Not impressed with building at all. Place smelled like pee and pop. Helpers on phones in dementia unit which was fifthy. Roach in hall. Lot more nicer places out there don't waste your time.

This place is a great place for your family members. They treat your loved ones like they are their own family. The EDON cares for her residents and no matter if she's busy with something she will stop to make sure they have what they need or if the families have questions she will answer any questions you may have for her. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel very welcoming and at home with them. So if you are thinking about a place for your loved ones I would highly recommend Maristone of Franklin. Top Notch crew.

Recently my spouse and I were looking for a place for our loved one, and not sure where to really begin. So we made several appointments with numerous Senior facilities and enjoyed meeting with all of them, but honestly you can become overwhelmed. Our last stop should have been our first stop because although they are currently involved in renovating the building the staff is beyond good, they're GREAT. I made the call for a tour and was invited to lunch with the executive director Tina. She was informative, kind, observant and answered all of our questions and introduced us to all of her staff. Everyone was so kind and involved with our loved one it was just a load taken off me and my spouse to know we would be placing our loved one in such competent hands. Tina and her staff were simply the best. They genuinely care. I'm so happy we found such a great place where we can be at peace knowing our loved one is cared for.

Maristone of Franklin is truly a gem! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally caring and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and happy. I found this property to be everything I looked for in an assisted living facility . After viewing several other facilities I found this one to meet the criteria that an Assisted Living Facility should be. It was important that the atmosphere was not that of a Nursing home, but one that the Residents were able to feel at home in. The new Executive Director, Tina Haynes, has worked hard the past several months to make certain that the residents understand that this is THEIR home and their needs and suggestions are of uttermost importance !! All new management has been hired and their number one goal is the satisfaction of each and every Resident ! Staff is extremely friendly, Meals look delicious and I feel totally comfortable with my parents becoming a part of this beautiful facility !

There is new management in place……from executive director, head of nursing, activities director, etc etc etc…….Moved my father in here with NO hesitation at all. The place is clean and undergoing a renovation. The rooms have been renovated as well. The new ED and her staff have gone above and beyond in this transistion for our family. I went to a number of facilities and nowhere did I feel at ease like I did at Maristone. They need to overcome the past and they are truly focused on the future and making this place a true gem……

From the time I chose Maristone of Franklin for my mother in February of 2021 to her passing on September 6, 2023, I can not thank the staff, nurses and assistants for the care and love they provided to her. They are above exceptional. I always felt she was cared for and watched over. My mom enjoyed Bingo, painting classes and sitting with her friends for meals. The broccoli cheese soup was her favorite....thank you Mike! The facilities are always clean and attitudes were always positive. A huge shout out to nurse Cheryl .....she is truly the best!

The People make the Facility - the Staff is so attentive and concerned about the well being for all the residents. My Mother always smiles when we were taking her out and being her back (before Covid-19). I am looking for an new assisted living home for my parents, and have visited a few senior and assisted living places in the Franklin area. Courtney took me on a tour of Maristone yesterday. She was extremely helpful by identifying and matching all my parents needs with the amenities of the facility. She answered all my questions, and I left with a very good feeling of Maristone. All the staff I met yesterday were extremely nice. The building was nicely furnished and clean, with beautiful flowers In the courtyard. The residents all appeared happy and content. Maristone has a warm and friendly atmosphere, and I am definitely considering this as an option for my parentss new home.

Care and Support! My mother has been at Maristone for 5-months! She is now involved in so many activities, making new friends and receiving such friendly care. The management and staff are amazing!

My father has been at Maristone since November of 2017 and has received excellent care. The staff members are friendly and professional, and I enjoy seeing them when I visit Dad. Judy, the activities director has been so kind to our family, and her gentle persistence has nudged him to participate more in the social events and start having more fun. Some of the caregivers and nurses have gone out of their way to make Dad feel more at home. As a veteran and a strong man, depending on others and dealing with memory loss has been a difficult thing for him, but the team members at Maristone are helping walk us through this new chapter of life. Were grateful.

My parents have lived at Maristone of Franklin for five years this month. We have seen the ups and downs but have never felt unappreciated. Amanda, the new administrator, walked into the facility at a low point. She is facing the problems head on and making great strides to bring the facility back to the place that we all fell in love with. I am very pleased with what I am seeing and excited about the positive changes that will come in the very near future. A big thank you to Amanda and the wonderful core staff that have served my parents so well.

Maristone is a wonderful home. My dad has improved mentally and physically allowing him to have a "life" on his own. They're always there in a moments time when he needs them, or just there to be his family when we're not there. This home has made him feel at home and cared for. Truly a blessing.

This place is wonderful. My Mom has been at Maristone for over 4 years and the treatment she receives from the nurses and staff is outstanding. I couldn't ask for any better healthcare than what she is receiving from the nursing staff. My Dad passed away while at Maristone and the compassion shown to my Mom and family went way beyond what was required. they keep me well informed in any change in Mothers health and are always available when I call.

I love the staff and the nurses at Maristone. My mother has been there for almost two years, and she is treated like a member of the family. The place is small and intimate, so the caretakers really get to know the residents. There is much one-on-one care, lots of warmth and humor, and plenty of attention paid to mom's health and well-being. If any questions arise or if mom's behavior changes in any way, I get a phone call. I know she is being gently cared for, and it is a great relief to me. The events offered to residents are wonderful as well. My mother loves music, and she used to be a choir directer. Judy makes sure that Mom gets to all the musical events (of which there are many), and it brings her great joy. They also have arts and crafts, bingo, card games, and a variety of special events--a celebration of the artists among the residents; a showing of baby pictures where everyone tries to guess who's who; an antique car show; a valentine dinner with a harpist and low lights, a hoedown, a sock hop, and much more. The interior space is also lovely, with warm golden colors, cheerful apartments, an inviting dining room, a pretty patio with plenty of flowers, and a cozy bar space upstairs (with a piano). I find it pleasant to visit, and mom and I can always find a nice space (indoors or out) to walk, sit, or talk (or sing!). I've had the great pleasure of making friends with many of the residents as well, many of whom assured me that they would watch over mom when I was out of town on a study abroad trip this summer. Everybody lives together like family. I would recommend Maristone to anyone. I know that all the people who work there really love my mother and all the residents. I'm grateful for their professionalism and steady, patient care.

The Maristone of Franklin is a warm, homey, beautiful residence, and the staff and activities offered to residents foster a "family" atmosphere in a safe and happy environment!
