Just got home from the emergency room. I was coughing when I woke up and my throat was very raw. Had no issues with the nurses that I dealt with. After the usual vitals I explained that my primary was closed and it's Friday evening so I didn't want this getting out of hand. A male Dr got me on fluids and a steroid injection because my lung were rattling. The male Dr told me he was leaving soon so another Dr would come in later. This female Dr starts telling what's not wrong with me and telling me emergency rooms are for the injured or dying or trauma victims. Like I don't know anything. Very rude and talks over me. Because I tried to talk, she said I'm going to get a nurse because I'm being difficult. People don't feel good and are irritable right ??? I guess I should have brought her flowers and a box of chocolate. Lol. I'll be back but I bet I won't see her again. I think her name was Prittsker or something like that. Would have been a 5 star review if I hadn't seen her !!!!

This hospital allows no patient access to billing or medical records. The patient portal has lab results and that's it. Billing is late and has no explanation as to what the charges are for. If you call to request itemized billing, it is only confusing

I have taken my family to ES hospital several times over the last few years. Every time we have a wonderful experience. My kids are always nervous to go to the hospital but ES staff is always patient, they explain every step so my kids understand what is happening. My 10 year old needed staples in his head and didn't shed a tear. Best of all, we never have to wait.

I just came home from the hospital from an ENT visit for my 5 year old daughter. She had a foreign object up her nose which had been there a long time. She is very scared of being at the doctors. I can't tell you how grateful I am for the staff that participated in that visit. They were so patient and caring, even though my daughter was screaming for half the visit. They could not have been any better. This was something LH was going to schedule a surgery for and plan for and it took so much time and then insurance wouldnt cover the surgery anyways we found out. and ESH ENT just jumped in here the first visit and gave her the medicine needed to calm her enough to do it. I am so grateful and will for sure be back and will recommend them to anyone who needs an ENT. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!

Our Mom was taken to Excelsior Hospital by ambulance. They were excellent in her care. It was necessary for her to be admitted. While she was there Dr Pickett went above and beyond in her finding out exactly what was wrong, communicating to us about every detail. Every doctor was absolutely excellent. The nurses were all so wonderful. They each made our Mom feel at ease treating her with such kindness and were very knowledgeable of her condition.The Physical therapy department here is the best. Thank you Excelsior Hospital for such great care of our Mom!

I love the hospital itself. The emergency room had been amazing with my 7 month old when something is going on with him. They are understanding of his seizures and the brain damage that came from them. My issue is with the physical therapy clinic. The normal person we go to... logan.... is amazing with my son. He never gets annoyed when he cries and you can tell he truly cares. However there is a new physical therapist that they made us see and he is very full of himself and acts like we are the world's worst parents. He constantly talked to us like we are stupid and didn't even work with my son on the reason he was referred to them in the first place. I have never been treated the way I was with him. Frankly it made me go out to the car and cry cause I felt like I don't do enough. He will NEVER see my son again even if I have to go somewhere else. He kept getting annoyed that my son would cry. I mean the first red flag I had was when we walked in the room we were supposed to be in and he practically ripped my son out of my arms instead of letting me set him down.

Went in last night for anaphylaxis and the staff was fast to act and incredibly nice. I have never had such a good experience in an emergency room and I thank the staff for figuring out what was going on and treating me!

I never received better quality of care in my emergency. I am going to refer all my drivers and colleagues at Waller Truck to this hospital if they need help. I cannot say thank you enough to the Dr's an nurses. They were on point and worked FAST. It means so much to me. I wish I could come back and say thank you to every single person who took my situation so seriously.

Staff is awesome! Everyone is friendly and efficient. The facilities are easy to navigate and are so bright and welcoming. Doctors are knowledgeable and personable. Wonderful place to take care of your health needs!

I've gone to this ER for my 4 year old two different times in the past year so he could get stitches on his head. And each time, they go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of. The first time my son got stitches, he didn't cry at all. This time, he wasn't having it. They tried so hard to make him feel comfortable and when I was getting emotional seeing my son screaming and crying in pain, they went out of their way to make sure I was was doing ok and helping me through the situation. They genuinely do care for their patients and they're even better with kids! Thank you for making the visit a little bit more easier for what unpleasant situation we were in.
