I’m writing this as a current employer. I’m afraid to speak up, because [name removed] won’t do anything about it. [name removed] you fired the wrong person. [name removed], had her family up there threatening that young girl. [name removed], called her [language removed] and a lot more. We all have complained about [name removed], and nothing changes. She’s disrespectful and think she can talk to us any kind of way. She wants things done her way, if not it’s wrong. She does this to every young person that comes to work there. Micromanaging and being disrespectful, but nothing is ever done about her.

My husband and I were apprehensive about placing my mother-in-law in a facility. She has now been there several months and she is extremely happy. The staff is amazing, loving and caring. They make her feel as if it is her home and she is part of a family. Not only do they treat her that way, they treat us that way. I am always welcome and lots of time I am given a hug when I enter. The activities are great and they field trips are very special to mom. She loves having the dogs visit and the programs that are offered there. She seems so happy and has not asked to go home. We are very glad we found Madison Heights.

Unfortunately, my Dad was there for a short time. They were more than accommodating when he moved in, and made sure he had everything he needed. The activities, the staff, and the care were phenomenal! The quaint accommodations make the experience more like home. The chef took great pride in the meals, and I was able to have one as well. I wish I would have moved him sooner!

I frequently visit Madison Heights Evans to provide music therapy to the residents. The staff is friendly, attentive, and interactive with the residents throughout my visits. You can tell they are passionate about providing compassionate care to the individuals that live there. The buildings are clean, safe, and well organized. The lifestyle director, Kelly, provides thoughtful and diverse activities each day for the residents. She is easy to collaborate with and looks out for the wellbeing of every resident. As someone who visits a lot of assisted living facilities throughout the area, I can say Madison Heights is one of the best!

All the people at Madison Heights are very caring and your love one gets the attention that is needed. On my first visit to Madison Heights I wasn't sure if this was the place my brother needed because it was so small. He agreed to stay one night. Now 5 months later he is very happy and he feels that Madison Heights is his home. I want to thank all the people who have taken time with him and care!

Madison Heights is exactly what my daddy needed. The utmost care and respect given to him is incredible! The staff are absolutely amazing and are compassionate, kind and truly have the heart needed in this environment. My daddy has dementia in which has declined rapidly the last 2 years with the worst decline within the last 6 months. Despite this, they are able to keep him active and engaged participating in activities. My daddy laughs, smiles and talks more now that he has transitioned into his new community. I am truly thankful I have found the best care, the right care; that is in the best interest of my daddy. I have seen the changes and it is evident that Madison Heights truly cares for their residents as family! Thank you Madison Heights for all you do for my daddy and everyone there! You are making a difference!

We moved our mom from an assisted living home in Aiken to Madison Heights earlier this year. I am so glad that we did! The staff are so friendly and take excellent care of my mom. The food there is unlike anything I am used to seeing in a facility, everything is delicious! I am also very pleased with the level of communication, as we have had past problems with this in other facilities. Overall we are very happy with her move and are thankful to everyone involved in our moms care.

My mother has been a resident for a year. She came from a facility that wasn't making sure that she received her medicine at the appropriate time, three meals a day, or reminded her that it was time for a shower. Before she had even been at Madison Heights one month, I noticed that all three of these issues had been taken care of. The home environment is very well managed because the staff to resident ratio is excellent and the employees take pride in their jobs. I'm very glad that we made the switch because she is much happier. She is even participating in the activities at Madison Heights and she never had any interest before!

I was a volunteer at Madison Heights from the day they opened their doors to 6 years later when I moved out of state. I assisted Kelly Adriano, their lifestyle director, and the nurses in my building planning and executing daily activities that included games, putting together puzzles, painting, simple exercises , in-house movie days, the list is endless. We even had day trips to the movies, visiting local farms, a nice lunch out, and picnics by the lake on nice days. I miss my days there and my family there. I miss seeing all of the residents smiling faces and just doing the various activities with them. They truly made me a better person.

In the month that she has been there she has regained her personality, and her physical ability to do things for herself is coming back amazingly well. This facility has been a wonderful facility for my mom that turned 97 last week. She always has been a very active person and this facility was the perfect fit for her! They are constantly doing activities within the building as well as going to events in the community. If there's an activity, mom's there! With her Alzheimers increasing she is still always happy and cheerful. The staff are all so dedicated to the residents and she loves it there! Cudos to all the staff from the caregivers, nurses, activity coordinator and the chefs! Everyone there has a very caring heart for all the residents there. THANK YOU!!

The smiles on their faces say so. It is always a delight to see what great care the residents are offered. Madison Heights is the best memory care facility that you could put your loved one in. The layout of their facility allows the employees to give the best care to the residents. Every time Ive been to Madison Heights, the employees treat the residents like their own family member. Madison Heights is always trying to think out of the box on ways to get residents engaged and active which is very crucial to those suffering with memory problems. The facility is always very clean and its one of the only places I go to where employees can always be found because theyre always around the residents. The residents at Madison Heights has a joy that you wont see at any other place in the CSRA.

I used to visit Madison Heights monthly when I would do art activities with the residents. My mornings at Madison Heights were enjoyable and the staff would encourage residents to participate and would also engage with and assist them. That was part of why I always look forward to my visits here, the residents clearly had support from their staff while I was on site. Ive had nothing but good experience here! My girls and I attended a parade over summer to support. Everyone was welcoming although we were in our cars but all the smiling faces that greeted us as we honked and waved our signs! Workers were happy and the seniors looked so happy to see everyone. With the help of A Place for Mom organization Madison Heights of Evans was the last care facility I visited in the CSRA. I was warmly greeted by the Staff and was impressed with the sense of caring for the individual needs of the residents. I needed to know I would be bringing my mother to a safe and caring environment. Mom was just no longer able to take care of herself due to Dementia and the onset of Alzheimers. Kelly was a great help in my mothers adjusting to being at Madison. Mom loved and was always happy when she could paint, color or do crafts. There were care facilities that would have been more convenient for me , but Mom needed the Memory Care assistance that the others could not provide. I believe that if you are in need of a place for your loved one , Madison Is a great choice.

They were so helpful in making their time there enjoyable and made them feel like family. Both my parents were placed here in August 2015. All of the workers are conscientious and really care about the residents. The manager has shown he will not tolerate misconduct by anyone. He and the other managers are responsive, patient, and helpful to your, the care giver, needs. They have frequent social events to help, and encourage, visits by family and friends. I know they are there if I ever need, and they do their best to provide the best time for the residents. Clearly, I recommend this establishment extremely high.
