This is a death trap. No wonder State shut them down. If you want the so called manager [name removed] to walk out and leave the cook in charge of the residents, bed bugs left untreated, ants in the food, sometimes the residents go without food because the Administrator doesn't order the correct food or even care that the residents eat, broken furniture, incompetent aids and med techs messing with meds and allowing people to fall, this is your place and you've signed your loved ones death certificate.

Probably the worst assisted living on the planet, people have not received their checks, beds are broken, toilets don't flush, some even aren't attached to the floor, I have a friend who has ms and finally after 4 months the so call maintenance person finally fixed her toilet only after she fell off it several times, her bed is like a cheap blow up mattress, she and several staff have fallen off it several times. The smoke room has no door so it's cold or snow inside, the deck outside is broken if u happen to lean on it u fall off onto the ground, the nurse is a joke, the doctor shouldn't have a license and the psychiatrist is a 3 minute talk on a computer screen. The woman who runs this facility is holding back checks that were sent days ago with out any real answers, she has been atleaste 4 administrators in 4 months and left staff members alone several times, one man was taken out recently from attacking female residents only aft several times of putting his hands on women, there is so much more, this may not be the real Facebook site..please don't send anyone u love to the recent Golden Oaks assisted living center run by a Woman named [name removed]

Golden Oaks is an awesome facility. It is always clean and does not smell like a nursing home. Their staff is caring and knowledgeable. They are very responsive to family questions. Mom and Dad went there in 2018 and were able to stay together. Even when Dad had to go on hospice he was able to stay there and now we are experiencing the same with Mom. I would highly recommend this facility for the care of your loved ones.
