My sisters and I cannot be more happy with the amazing, loving, knowledgeable helpful staff and the place. Everyone is so caring and attentive to mom. Mom is in the memory care unit due to her advanced dementia. She seems so much happier and content.. They love mom and mom loves them. I Thank God for helping us find this wonderful place.

We highly recommend Randall Residence for assisted living and memory care. The common spaces are pleasant, bright and open. Each resident has their own room with bedroom, bath and living area. The staff are excellent, very caring and engaging with the residents. My father lived at Randall Residence for 3 years and my mother-in-law lived there 2 1/2 years. We were very happy with the care that our parents received at Randall Residence.

The community is dirty and holds urine odor. Short staffed most days. The Excutive director is rude and inconsiderate to certain aged employees. Until they change management nothing will get better.
April 2021
Horrible place to work always short staffed, I’m going to start with the new managers, Tracie and Zack always in the office Tracie always threatening staff saying she’s going to fire us or just talk to us the same way Hollie did with know respect. she’s has let so many good staff members go for nonsense. Zack just sit there and does nothing he lets Tracie do all the talking and yelling, one day soon all the staff members going to walk out you can thank Tracie for it.

The staff at Randall Residence Auburn Hills have been wonderful with my mom, especially through this last year of COVID lockdown, which has been so hard on everyone, but especially our seniors. They have really stepped up to ensure that residents are well-cared for. We appreciate this so much, especially when we cant be there for them. The activities group have done so much to keep them engaged with a variety of activities to have something to appeal to everyone. Its so important to know that the staff really care about our loved ones and are doing their best to keep them safe, healthy and happy.

I would just like to thank all the wonderful caregivers and administrators at Randall Residence in Auburn Hills. This has been such a hard time for My family and I. Steve is our Loved one that is in the facility. They have made him a art of their family. They talk to him and tease with him and he smiles (sometimes). I recently had to get Hospice involved in which Hollie the director there helped me in doing so. The caregivers are awesome with Steve and now the added hands of Hospice has really helped with these tough times. Thank you all so very much for taking care of our Steve

I work for a different Senior Living company and I had the pleasure of working with Harbor Chase of Auburn Hills for transferring a resident to our community in another state where his family member resides. I was beyond impressed with every person I spoke with and they were extremely helpful in making this a smooth transition, not just for the resident but for the family member too. As someone who works for a competitor I think its so important to give kudos where it is due. Nobody likes losing a beloved resident but HarborChase showed absolute professionalism in assisting with this transfer because they put the residents needs first. Again, I know from working in senior living that not everybody is so forthcoming when it comes to transferring a resident across state lines. The family enjoyed their loved ones stay here and I look forward to helping them create new memories. Huge thanks to Hollie, the Executive Director, who runs a tight ship and is 100% about resident care. Super super awesome job to you guys!!

Lela, Thelma, Deborah, Lucretia have been with my Aunt and Father-in-law for the last several years. They loved our loved ones just as we would. Thank you to all of them and the rest of the staff at Harbor Chase. As our loved one's aged it was a blessing to know such caring people were with our loved ones if we couldn't be.

This place is great. I am my sister's guardian and live 2000 miles away. HC took her in quickly, settled her in, dealt with her dementia and acting out. Over the miles, I have personal contact with medical and activities staff. The way they took control of her and her dementia situation is phenomenal. I sleep well at night knowing I don't have to jump on an airplane and deal with whatever daily problems she can cause. She loves the artwork and activities they provide. She has gained badly needed weight. Her room is clean! And most of all, they keep her safe, which she sometimes doesn't like but that is why she is there. They are so good and caring. They even have staff that know our family personally. How great is that! And they keep me posted of "strange" situations that show up - both by phone, text, and email.

The staff is friendly, they truly care for the residents!
November 2014
This facility is very well to care for their residents and also have amazing skills in making them feel better! I was very impressed on how they take good care of the residents compared to their physical structure and mental. I am sure that the residents themselves would love most of the workers! I had done community service and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had!
