She always gets special attention when she needs it and they also know every resident on a first name basis. I highly recommend anyone to check it out if you are looking for a quality place for your parent.

Springwood Court has exceeded my expectations! Every staff member has shown such personalized care and attention to my mom and I can tell they truly care about all the residents. It feels very homey and tight-knit, which I love. Everyone knows her by name and she hasn't been there long. I could go on and on. My mom really needed a sense of community and I feel like we found it here. She's a little younger than most residents and that worried me at first but it's working out great and everyone is very welcoming and accepting. I feel like her health and well-being is truly a priority. I also appreciate how much everyone keeps me in the loop on what's going on. Fran is an awesome executive director, very communicative and involved. Mary is always so helpful and was awesome to work with on getting my mom moved in. Bianca, the activities director, shows such meaningful attention to getting my mom involved -- just to name a few of the rockstars.

What can I say about Mary, at Springwood Court? I could write a book and it would be full of happiness. My 91 year dad and I visited when we were looking for independent living for him. From the moment I met her, I knew she was the real deal. Someone who loves her job and loves people. She made us feel so at ease, during a difficult decision time. She truly cares.

My experience at Springwood Court has been good over the last two months since my mom moved in to her new residence. I am so glad we found Springwood Court for my mom to live! The first few days and weeks were not easy for any of us, but I feel confident my mother is doing much better overall at Springwood Court than living alone. The past two months have improved the quality of life for her! We love seeing the photos shared to us by Fran of my mom participating in the fun social events - it has been mind blowing! She has made such good progress adjusting to life at Springwood Court. I can say it was the best decision for her to become a resident to give her the change she needed to get up every day and have something to do instead of sitting in her recliner at home watching tv around the clock, along with not eating properly and having to rely on her neighbors for almost everything. What an improvement to see her enjoying music, dancing, looking forward to and loving the singers who come to entertain, and for her to pet and kiss the live horse brought to an event recently - that was beautiful to see! My mom knew she was unable to care for herself living alone, and hopefully she is going to continue to enjoy all that Springwood Court offers! Thank you to all the staff who keep her safe, happy, and well cared for!

There is no harder task than finding the right place for your loved one. We were blessed to find Springwood Court. The best way to describe it is that Springwood Court is a safe, comfortable new home with many benefits for our Mom. We knew Springwood Court was the right place from the minute we met Fran Gray, Executive Director. Fran put us at ease immediately, and the tour highlighted the dedication and commitment the entire staff has to the residents. With any transition at our mom's age she was resistant to the changes in her next chapter. With no family local, we were also emotional during this period of change. Fran and her staff were always available to answer our questions and assure us. It has been a few months now with mom in her new home and we cannot praise Fran Gray and her staff enough. I wish we could give more than a 5 star rating.

My mom has been at Springwood Court for six months now, my brother recently visited her from Georgia. He was amazed how well she is doing and how much easier it is for her to get around. She does physical therapy and occupational therapy every week, it’s been a godsend for her. She enjoys all the activities , she’s made many new friends, it’s home for her now and she loves it. It’s given her a new release on life. The staff is amazing, very caring and very helpful. I wouldn’t have my mother anywhere else

Staff is friendly not to just residents but also families. The facility is really clean. Staff identifies who they are and theyre position. If you call the facility someone always answer the phone. Makes sure the person returns a call if they arent available at that moment. Importantly due to this pandemic they have been able to keep it out since my father got there. I have been able to visit him which has been a blessing.

My mom has resided at Springwood Court for the past 3 years. I could not ask for a more loving and supportive staff. Mom enjoys the activities. Although the pandemic has reduced or halted social interaction, they have strived to bring some activities to the residents. Springwood has kept us informed during the pandemic and Implemented safety precautions. The medical staff has worked with me as moms health declines. I feel blessed to have found Springwood. Looking forward to the end of the pandemic so everything gets back and full activities. I would highly recommend looking at Springwood for your loved one.

Our mother recently moved into Springwood Court. While it has been a difficult transition for her, the staff have been fantastic helping her and us with this life changing event. The facility is nestled among trees and in a quiet setting. It is very nicely decorated and has a beautiful peaceful courtyard. Before coming to Springwood Court, she lived alone in her home with very little socialization. Now she attends activities, goes on outings from the facility, which are offered frequently, and has made new friends. We couldnt have chosen a better facility. Our family highly recommends this facility!!

A huge thanks to the whole staff at Springwood court! Specifically Martha and Fran, these two are rockstars! My father was in a sketchy Rehab and I received a phone call he was switched to self pay days earlier without my consent. I decided to pick dad up that moment and Martha and Fran was able to accommodate a same day admission and even stayed after their typical work hours to get my father situated. Very pleased that Springwood court was recommended to me and now I know why there are so many 5 star reviews! Keep up the good work!

I have been associated with Springwood Court and would highly recommend this community for your loved ones. Through the years they have shown professionalism within the nursing staff, yet manage to keep that family, homey feeling. Stop in and take a tour with Carol Schneider or any one of the staff members, they are all happy to give you the full tour. Fran Gray is the director and will be very helpful.

Ive been working with Springwood Court for the past 10 years. The building always looks very clean and the residents are always happy! The entire staff at Springwood Court has always treated me like family, just like they do all the residents. I would recommend this assisted living to anyone looking for a clean, safe and very loving home!

Had the honor and opportunity to join this amazing team in December and am so lucky to have the opportunity to work with such amazing residents and staff! The facility is clean and always smells good, food is delicious and I love the smaller more personal feel to the building! If you are looking for a more personal, homey feel for your loved one stop by....we will be happy to give you a tour and maybe we will be the place you call home for your loved one!

Springwood Court has been a wonderful place for my dad, who lives there through their assisted living care services. Before moving there, and while living on his own, he was in and out of the hospital about a dozen times over a multiple year period. In the three years he has lived at Springwood, he has not been to the hospital once (other than a fall) for his medical related challenges. Through careful management of his conditions and his medications, he has been able to experience a far more medically stable lifestyle.
