I cannot say enough good things about Springwood Court in Fort Myers. We chose this community for my grandmother, and it has been the perfect fit. What really sets them apart is the atmosphere”it’s a smaller, more intimate community, which makes it feel so much more like home rather than just a facility. The staff is incredible; you can truly tell they function as one big team, and they treat every resident with genuine compassion and respect. They are also remarkably responsive whenever we have questions or need anything addressed. This facility is amazing! All of the staff are very professional, friendly and truly caring. Our family appreciates all they do to make the residents happy. I was somewhat disappointed. Everyone is very pleasant and supportive. However the floor in the room needed swept. There was urine stain in the shower. I dusted the furniture because I could write my name on it. Mare has stuff on top but it should still be dusted. I would have swept floor but I don’t have a broom. I always make sure there is plenty of vinegar to rinse tub after bags are cleaned.

I discovered a loved one was in crisis and had to move him from a pretty horrible situation to somewhere safe (and longterm) quickly and from a long distance (I am in Minnesota). Tony and the staff at Springwood made the transition as easy as it could have been. They seem to really care about the men and women who live there.

If you are looking for an assisted living facility for your loved one, Springwood Court is a place where your family member will feel that they are home! My dad has been living there for almost two years, and he is very content. Each and every staff member from the maintenance crew to the cafeteria staff right on up to the executive team always greet him, try to connect with him, look out for him, and care for him. Springwood is small enough that the staff know each and every resident personally along with each of their individual preferences and concerns, and are quick to anticipate their needs. The rooms are comfy, the food is amazing (so much so that my dad would rather eat at Springwood than go out to a restaurant), and there are a wide variety of activities that are lively and engaging which the residents can participate in at their own comfort level. When my dad first moved in we never expected him to adjust so well, but he did thanks to the great team there! So much so, that when we pick him up for an off-site outing, after a short while he begins to ask to go back "home"...home to Springwood.

This post is specifically in reference to the Hurricane Ian. The team at Springwood Court did a great job of communicating with us as family members during the storm. Frequent updates via text until loss of power/service dictated otherwise. They kept the residents safe while enduring power loss, windows breaking and loss of water supply. Staff worked around the clock to make sure residents were safe, fed and calmed during this magnitude of a storm. Thank you!

The Springwood Court community is clean and vibrant! Great activities are always happening and the staff is very engaged with the residents. I’m very thankful for Springwood Court. After having seen four previous places for my mom, I walked in Springwood and just knew it was the right spot for her. I was impressed by the warmth of the staff and the residents and how there are many longtime staffers here. Everyone is caring and professional. Our volunteer group visits at Springwood Court monthly. We bring our pets into the facility and are always met with kindness. The residents are happy and well cared for and enjoy the many activities that are provided. The atmosphere at Springwood is warm, friendly and nurturing. It is a lovely place.

I would highly recommend Springwood Court. I recently travelled from Australia and with only 2 weeks to find a loving home for my relative I found Springwood! The team went over and above to find an amazing room, take me step by step through the paperwork and even assist with furniture assembly. I truly couldn't have done it in time without there support. Springwood Court has been caring for my father for almost a year now. The staff are friendly and seem attuned to my father's needs. My father was very closed off initially after the move, but given the many activities scheduled for the residents and the caring nature of the staff to coax my father out of his shell, he is now socializing and attending more group events every week. My father seems happy now. I feel very secure in the knowledge that my father's health, medications, and activity are being monitored 24x7.

I didn't know about assisted living when I came to Springwood Court but I quickly found out that it's a great place to live! The staffare compassionate and caring and there is all kinds of help for all my needs. I'm extremely happy and satisfied and so is my family. I would like to share my experience in regards to Springwood Court. My husband is a resident of Springwood Court and the peace of mind that it brings me when I have to leave him each day is very Comforting. this is not my husbands first Facility, but it is the first one that he is thriving at, would highly recommend Springwood Court. The cleanliness, the cheerfulness as well as the activities are most helpful on a daily basis for the residence. The staff are very kind and accommodating not to mention the meals are very healthy and good. I would highly recommend Springwood Court.

Her family lives out of town so we are here when they need things, but the staff is so accommodating and understanding, they have incredible service, and have been very willing to help us with anything she needs. Great community. Receptionists are fantastic and know everyone by name. They seem to genuinely care. Same can be said for care givers. Therapists also seem dedicated to health of residents. Great place for anyone looking for value and comfort. Not the flashiest community (Most expensive/ lavish interior) but has a warm comfortable feel. Recommended!

There is no harder task than finding the right place for your loved one. We were blessed to find Springwood Court. The best way to describe it is that Springwood Court is a safe, comfortable new home with many benefits for our Mom. We knew Springwood Court was the right place from the minute we met Fran Gray, Executive Director. Fran put us at ease immediately, and the tour highlighted the dedication and commitment the entire staff has to the residents. With any transition at our mom's age she was resistant to the changes in her next chapter. With no family local, we were also emotional during this period of change. Fran and her staff were always available to answer our questions and assured us. We cannot praise Fran Gray and her staff enough. I wish we could give more than a 5 star rating.

Springwood Court has exceeded my expectations! Every staff member has shown such personalized care and attention to my mom and I can tell they truly care about all the residents. It feels very homey and tight-knit, which I love. Everyone knows her by name and she hasn't been there long. I could go on and on. My mom really needed a sense of community and I feel like we found it here. She's a little younger than most residents and that worried me at first but it's working out great and everyone is very welcoming and accepting. I feel like her health and well-being is truly a priority. I also appreciate how much everyone keeps me in the loop on what's going on. Fran is an awesome executive director, very communicative and involved. Mary is always so helpful and was awesome to work with on getting my mom moved in. My mom has been at Springwood Court for six months now, my brother recently visited her from Georgia. He was amazed how well she is doing and how much easier it is for her to get around. She does physical therapy and occupational therapy every week, it’s been a godsend for her. She enjoys all the activities , she’s made many new friends, it’s home for her now and she loves it. It’s given her a new release on life. The staff is amazing, very caring and very helpful. I wouldn’t have my mother anywhere else
