and there's not a day that do not go by that I'm not appreciated or appreciative to being a caregiver I love what I do and most of all I love them….

Hello , My mother has been at this facility since it has opened. It is a beautiful place for her. It is a huge step up from the first facility. The manager is loving to all of the clients. We are blessed to find this facility. And the other workers go out of their way to make sure MOM is okay.

I wanted to wait for a few months before I left a review because sometimes things change when the shine wears off of a new home for your loved one, but Village Green continues to impress. Our Mom has lived in four memory care homes and two assisted living homes. Village Green is the best place that she has lived thus far. It all starts at the top, and Cindy has created a caring and loving environment for the residents. You can tell that she truly cares about the residents and their families. We know that these days it is very hard to find people to hire that will show up to work, much less work when they arrive at the facility. Cindy has done a great job with staffing in a tight labor market. The caretakers are very attentive with the residents and they do a very good job creating a fun environment. You can tell that they truly care as well. There are too many to call out by name, but they are appreciated. I highly recommend Village Green in Rockwall.
