They gave excellent care, especially CNA’s Rocky and Beverly on the third floor. I was in room 307, and they both went above and beyond in their care of me. Rocky and Beverly both treated me with sensitivity and dignity. I am forever grateful.

I stayed at Parklane West Healthcare Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at the end of this past January until mid February , 2025 , room 316 ( B ) . Parklane West is like any other facility of its kind , it's staffed with the minimum amount of staff that's required by the State of Texas , and this is evident with the ratio of workers that attend to patients needs . Parklane West and other facilities can be run more efficiently and effectively with the right amount of staff . The staff that I encountered while staying at Parklane West were very professional , helpful , friendly , and compassionate . Jasmine , Director of Nurses Britney , assistant to the Director. Jesse , Beverly , Star , Candy , Oscar , Maria ( Rosa ) are all great workers and individuals working at Parklane West . I want to thank Valerie , my Physical Therapist at Parklane West . Valerie is an amazing therapist , and is a great value to Parklane West Rehabilitation . Thanks .

My 86 year-old mom was placed at this facility a week ago. She has received great care and the staff has been very caring. CNA, Candide has gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my mom feels well cared for. Thank you all!!!

My mother was transferred to the rehab center from the hospital after hours and had a very rough start with the staff and her room. She was forced to wait overnight for 9hrs without pain medication for a doctor to come onsite and approve the medication despite being released from the hospital with documented fractures of 5 bones. To add to that, she was told by one nurse that she had to use a diaper and would not be given assistance to the restroom as it was against protocol. Thankfully the lady that took her vitals seemed as shocked as my mother and helped me help her to the restroom, explaining that yes she had to wear the diaper in case of accidents but that there was no rule saying she had to use it and that help would be available whenever for help in the restroom and that we could ask for her directly if anyone refused help. Aside from these issues, the place is clean, help has been provided for any issue whenever asked, and the therapy sessions have helped my mother slowly but surely regain some independence and self support so she can continue her life at her home, which is the most important thing for my very strong and proud mother.

This is an excellent Rehab for long term care patients. Many nurses and other workers in the facility are very dedicated and do a selfless care of the patients under their care. Sometimes I am amazed at the care given and applaud their dedication and devotion to their work- To name a few nurses who have helped my family are Jessica, Oscar, Shree and some more whose names I forget. Tammy in the business office helps if you have questions about payments. They have lot of activities planned for the residents throughout the week and their therapists are always looking out and taking care of the patients under their care. The facility is also clean, and well kept.

Awesome staff! Nurses are wonderful and caring and provide my loved one with consistent care 24 hrs. The business office ladies are so compassionate and helpful I know that at any time if I have any questions or concerns I am always able to reach out to them. Mr. Oscar Lozano was a nurse taking care of my cousin on the evening of Dec 30th, 2024. He has a genuine interest in caring for patients. He went above and beyond providing a top notch care for my cousin when I visited the hospital. He took his time paying attention to the patient’s need and promptly responded to their needs. He communicated well with family members to make all of us feel comfortable asking him questions and provided great instructions on how to better help in caring for our love one in the rehabilitation facility. His self sacrifice deserves a big reward and applause and he is a model for other providers to follow. Thank you Mr. Oscar. God bless you and your family and happy new year to you. Nurses are wonderful and caring and provide Mom with clean consistent care 24 hrs. business office staff are so compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful they really helped us so much. Tammy Howard has been amazing with guiding us through Medicaid application. Has made things seamless. Not sure how we would have gotten through this. I would highly recommend this place.

terrible place. Left my husband soaked in a bed of urine and feces for hours several times Nursie and aides failed to answer the call buttons in a timely manner. The neglect caused my husband anxieties to where he threatened to commit suicide to get out of there. I reported this facility to the State Healh Dept. The Omsbudman rep from the state met several times with the social worker and others in regards to the issues with nursing care not provided to my husband.Money was stolen out of his wallet Both his physical and mental condition deteriorated by the neglect.Transferred him to the VA hospital and doctors stated he will not be returned to Park Lane.

The day crew are fantastic and very nelpful and supportive. The over night crew however were very abusive neglect I’ve and should all be fired. They left me on the toilet for hours and when I kept pulling the hires help line the supervisor disconnected the line and left me there they finally got me of the toilet about an hour before the day shift came in. When I made a complain about the night supervisor he would come in to my room and turn tha AC as low as it could go and take away my blanket. One night I heard someone yelling for help so I made it down the hallway in my wheelchair and the guy was laying on the flioor. I went to the front and the staff was watching movies and not attending to the residents. That place needs to do a better job at monitoring the second shifts behavior I am in contact with a lawyer to look into this and have notified my insurance for further investigation if you have a choice avoid it at all costs
