Brighton Gardens of St. Charles was the most wonderful place for my mom. We moved mom into the memory care floor when she was diagnosed with dementia a little over a year ago. It took her a little while to acclimate, but with the help of her caretakers, she did quite well. The staff at BG was wonderful. Every single one of them. They treated my mother and our family with love and respect. I cannot say enough about them. Every day my mother was dressed, her hair was done and her makeup was applied. All by these wonderful and caring women. I was there almost every day for a little over a year. I saw how well all the ladies and gentlemen living at Brighton Gardens were treated. The food was good, the activities were well planned, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied. It is such a difficult and stressful decision to move a parent to assisted living or memory care. You worry, will they be well taken care of? I am so happy I found BG. My mom lived out the remaining year of her life in an atmosphere filled with love and kindness and surrounded by people who cared.

Are you looking for a place for a loved one ? Look no further, I have been through a lot of them, this by far, is the best ! Doug the General Manager is incredible. The staff is gentle, loving and a lot of fun to be around, for the residents, and guests. Every one is treated very, very well. The staff in the memory section, are remarkable, to say the very least. The place is clean, the food is good, and there are always events and activities for the people. They go way beyond what would be expected, to care for our loved ones. My sister was there for several months in the memory section. I cannot say enough good things about Doug, Rachel and the staff, and Christine of Lighthouse hospice David Owens

The care and warmth that the management & staff of this wonderful community gives to my Mother is amazing. They are kind, responsive, and communicative. The dining program is wonderful. The facility is warm and friendly. This is a place where they not only have a rescue dog named Luna, but the staff all know residents by name. I really can't say it enough - our family is so grateful to have found this wonderful place!

Come visit, you’ll want to stay. My mom acclamated quickly and the staff worked with me to bring about the nicest happiest experience for my mother. They never stop trying to do the best they can for your loved one. I love that they have a beautiful lam named Luna to interact tenderly with the residents too.

We cannot say enough good things about BG! Our parents have been there for 3 years and we all have had nothing but love and support from every team member. We are grateful we found BG -- and would recommend it very highly and without hesitation. We cannot image a better place for our loved ones. You won't find a place like this one. I cannot recommend Brighton Gardens enough. They allowed my grandfather to live his last year of life with dignity and unmatched care. He was loved, doted on, and every time I went to visit he was content and clearly well cared-for. His room was neat, clean, and he always had what he needed. The facility is beauitful, bright, and felt like a home- never a hospital. They keep their residents busy with activities daily and they make sure to get to know them and their interests upon moving in. Grandpa was a big Cubs fan and they made sure to put the games on for him during the season. End of life care is an almost impossible decision to make, and I cannot thank you folks enough for what you did for my grandfather and to ease our minds when we couldn't be there. Even during a pandemic, you made it work and never once had us feel like a burden for checking in on him. It is SO hard to find folks in human services that have genuine passion and dedication but yours has been as clear as glass since day one. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

My mother was in pretty serious condition after her stroke, couldnt walk very well or move much without assistance. Brighton Gardens was kind enough to take her into this warm, homey, kind, and positive environment, so much nicer than a nursing home. I can honestly say that my mom spent her final days in the best care by the kindest people who always made us feel at home while we visited. Brighton Gardens St. Charles is a wonderful place! 5 stars for sure!

Since my friend has moved to Brighton Gardens, I have seen great improvement in her spirits and health. Many activities for the residents (if they chose to participate) both inside and outside of the facility. Clean and professional. Staff very respectful. Food/meals are of high quality and healthy. I am happy that she is happy : )
