This place is amazing. My mom started an independent living and has now transitioned over to the assisted living side. They provide hot meals that are great each day. Everything she needs is provided and available. The staff is very helpful, compassionate, caring, and always available when Mom needs something. Recent change in administration and the new administration staff is amazing Always meeting our expectations and willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend this community for you or your loved one. It is all senior living on either side. The pricing is also very fair. Everything is included in the rent amount and you cannot even rent a regular apartment and pay utilities for the price they are giving us. Highly recommend if you want that small hometown feel and cares you also deserve!

My husband found Westbrook when we were looking for a place for my Aunt to stay. Steve and April were amazing to talk to they made us feel so welcome and they put my mind at ease knowing my aunt would be well taken care of. My aunt has met many new friends and she enjoys all the activities and the church services. Thank you so much for all you do. All the employees are so friendly and kind! Thanks again for all you do!

The ownership and management/staff of Westbrook Care Center have been exceptional during the 18 months that my mother has been a resident. Professional, caring, responsive - this provides only a short list of the characteristics they have consistently demonstrated. The facility is conveniently located, clean, pleasant in all respects, and provides a safe, dependable environment for loved ones to reside independently or to receive higher levels of care if required.

Westbrook independent living is very nice. I put my Mom there in April and the staff is always friendly and caring. They check on them if they don’t show up to lunch to see if they are ok. You couldn’t ask for more caring place to have your family member if they can’t be in their own home. Highly recommend Westbrook

It was so hard to find a good assisted living community for my dad. But four years ago we found this little gem nestled in Kearney, Missouri. We moved him to Westbrook Care Center and everyone in our family, especially our dad, is so happy we did! Westbrook has an extraordinarily low turn over of staff (which says something right there, and wasn't true at the newer place he lived three years previously, where it seemed they didn't have any experience working with older people - it was so stressful for my dad and our family). Westbrook staff have been great at collaborating with us to ensure my dad's needs are always a top priority and make it a practice of going above and beyond what is expected on a regular basis. And probably the primary reason they are such a great place for seniors to live is because the owners also work on site and get to know, and truly care about residents and their families. I can't imagine a better place than Westbrook for my dad to live. And to make it an even better value, the cost is extremely competitive. I can't thank them enough for all they do each and every day to care of my dad and all the other people in their care and wish I could give them more than five stars!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The staff at Westbrook has treated my mother with respect, and shown an atmosphere of family. They keep me advised of her health, mental and emotional well being and share her accomplishments. The facility is clean and smells nice. I am always welcome there when visiting. The staff treats me as well as my mother with my peace of mind being important to them. If you're considering a location for you're loved one, this is it.

It's been really comforting to me to know that my mother has excellent care. She feels that everyone at Westbrook is her friend and she loves them very much. We have been lucky to find a place that is convenient, run very well, and that has done so much for her and me. Our families experience at Westbrook has been excellent.

Can't say enough great things about the management and staff at Westbrook. They are extremely caring and attentive to every resident. This facility is local and family owned, which might contribute to why it has such a warm and welcoming feel to it compared to some of the larger "franchise" operations I've toured. I would recommend Westbrook to anyone in the Kansas City northland who is looking for independent or assisted living for a loved one.

My Mother-in-law was a recent resident of Westbrook. During my visits with her, I was able to see for myself the staff, the care, the facility and how it operates. During the 40 plus years I've worked in the Medical field, I have never witnessed such caring and committed staff members. The entire staff at Westbrook not only sets the example,, THERE ARE THE EXAMPLE ! Everyone there is a Superior Performer in care giving. Westbrook Villa's in Kearney, Mo is second to None, you lead by example, by doing. THANK YOU for being such wonderful, caring people!

My mother loves being at Westbrook. They have a lot of activities for residents. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive so I believe that the residents' safety is of their utmost concern.
