The team is warm and friendly! Food is amazing and there are plenty of activities and theme nights. The pig roast at the Hawaiian luau was a night to be remembered! They have a heated pool and most of the apartments have huge lanai's to enjoy the beautiful view of 7 Lakes Golf Course. We love it here!

My family member is well cared for by the kind devoted professional and non professional staff. Brookdale Cypress Lake has a lovely and inviting setting. Lots of activities and fun outings!

This facility does not even deserve a one star. Horrible management. Was promised money back which I am not getting full the refund. I was lied to and now Management is ignoring me when I want answers. Mom was in a room with a cracked ceiling. Workers are very disrespectful to families. If you have a loved one in this so called facility, take my advise and get them out of there. My mom cried every day she was in there. Thank goodness, I got her out after 6 weeks.

This is my second review. I cant say enough great things about Brookdale Fort Myers Cypress Lake. They go above and beyond for my Dad. Anytime I ask them to help in any extra way, they do so immediately. The staff is friendly and loving. My dad is very happy there and would have been lonely and isolated living on his own with in home assistance.

My Dad moved into Brookdale Cypress Lake a little over a year ago after my mom passed away. He is in the assisted living program there and requires little assistance. After a few snafus getting him settled with meds etc, our experience has been a positive one. The staff truly seems to care and they all know him by name. He has made some friends and we are trying to get him more involved, but overall, he's happy. The facility is clean and the atmosphere is happy and positive. I would like to see communication improve a bit, but other than that, we have had a good experience.

Here I am years later working at Brookdale! What a great move! I love our residents, I love to help people on their next journey, and I love this building/longevity of staff/pool!!!!!!

My mother has been a resident in memory care for over 3 years. I cannot say enough good things about her care. Cyndie and her staff take good care of my Mom. Cyndie is the heart of Memory Care. She truly understands what they are going thru and meets their daily needs. Nancy and her nurses are professional and keep me informed of any medical needs.

I have an elderly neighbor whom is now a resident there. She has changed into a person I barely know! She has gone from an isolated, sad person into a very happy, social person and is very involved with the other residents. The facilities are clean and the staff is very loving and seem to enjoy what they do. After seeing her, I left in tears of happiness just knowing that she is in great hands, making friends and eating so well. She absolutely adores the food there and anxiously awaits for mealtime! That just astonishes me as she went into assisted living due to her serious loss of weight and weakness from not eating. Kudos to the staff at Brookdale! And, most importantly, she is allowed to have her beloved kitty there with her!

I went to Memory Care unit in morning to sing carols. Would have been nice if my late mum had been in a place like that. Then our choir sang a Christmas concert in main building. Such a warm reception.

My Dad is in Memory Care and we are happy with his care. Cindy and Nancy are always available if needed. The staff shows a personal interest in each resident. My Dad, Big Mike, as they affectionately call him seems to be happy there.
