Paul Spring has been nothing but a dream come true for me personally and professionally. I have worked in many different communities within the healthcare industry and this is by far the best community hands down from leadership to staff members. This is where you find professionalism, integrity, motivation, growth, togetherness, transparency, honesty, well- balanced and a healthy workplace environment. From the moment I started working here everyone (Residents and Staff members) greeted me with a warm welcoming and positive attitude. THAT HASN'T CHANGED 5/6 months in. My first week of working here I accompanied a resident to his Dr. appointment and somewhere within our conversation on the way to the appointment he turned to me and said "if this is the last place I get to live before I die, I'm satisfied" and in that moment I knew I had made the best decision to become a part of THE PAUL SPRING FAMILY.

Paul Springs is an exceptional retirement community, and I highly recommend them! I can't say enough kind words about the community. The building is beautiful and has high-end amenities (hair salon, movie theater, gym, etc.) available for residents to enjoy. They also have an awesome display to honor veterans! Not only does the community look stunning, but the employees are also fantastic! I had the pleasure of visiting the Paul Spring Community as part of my onboarding training with RUI as a new Life Enrichment Director. Their Life Enrichment Director, Ben Bogan, and the rest of the staff were kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. The residents were very engaged and happy, and the grounds and facilities are well maintained. Overall, this community is an exemplary retirement facility, and a beautiful place to live and work.

Paul Spring is simply one of the best communities in Northern Virginia that I've had an opportunity to tour. The staff is friendly and engaging from the moment you walk into the community. The location, staff and facility is wonderful. The reason for three stars is the lack of wifi and cell connectivity within the units/apartments. Wifi is an amenity that is supposed to be included in the rent, yet there is no signal once you leave the lobby area. When brought to management's attention, they were well aware of this issue. Asking other residents about their connectivity, they have also complained to management that they are not able to connect to the wifi on their cell phones, computers/laptops or tablets. Instead of resolving this known issue by purchasing and installing multiple boosters throughout the building's hallways, management's suggestion to residents is to personally purchase a booster or sit in the lobby where the wifi and cell signal is strongest. This is unacceptable for residents who have mobility issues as well as placing the financial burden on residents to pay additional monthly fees for a booster when it was sold as an amenity. RUI management needs to address and resolve this issue immediately because residents and their loved ones should be able to communicate with each other from anywhere in the building and at anytime.
