My mom lived at Lincolnwood Place for a short time but it was a great place for her. The apartment was in excellent shape: clean, up to date, and spacious. The onsite services were excellent. We had moved her from another place because we found Lincolnwood Place to be superior. From the ED to the front line receptionist, our experience was welcoming and supportive.

I'm a CNA Agency worker. I must say that this place of business is one of the most professional facilities I've been to. Very clean and the residents don't seem so down due to them having to be there. Actually their liveliness is what makes me want to come back more. I think these negative comments are because of something else but then the facts. I never ate their food so I can't rate that lol. I give this place 4 1/2 stars because there's always room for improvement.

I visited Lincolnwood Place and the staff were very nice and accommodating. The food was excellent. Managers were professional and friendly. Awesome place to live and work. They all do an amazing job here. Highly recommended.

My mother-in-law recently stayed at Lincolnwood Place for rehab following her knee replacement surgery. The nursing staff was incredible and assisted at every opportunity. Even my children loved going to visit grandma to see the birds (and eat the amazing food in the restaurant). Very much recommended.

This is a rating for the rehab facility only. (Some idiots are rating the mall here!) My mom was here a few times over the course of a few years recently. Although no facility is perfect in this industry, I do feel this was as positive of an experience as it could have been. My mom's failing health and decline was the hardest time of my life with no siblings to share the hardship. I always had the impression that the workers here cared. They helped me with legal forms and advice. There was a positive vibe here. They had just put in new furniture, painted, etc. Was never smelly. Sunday ice cream socials and movies. I can't recall the name of one of the front desk/office workers, but she was so nice and helpful. She was blonde and I think Polish. Helped with forms. Anyways, I would highly recommend this place to others.

I worked as a night LPN from 1995 to 2004. The level of care given is first rate and of highest quality. The Owner and staff truly care for the resident. Residents are kept active both mentally and physically.The buildings are spotless and the food is good. Of all the others places that I have worked Victoria Villa was the best. I also recommend Victoria Villa to any one looking for some where to place some one that they love. It is a place filled with care, laughter, and love.

For the past year, my cousin has been a patient at Lincolnwood Place, first on a skilled unit and now in assisted living. The care provide by the nursing assistants, nurses, therapists (PT, OT, speech, and others), dietary, social workers, and housekeeping is exceptional. Each and every day, the staff are cheerful, provide high quality care, and spend extra time chatting with and working with patients. Especially impressive is the way in which staff work as a team to assess patients on an ongoing basis so that patients maintain or improve their level of functioning. More important than my opinion, however, is that of my cousin who likes the staff, enjoys the food, and looks forward to the many stimulating activities that are provided each day.

My grandmother just moved into Lincolnwood Place over a month ago and we could have not found a lovelier community for her. The staff at from desk, Marilyn was so helpful getting directions and phone numbers to the nearest pharmacies and provided us with a list of doctors. Victor, the director of residents, was extremely accommodating and flexible during our first week and made sure grandma and us knew the community and introduced us to her ambassador Esther, a resident that has been there for 7 years. Walking through the dining room, the servers treated us as we were in a five star restaurant. Thank you to all at Lincolnwood Place who made this a smooth and comfortable transition for my grandmother and our family

Just Beautiful! Loving, Caring and Experienced Associates. - Some have been there over 20 years. (that says a lot!) So glad my loved ones picked such an active and lively place! Strangely more expensive than its competition, with smaller kitchens, rooms, and closet space. A more sprawling facility meaning increased walking distance between areas of interest. Otherwise comparable.

Recently there was an event held to raise money for Alzheimer's. I was so impressed with the activities planned & the interaction with the residents. What a fun day!
